Best Gas Furnace Repair in Chandler AZ

My first time using Hayes. My servicemen, Frank arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly.

To preface, I live in a condo in Mesa and had been having recurrent A/C issues on and off for over six months. Requested maintenance a few times, but each repair would only last a few weeks tops before returning to internal temps approaching 100°F for even longer than I had cool air blowing through my vents.

So after having lasted through the worst Arizona summers had for me, I decided to reach to outside services. After looking throughout Yelp and Google for my area, I ended up trying out Dukes of Air, and I am glad I did.

Called in Friday afternoon and Tonya gladly set up an appointment for the next day at 10-12 to diagnose and fix my HVAC issues. Sadly, there was some sort of communication breakdown and there was some internal issue with the scheduling. However, when I called in to see why no one had showed up, Liz was extremely efficient in letting me know what had happened and quickly got me taken care of. She was sincerely apologetic and clearly cared about taking care of the customer right and was totally transparent.

Not even 20 minutes later Todd swung by and was fixing my issue in minutes. After figuring out the main issue he even went the extra mile and tested all the other components to make sure there weren't any other pending complications that might cause problems in the future. And all this on his day off!

Despite a few initial communication errors, Dukes of Air are truly professional and committed to the cause. I'll absolutely be a loyal customer in the future for any services they provide, especially thanks to Todd and Liz's work ethic. Could not recommend more

They came out quickly for our repair when every other shop could not come out for days. They replaced a part, and so far so good!

I found about 911 when selling my rental home as it was the company used by the buyer's home warranty company.  I thought they did a great job repairing the A/C unit (original unit when home was built in 2000) and at a reasonable price.

Fast forward, we are purchasing another rental unit, the inspection comes back saying the A/C is not working.  Our inspection period is coming to an end and I call 911 asking if there is anyway they can get out to do an inspection in the next few days.  They say, we can have someone out there today!  They did the full inspection at a very reasonable price.  They are our new go to company for heating, cooling and plumbing repairs.  Thanks 911!

This company is truly a class act from the owners to their customer service representatives, to their extremely informed and educated technicians, installers and plumbers. We had the unfortunate experience of having to replace two AC units in the same week. Canyon State made a rather painful experience as painless and as affordable as possible! After doing my due diligence in research I found this company to be the most fair and honest. And at the end of the day, I would always rather support a small family owned business with familiar, friendly faces than a large outfit.

This company is awesome.  I recently had some work done for a client contracted through Kooline.  Their rates are very competitive, they are prompt, courteous, and I would recommend them to anyone.  Thank you!

Excellent!  My husband busted the washing machine pipe trying to remove the hose and we had to turn all the water off to the house since it was leaking into the wall. This was at 6pm. We called a few other 24/7 plumbers and they couldn't get over here until 1 pm the next day! Then we called plum smart and they were at our door in 40 minutes. Allen was great. Very professional, nice and straight forward. He cut the dry wall, removed and replaced both the hot and cold water pipes and reinstalled the drywall. All within an hour! And it was only a total of $223! When we admitted we thought we had just done thousands of dollars in damage, he joked that he could add $900 to the bill to make us feel better! We will definitely be calling these guys in the future, hopefully not in another emergency situation!

I called on a Saturday after my hot water tank blew out. They dispatched a technician to come out and when Pepe arrived he jumped right in and diagnosed that a new tank was needed. He said if I picked one up one that afternoon that he would come back the next day and install it, which he did, on Sunday. Pepe is a great technician and very knowledgeable. Very efficient. I was so fortunate to have Met Pepe. When I need a Plummer that is who I will call Reddi Services and Pepe.

I needed my kitchen faucet replaced and Hanson Family Plumbing was very responsive and got me an appt right away. Tate came to my home on time and was professional and friendly. He got the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

At the crack of dawn, when I was up to get ready for a trip, I discovered there was no water flow at all in the house. After checking for leaks, checking the valve etc, I reached out to Sam at the Neighborhood Plumber via Yelp and before he formally opened, he called me back (at 6:45am!) and had a technician here to check within a half hour. One hour later, we had the Pressure Reducing Valve replaced and I was back in business! Sam then made himself available to address a few other smaller plumbing needs I had. Professional, fast, efficient and kind! I feel grateful to have found Sam.

I never write reviews, but this company is so terrible to deal with. They charge a fortune and they are not reliable. They had to come out 2 times because they didn't know what they were doing. Then they were going to have to come out a third time because they are so inefficient. They charged so much money and were not helpful. They cancel appointments they make and they can't get their techs out on time. Good luck if you try using them. Also, they have staff answering the phones who are clueless.

Had a broken water shutoff ball valve to the house (closed position). Called plumbing Medic at 2 PM. Very professional all the way! From the first hello from Donna to the time Kevin finished the job. It took Kevin about an hour to arrive and another hour to complete the job!
His workmanship was outstanding (artwork it was that nice). Their entire team friendly and courteous. NO PLUMBERS CRACK HERE!

The Field Supervisor, Todd Longbrake showed up to give me quote on installing an AC systems at my home. I've been calling to find out about the quote for the last two months. Turns out he never filed a quote....just found out Todd has left the company! Now they want to send out another supervisor to my home to do another inspection.....are you kidding me....no THANK YOU!!

Jadalynn and Jon were great! Highly recommend! Great work. Everything looks great and they were very nice to look at!

I've been waiting for 2 weeks for them to fix my a/c unit which needs a new motor.. I they keep telling me is there waiting for the part. I will never use the guys again snd the only reason I stuck with using them is  because  of my Home warranty company.. They now have the part and I have to wait for another week for them to install the motor...if you are a paying customer go somewhere else!!

Larry, our electrician from Tucker Hill, was awesome! He did great work, never choosing the easy way, with results way beyond anything we expected. Found improper 20 amp circuit breaker another electrician had jury-rigged onto 15 amp wiring, saving us possible house fire. Had extensive complicated work including wiring EV charger and upgrading panel from 200 amp to 400 amp working with APS. Saved us $25k in trenching costs by recommending APS pull new bigger cables through existing 2 conduit instead of paying to retrench a 2 1/2 conduit like APS insisted we do. Quality of work was wonderful. Brought down costs for us whenever possible and worked late into the night on multiple days. We love Larry and Tucker Hill!
