Best Drain Repair in Chandler AZ

Our A/C unit started squealing last night.  After reading a few reviews last night I called Hays.  Even though they don't open until 7:00 AM, I called at 6:45 hoping someone could help ASAP; especially since they temp had climbed from 76 to 84.  They answered & were very courteous  .  They took my info and had a scheduler call me back.  They were able to fit me in for a 5-7 PM time slot which was better than any of the other companies I checked that were at least 2-3 days out.  I was pleasantly surprised when they called back at 2:20 & said they could have someone here in 45 min.  Jerry S. came right away; found the problem & replaced the capacitor. While I was on the phone with my husband explaining the problem and the cost Jerry also checked our other unit & for that capacitor was about to go out as well.  If our units weren't 13 years old we would have signed up for the warranty program; however, it just didn't make sense for us since we'll have to replace the systems soon and any other parts will be much more expensive.  Rather than me trying to explain the costs or components Jerry spoke directly to my husband making everything clear.  He even e-mail my husband the estimate for the parts and trip charge for today and the estimate if we were to sign up for the warranty program.  Jerry was very honest and professional; he definitely went above and beyond and we truly appreciate his service.  I will be sure to recommend Hays Cooling & Heating to everyone we know in need of help with HVAC.  For the 1st point of contact to the end Hays was professional, polite, honest and all at a very reasonable price.

We recently upgraded our AC units with the team at Dukes, and couldn't be happier!  The new energy efficient XV units are exactly what we were looking for to lower our energy bills, but keep our house cool and comfortable.  We also opted for the 'air scrubbers' and you can immediately smell the fresh difference in the air in our home!

From thoroughly explaining our options (John), to the efficient and meticulous install team (Freddy, Manny, Luis, and Beto), we are so excited to talk about and share our story with friends and others.  As soon as people walk in our house they notice the fresh clean air (cleaner than outside)!

We had a reoccurring problem that sounded like an alarm going off in our master bathroom behind our stall shower. Both Estevan and Junior came out at 4:15 AM to detect the problem. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY WERE WILLING TO COME OUT AT THAT HOUR!!
They did find the problem and it wasn't even in the wall. Since they didn't perform any plumbing repairs, they didn't charge us. AGAIN, I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THIS DIDN'T DESERVE A CHARGE!!
When we do have a plumbing problem in the future, we will call Dignity. They are our plumbers for life!!

We had a water valve connected to our sprinkler and pool pipe system frozen closed and needed ASAP attention. We called Lawson and they had James out within an hour! James was very professional and polite, explained every step necessary to get the system working properly again, and proceeded to replace and repair a very complex copper pipe system in just a few hours. He went the extra mile to make changes in the system to make it more efficient and reliable, and offered us a price that was very fair and more than competitive. I couldn't be more happy with the result. I highly recommend this company, and will use them again if I ever have the need.

No follow through. A tech showed up to provide a quote for a new AC....which is completely unnecessary . Even the tech was confused so there is lots of confusion between front office and the person actually coming to your home. A honest person wouldn't have even given a quote for a new unit...they would have said you don't need it. I got lots of hmmm and ahhh's by him.  I followed up with Yelp (messages) explaining this and NO RESPONSE. This speaks to your business model.

My experience with Water Pros Plumbing was top notch. They were professional, friendly, and affordable. They called before they showed up, and arrived at the agreed upon time. I highly recommend Water Pros Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs! I will definitely use them with any future needs.

A/C went out on 6/7/2022 and used Yelp to have a better experience and we did.  They responded through yelp within about 10 minutes and said they can have a tech out early morning. Jorge Bojorquez showed up exactly at the time I was promised and like a true professional got my A/C working better than before at a reasonable price. After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

It is not in my DNA to write plumbing reviews via Yelp on house calls when called upon to do so.  However, when I do write a review, the review's gotta be something that is unique with a  point of difference and needs to be immediately shared with others.
911 Plumbing was contacted on a Sunday AM where I laid out my issues of a leaking water copper pipe that consisted of a steady stream of water that needed immediate attention. By 9:28 PM that same day, I get an email that 911 Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing would be out to fix the problem the first thing come monday AM. Talked to Scott whose is part of upper management team of  911 Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing, and I was pleasantly surprised to notice the degree of personal and professional touch he contained himself like a 5 star company that they are! Scott listens to your concerns and takes a genuine and professional interest in all endeavors of his unselfish discipline to help all his customers at 911 Heating, Cooling & Pluming. Give him a plumbing problem, or any other water related issue, and he will lay it out and walk you thru the solution of the problem in a calm like and professional manner that makes you and your immediate plumbing crises a stress free experience. Scott hand picks the best possible team to do the job best suited to his customer's needs.  In this case, I had the pleasure to meet with Howard who showed up to work out the water leakage problem with the customer and getting it fixed. Howard is a very knowledgable and versatile person relating to the skills of plumbing for over thirty years!  And BTW, for what it's worth, you need someone who keeps up with the technical skills so that the customer does not have to request another call again for something that should have been done right the first time. To watch Howard work in the field is a sheer joy to experience. I was present side by side next to him watching 100% of the time as Howard went about doing what he does best: 100% professional, as well as his contribution towards productivity vs man hours. Howard is fast and accurate, get's it right the first time. Howard is not wet behind the ears, either, not by a long shot. I learned a lot just talking to him and watching him work his skill towards customer satisfaction all the way. I'm now a happy camper.

Tyler was our technician - he was extremely helpful in fixing my sink after a deceitful message from my home warranty company.

Tyler came in, worked very hard to get the drain unclogged, and went out of his way to provide some corrections to the piping and provide us with a drain stopper that had went missing. I would highly recommend Affordable Plumbing. In addition, I hope management sees this and provides Tyler with some much valuable feedback.

We worked with Ron at Victory Plumbing to resolve some repairs at our client's recently purchased home. He was quick, responsive and did the job correctly even though it meant he had to return with new parts since the repair turned up new issues one he started working.

1st time user of this company and very happy with the results. Their technician Brett arrived early for the 8 am appointment. He quickly assed the problem with the two bathroom sinks and remediated the problems. The cost of the service was more than fair and he completed the job in less than an hour. They were prompt, courteous and communications was great. No hesitation in recommending them.

Not pleased with thoroughness of work. I was charged for an unnecessary service on an appliance that will need replacing. What a waste of money! I'll never use these guys again.

This review is only for a consult, but man did they do a good job! Messaged them on yelp, they were out the next morning at the exact time they said they would be. I got a quote for a tankless water heater (haven't purchased or installed yet), but they did a great job thus far. Thanks.

Highly recommended for plumbing needs Omar did a great job today installing my Toto toilet!  He was on time and completed the removal and install in less than an hour.  Plus he left nothing behind and cleaned around the base before installing the new toilet.

Most of all I had questions on replacing my shower fixtures and he was very accommodating in answering and even providing a quote on the spot.  Wow!

Best thing about Pink is they are a 1 stop shop.  Leave the ordering of parts to them. They order parts and bring them  for installation.  That way they are under warranty by Pink with no hassle.

Arrived promptly for maintenance on my 2 air conditioner/heating units. Replaced condenser fan motor in 1 unit and run capacitors in both units.  Verified readings with me before doing the work.   Flushed hot water tank. Installed 2 new thermostats.  Mike Boone was very conscientious and I appreciated his attention to detail.  4 stars instead of 5 because I think they're a little pricey.
