I appreciate you questioning my character to make my review seem less credible. I would understand a miscommunication with a scheduler considering they often do not know what they are talking about. My issue, the main issue is the tech not only throwing her under the bus as not knowing her job, but also being shown photos that were obviously not my unit just to get the sale. The main point and reason for this being a bad review is the behavior your company apparently has decided is good business practices. I am well aware that I did not pay for services, if I had you would be dealing with a law suit instead of simply a bad review on yelp. Also, paying or not paying for a service does not make the experience any less valid, and a review is based upon experience.

Customer service is polite and very helpful. Service is always on time and with the work done correctly, professional, and at a reasonable price. Have used this company several times for different homes and each time is a great experience.

Great service! We had countertops installed and the the disposal and faucet needed to be reconnected. They were responsive, prompt and very professional. Would highly recommend!

Howard was one of three contractors I had bid for replacement of my direct vent water heater in the home I own. His rates were the most reasonable. He always answers his phone. He is straight to the point and won't give you the runaround. His prices are good. His son came out and did the job. They pointed out in a diplomatic fashion some of the errors made in the original plumbing of the home and corrected them without an additional charge (it was an elbow that was installed backwards).
I just called him for a potential wash basin in my garage and again, he was helpful.

Cannot really rate the service. Says 24/7, to answer phones but cannot send a tech out at night....

It's the first we used Kooline plumbing ...Nazeem came out and replaced our hot water tank within 2-3 hours ..very impressive work ..he even put the pan and installed water going out if anything ever happens ...definitely a company one can count on ...very professional work done ....definitely using Kooline Plumbing in future...

Clint West and Marlo Prieto came to my house yesterday(SUNDAY) and took care of a couple plumbing issues we had. They were GREAT. My water heater leaked on the day of Thanksgiving. I called around and searched on Yelp. Sam was really responsive and committed to fix my problem quickly. Even when he found we got a wrong sized water heater, he waited for our exchange. His charge is upfront and clear, which we appreciated a lot. I will definitely recommend Neighborhood plumbing to everyone.

We made an appointment with Precision five days ago and they were supposed to come today. They called this morning to say our appointment would be delayed, but someone would be out this afternoon.
Precision just called back to say they are overbooked and no one will be out to our house at all today!!
How can you make an appointment with a company so many days in advance for them to cancel the day of??... After we were accommodating enough to move the appointment to the afternoon, nonetheless!!!
Very disappointing. Poor reservation schedule obviously. They weren't even apologetic. We will never be using this company ever again!!!!!

Called them at 9:30 this morning, after holding for a while we finally got through and told them we need someone to come out today.  Going through the entire process of setting an appointment at approx 10:30 they said there'd be someone here between 12 and 4. We rescheduled our entire day to wait for them only to be called back at 2:30 to say they can't make it today.
That's 4 hours of my day they wasted. I will never call them again, this is not how professionals do business.

Doing business with Goettl is the worst financial decision I have made in my life.  Impressed by their commercials, I contacted them three years ago when my old unit failed and it got close to 100 degrees in my house.  They told me the old AC could not be repaired and that I would not be able to find a new one for less than $10,000.  I believed them.  The heat and an illness may have made me gullible.  I should have seen the warning signs when they kept asking me if I was sure I wanted to buy the unit and kept recording my response.  I needed repairs only three years after buying the new unit.  I waited five days for a repair person.  (Local daytime temperatures were 90 to 100 degrees.)  The repairman says the unit is great but I am the problem.  He says I subject the unit to too much pressures.  I regularly change the filters and seldom set the thermostat below 80 degrees.

Yeah, do not use this way over priced and they are scam artist. You call them out for simple job like unclogging a toilet and you get hosed. I got one quote on the phone and when they got here the price sky rocketed. Stay away from these guys and be patient and look for some one else.

They came out right away to replace our water heater. Frank did an amazing job. He arrived on time and stayed late into the evening to be sure that the job was completed the same day. We couldn't ask for better service. He even went the extra mile when he had to remove some built in cabinetry to get the old water heater out, and when he was done with everything he put the cabinetry back and screwed it all back into the wall right where it was before. He was extremely nice and courteous and did a great job. Thank you!!!

They did call back and rescheduled.  They did the work as requested.  4 stars for following up.   I thought the price was high, but I haven't used a certified electrician recently, and I felt the work required a professional.
