Best Electric Furnace Installation in Chandler AZ

I had 2, twenty-one year old Trane units at my house that were still running fairly well.  Thought I was on borrowed time and decided to replace them.  Received three quotes from reputable firms in the valley and they all came in about the same price range.  The sales rep from Hays, Bill S., was very thorough in his presentation and fully explained the install processes.  He took the time to explain how the install would be considerable better than what I currently had and that an actual Follow-Up inspection would be performed several days later to confirm the install was correctly done and that I was totally satisfied with the operations of the units.

The installs were completed in one day as promised and everything was completely cleaned up and double checked.  I am amazed as to how much of a difference in the comfort level there is now and how much quieter they operate.  Difference between night and day.

The driving factor of our decision to go with Hays was the Yelp Reviews.  Hands down so much higher ratings than the competition.  Not a doubt in my mind that we made the right choice!

When we started up the A/C units this spring, one of them sounded like it was grinding pretty bad.   We called Dukes of Air and Tarr came out today to service both of the inside and outside units.   He indicated both units checked out fine and (of course) the loud unit wouldn't produce it's noise when he was here (Murphy's Law) :).  

Tarr was prompt, very thorough with his inspection, very professional and helpful with care guidance of the unit(s) and cleaned up the units nicely.  

I would recommend Dukes of Air to anyone for routine maintenance or service of their Heating & A/C Unit(s).

Tech cool did an awesome job. Reached out to many companies, I knew what needed to be done but everyone wanted to charge me for an inspection to diagnose my problem. This is a technique to get you to pay overpriced quotes by them saying they will deduct the inspection from the cost of the repair, not tech cool. They came out quoted me the job using pictures I provided and stuck to the quote. Not only was the quote fair but it beat out the competitors. I wasn't looking for the cheapest quote just the most honest and I got the best of both worlds from Techcool. They have earned my business moving forward, they didn't try to pressure me into a maintenance agreement or try and up sell on other services. I highly recommend their company.

Kooline tried to take advantage of me when my air conditioner died in 114 degree heat. They came and quoted me for a13 seer, 5 ton unit for $13,500. Sent a written quote when i said my next door neighbor paid $10,000 a week ago and written quote was for $10,000 with a 12 seer, 3 ton. The company that came the next day charged $8,000 for 15 seer, 4 ton, new thermostat, 10 yr warranty. This company will fleece you if they can. Run.

Had a problem with the initial billing but they IMMEDIATELY rectified the situation so we are very happy with their customer service! They are now a 5 star review moving forward

A service provider that actually shows up! Brent came to help remedy an old pipe situation. He was very informative and explained what is actually happening in my home. He wore a mask/gloves the whole time. He was able to fix the most pressing issue and will compile a bid to fix our large issues. Thanks Brent!

Seeing the good reviews of Hansen Family Pluming and Air on yelp, I called them about the toilet problem in the house. I mentioned the flange and/or wax ring issue of the toilet, and asked for the hourly rate they charge. The customer service lady would not tell me the price just saying the minimum service charge for the visit is $99. Thinking it was a simple job to replace the flange and/or wax ring, and average plumber hourly rate is $80 - $120, it should not be over $150.
After tech Zack finished the job, I was told the total charge was $250 including $229 for one hour labor and $21 for the parts. Not only that, they charge 3% processing fee if customer use credit card for the payment.
I feel they overcharge the customers at $229 per hour. That was probably why they did not want to tell me the price before the job. I would not use their service again as many other plumbers can do the job at much more reasonable price. Suggest know what they charge before making plumbing service appointment.

Just had a dispute with Precision Air. They just recently settled the dispute very satisfactorily. I will continue to use them as they are reliable ans do good work.

Understanding that mistakes happen is one thing. Never hearing from a supervisor after that mistake is another. We had a very nice crew install a new tankless water  heater, water softener, and reverse osmosis until at the beginning of the month. There were some respect of time issues but that is not the brunt of my fustration. The technician believed the reverse osmosis was hooked up to the refrigerator, even though when asked we said that it was not. We had just moved and only been in the new house a matter of weeks. To that point we had never  pulled out the refrigerator to check, so we relied on the techs expertise. Well, turns out the refrigerator was not hooked up to the system. 2 days after the system was turned on my son slipped on some water in front of the fridge. We investigated and that the reverse osmosis hoses was just hanging there with water pouring out of it. We shut off the water to the refrigerator and called Goettl immediately. We talked to the after hours phone center who set up a tentative appointment for the next day. We got a call the next day from the scheduler to make the appointment. The same technician came out, apologize for not making sure it was hooked up, and fixed the issue. Goettl sent out a restoration crew that day. The crew set up a number of fans to dry out the water and 3 days later added more fans and a dehumidifier because the water was not drying. A few days after that the company had to remove baseboards, punch some holes in the wall and remove the toe kicks from the cabinets to help because the dampness was still present. After a week they remove the equipment that be had running in our home 24/7. In the midst of all of this we received an email survey, were I laid out the issues, left a phone number, and was told we be contacted. To this point, we have never received a phone call from anyone in their management team. My husband called yesterday to find out when the repairs would be made to the dry wall, bubbled up paint and baseboards...again speaking to an operator. We were told we would receive a call back from a supervisor. We did NOT. We got a call from the restoration company as to when they would come out. I would like to know how a company who raves about their customer care and quality service has never had anyone call us. No apology for our son falling and slipping on water, no apology for all the damage to our new home, no apology for 2 days of extra water expenses because of the water pooring into our walls, and no apology for the extra expenses of having 5-7 high power fans and a dehumidifier running for a week straight. I feel like that got my 14.5k and never looked back. Know we are stuck with their $300 protection plan that we will NEVER use because of their poor customer service. I think Sadie is a bad judge of character.

Sales people. I paid 49.95 for them to come to mu house and try to sell me a new w'atwe softener system after saying that it might just be a seal that nsesa to be replaced. They saild that the new softener system will.come with a new seal! Also, they quoted about 850 to replace the seal ase they saild that the seal was too ubique and they were billing for the time it would take to find it. Do not recommend

My A/C unit was no longer blowing cold air and an excessive heat warning was announced. Miguel and Nathan were assigned to fix my A/C and were friendly and professional. They had the root cause diagnosed within an hour and had replaced the problem part soon after. They provided useful tips for future reference and my A/C was blowing cold within a few hours. I highly recommend.

David Belnavis is a skilled technician with excellent follow up and excellent customer skills. He went above and beyond for us to get a new 5 ton AC installed in one day. He was able to redesign some of the duct work to allow the AC to cool more efficiently.
