When we realized it was time to replace our unit we got 4 quotes.  Hays quote was competitive and their labor and parts backed up by a warranty.  Chris (the owner) took his time measuring our home and answering our many questions.  Install was quick, painless and on time.  Not only did Chris follow up, but we received a thank you card a few days later.

I've recommended Hays to many friends and family without hesitation.  More companies should conduct business like Hays does.

My AC was on the fritz, still working but not great. I called several companies nearby for quotes. Arizona's Dukes Air was not the cheapest but pretty close. I felt that Dustin, the sales rep was much more knowledgeable than the other three reps from different businesses that I had come by and overall had the best product to offer. Fortunately I was not in a predicament to make a decision immediately so after much research and thought I decided to go with them. Overall they offered the highest quality product at a price which was very reasonable compared to others. One of the major deciding factors for me was that they were going to do a lot more work in the attic as far as ductwork and sealing off existing lines than any of the other companies. This seemed to come standard with their installs where as other companies did not. They seemed more interested in making sure the product was going to be installed correctly at a high-level than any type of sales pitch. On install day Adam and Renée showed up right around 8 o'clock and begun their install. I was very impressed by these two guys work ethic. They worked all day without taking a break dripping sweat in my attic on a 110° day to get the job done and cool down my house. They finished around 7 PM they were very personable and I thought very highly of them. Along with a great sales rep and install crew the front office was also very friendly. After completing the project I received a handwritten letter thanking me for my Business. Overall it was a great and pain-free experience and I feel that I got the best deal possible. I would also like to mention that this is my first yelp review, I felt so strongly of this company that I actually made an account specifically to review them. Today Dustin, the original sales rep (and also service professional) is coming back over for a quality check. Just to review all of the installation and make sure everything is functioning properly. I thank them for going above and beyond to get my business.

I saw a plug for Dignity Plumbing while looking at a review from a different Plumbing company...and I'm glad i did.  We needed a new water heater so i called and spoke to Nichole ( she is very nice and professional) and she had Jeremy ( also nice and professional) come out the following day and he took care of business.  They have a flat rate which includes all hoses and valves and they are cheaper than the companies you see advertising on TV.  We will definitely be using Dignity Plumbing in the future. Highly recommended!

They were called to do an inspection for our new home buyers. When they arrived they were not wearing masks when they approached my door. They banged on my door almost 3 minutes straight waking up both of my twins. They didn't need anything from me and instead said they wanted to confirm who I was? So unprofessional. They were here to complete a quick inspection on the outside, so there was no need for the rudeness and commotion.

My warranty company, Fidelity National, sent out a work order to Water Heaters Only to replace our dead 65 gallon electric unit with a 75 gallon electric unit.   The Technician was VERY helpful and was going to do research on a few 75 gallon units that would fit in our water heater build out based on brands they are contracted with that provide 75 gallon tanks.   Within an hour I receive a call from the warranty company saying they were told it had to be a 50 gallon unit or we should cash out and install a gas or solar unit.   My husband, who dealt with the tech, called back to the 800 number to find out what happened.   He was told we do NOT install anything above 50 gallon tanks.   REALLY?   You took a work order that was specifically for a 75 gallon tank when you do not offer that service.   Now we are down for the weekend - cold showers!  Shame on YOU Water heaters only!

Excellent service!!! Our home warranty brought these guys in on few minor jobs.  They were great. Later on, unfortunately, our warranty didn't cover some things; we called them up because we trusted their advice and opinion.  Curtis was very informative and knowledgeable.  The best certified plumber I've seen.  Prices were reasonable, considering the work put in.  They are very considerate and respond in a timely matter.  We will always use this company for any plumbing or pipping issue!

Patrick installed our garbage disposal, water softener and reverse osmosis system.  He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He checked and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. He went above and beyond.  I would definitely recommend him and would use him again in the future.

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.

I was practically at my wits' end, wrestling with three over-tightened whole house water filters that just would not move. I had tried every remedy and YouTube tutorial under the sun. And after I had wasted enough money on filter wrenches, straps, and other Amazon best sellers, I decided to swallow my pride and bring in the professionals.

The gentlemen who came to my house were so professional and kind! They were on time and got right to work. I was so impressed with how efficiently they worked and how quickly they were done! They gave us a fair price and honest about their work, I really feel like I can trust them. I will be using them again in the future!

First off, it seems I see Plumbing trucks or Plumbing Vans all over the valley and sometimes I've wondered how do these guys stay in business? Now I know! I've now had two bad experiences previously with other plumbers who misdiagnosed the problem with my pipes, and overcharged me.

A friend from church referred me to Plumbing 2.0 and I'm so grateful he did!  A smiling, Master Plumber named Dustin arrived ON TIME, listened to my description of the problem (waste water back up in some sinks and tubs) in my older (historic district) home. Dustin immediately went to work and within minutes, he diagnosed the cause of problem exactly,  and began rootering the pipes that were causing the issue of gross, waste-water backup  in my four bedroom home. He took the time to do the job right! The problem was permanently solved! The other guys never really fixed it, just made it better for a few days. Dustin and plumbing 2.0 is the best I've ever worked with! The pricing was better, Dustins demeanor and attitude  were better, and let's be real here: his skills were obviously far Superior to three other so-called plumbers I have contracted with in the past.

I had two major leaks in my house, and used a different company to repair them. The first leak was a reasonable cost to fix. But the second one was outrageous. After this company tried to sell me on repiping my whole house (for a measley $14k) and a new water softener ($4500), I said no way. I was referred to Cure All Plumbing by a family member, so I thought I'd give them a shot.

Ben came out to the house and gave me an estimate to repipe the house and a water softener for about 1/3 of the price as the other company. Immediately I felt ripped off by the other company, but very relieved I found these guys. A few days later, Ben and three other workers repiped my entire house and fixed a couple odds and ends. They finished this in just over one day, which was incredible. Ben was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It was a relief knowing you could trust these guys, instead of the slimy salesmanship displayed by some of the shadier companies.

I highly recommend using Cure All, and will refer them to everyone I know. As I told Ben, they now have my household as a permanent customer.

Had the good fortune of seeing Lou again to do a maintenance flush on the tankless water heater he installed a year and a half ago. He did an excellent job then, explaining everything and patiently answering my endless questions. We have been thrilled with the results and seeing him again this morning I am reminded how important it is to feel comfortable and confident with service technicians coming into your home. I heard about Precision Air and Heating for years on KTAR and of course on T.V.  They arrived, introduce themselves (Mike and DeeJay), and started working.  Mike showed me all of the dirt that had built up in my system and they put a tarp down to catch the dirt. The guys were friendly, respectable and did not complain about LuLu's barking.
My house feels great and because I have empower I notice my daily cost is lower this past week.  The financing was easy and the monthly payments very reasonable.
Looking forward to the summer with my new air condition.
