Best Gas Furnace Installation in Chandler AZ
Loved that they showed up with in a mask, as safety is number one right now. We had new AC's back in April, and since then, they have come back 2X already to check to see everything works. The staff is super friendly and easy to work with. They do work with another party, if they need to put a hole in your wall to change the thermostat.

I have these guys service my a/c twice a year and they've kept my old a** unit alive a long time. They are always on time and always friendly. Prices are reasonable and they will follow up with you when needed.

Found them through Yelp back in September 2022, maintained contact with Hector who sent two technicians over to help us with an HVAC issue, and were concise with their work. Thank you so much.

GREAT!
They are FAST, professional, friendly, and reliable. They show up when they say they will and do a great job!
They even had to deal with the weird and backwards service company our property management uses, and they didn't skip a beat regardless.
Kyle and the service manager were both amazing. And Tammy was SO nice whenever I called. She also kept me updated, which was wonderful.

Called several companies and just got busy signals, answering service, or no answer. These people picked up the phone on the third ring. Our AC unit went out overnight. They dispatched technician the same day and had the repairs done in an hour. The tech did a great job.

After receiving an excess water use from Global Water on 12/12, I observed water gushing up to the surface where the main water line comes to the house. I contacted Global Water and they sent out a technician to turn off the water to the house. I was without water until today, 12/15. Thinking I had done the right thing two years ago, I purchased a water and sewer line warranty protection policy. I called 12/13 to have American Water Resources contact their company and was given a claim number and told to wait for a call from their plumber. After numerous calls on 12/15 to American Water Resources and being put on hold and eventually cut off after not being contacted by AWR's plumber, I called Kooline Plumbing @11:00 am. My circumstance warranted emergency action. Rick, Nick and two other employees arrived at my home 1:24 pm. They dug a trench and laid an entire new water line (at my request) then backfilled the trench even hosing off the landscape rocks. Job well done. Paid Rick and they left about 2:30 pm. It is a good thing to once again have the water on!

We had a leak in our attic, so we called Reddi Services, (along with a few other leak repair services who wanted to charge us insane amounts just to come out.) Reddi Services gave us a free inspection! They showed up fast, fixed the repair right away and they had fair pricing. The techs name who helped us out was Cesar. I am very pleased with this overall experience. Thank you so much!

Jim was my tech and very knowledgeable. Easy to communicate with and finished the job quickly. Staff seems to be very wonderful and price is competitive with other plumbers in my area.

Neighborhood Plumbing and Air is an amazing company! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!
The faucet in my bathtub/shower locked up and would not turn on. I put out for a bid on Yelp and saw NPA had 5 stars and called them. Sam told me what to do and how to buy the replacement parts so I went to home depot and purchased the parts. Sam and his son showed up the next day and fixed the faucet. We even made plans for additional work I will have him perform in both bathrooms in the near future!
NP&A is exactly the kind of company everyone needs for their plumber! I could not be more happy and appreciative to find them. I highly recommend them for everyone looking for a exceptional plumber with exceptional business practices of honesty and reliability! I would give Neighborhood Plumbing and Air a 10-star rating if possible!!
Thank you Sam and Son!

Had technician come out to do a pre-Summer system inspection. Was told I would get a receipt for the work (nearly 2000.00 paid!) Never got receipt. Have tried multiple times with no reply.

These guys are great. We had a leak in our garbage disposal, called and they came out same day. They had all the necessary parts to completely replace the old disposal and price was reasonable!

I am writing this about the negative service I had with an air conditioning company called Goettl good guys! They are anything but good guys. One of my air-conditioners went out last Sunday and it was repaired and broke again on Monday. The cost for that repair was $550. The same service man came out on Friday and told me that A $1500 repair would be necessary this time this time. At this point I was quite suspicious of Jeremy the service technician because it just didn't quite add up. My units are not that old. I decided to get a second opinion from AC by J. The gentleman that came out reset my circuit breaker checked the complete unit out and said it was in perfect working order. I understand that there are air conditioning companies in the valley where the servicepeople work on commission by making a sale of and expensive repair. Since my husband and I know nothing about air conditioning repair people like us are at their mercy. Please beware and only use AC service companies that pay their service technicians hourly and pay them well. We are very unhappy with Goettl and would never never never advise using them!!! Diane

Chuck was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining his task recommendations. He even offered to come back and meet with my husband.

Amazing HVAC company! I've never met anyone as honest and trustworthy. The owner Will is so genuine and kind! He was there to answer all my questions and made sure I was taken care of. Me and my wife were able to save thousands of dollars thanks to Professors of Plumbing and Air. My AC wasn't working properly and I called around to get the best price. I was told I needed an entirely new unit in order to get cool air. Now, when these guys came out they did an AC tune up. Within 2 hours my AC was working in perfect condition! If you're looking for an honest HVAC company these guys are the way to go! This will definitely be my go to company in the future.

I recently received a postcard mail promo and booked TH to perform a whole house plumbing inspection and water heater replacement. My wife was present for the inspection as I was out of town on the scheduled day.
During the service call, wife was informed that our water heater drain valve was corroded shut and therefore couldn't be drained. She was told that it was overdue for replacement due to its age, as it was made in 2003. So my wife authorized them to provide replacement quotes.
When I returned home, I reviewed the quotes and took a look at the water heater. The plumber misidentified the water heater model, somehow overlooking the sticker on the tank stating that it was built in 2013. 9 years is well within the realm of service life for water heaters, so that was one deduct for competence.
The two quotes I received were for $2200 and $3200, for mid and top tier electric conventional replacements. I work in commercial construction, so I did a little bit of research before calling to discuss the quote with their office. The average install price in AZ for a water heater is in the neighborhood of $1500, and $2000+ is possible for higher end units.
Their quotes were not as detailed as I expected, but there were a few red flags that I picked up on. They included gas piping work that doesn't apply to electric heaters, and one of the main differences in their quote tiers was for replacement of the copper shut off valves - that they would have to replace anyway. My current unit height isn't a standard height anymore, and the shut off valves are within the space that would be occupied by a replacement unit. The salesman tried stating that the premium cost buys me a company with a solid reputation (3 stars on 5 yelp ratings is solid??), and extended warranties on the heater, parts and labor. The labor warranty offer was indeed higher than average, but still is outside of the price range I'm comfortable with. I asked the salesman if they were willing to take a look at their numbers, refine them to align with what I know to be a reasonable price target, and provide an updated proposal to earn our business. He stated that he would, and get back to me in a few days. That was last Tuesday.
I called on Friday, and the receptionist told me the salesman was in a meeting and would call me back. I received no call back, so I called again this morning. I asked the receptionist to simply have the salesman call me and tell me if they were able to find something that would work, or not, so I could pivot to another option. I was told the same thing as Friday, that I would get a call before the end of the day. That hasn't happened, so I'm posting this to hopefully save someone else from wasting their time.
If you want to be gouged on one of the most basic home plumbing repairs that anyone with basic copper piping and household electrical knowledge could DIY in exchange for not having a labor warranty, or be given the runaround by a salesman rather than being shown the basic decency of returning a committed call, Tucker Hill is the plumber for you. If you want to find the best value for your hard earned money, I suggest looking elsewhere. I wish I had seen Jessica's review below before scheduling, it sounds like she had the same takeaway.
By the way - talked to the plumbing subcontractor on my project today. He confirmed that $1,500 - $2,000 is the ballpark I can expect to be in and that he just completed the same size job as mine for that last week.
