Best Drain Installation in Chandler AZ

I've changed my review.  Leaving previous info up to show how Hays responded and reacted.

I have a service contract with Hays. I contacted their call service at 8pm Friday after my rental tenant told me his AC was blowing heat. I was told a technican would call to let me know when they could schedule service. I followed up at noon Saturday, 5pm Saturday and 4pm today and still have yet to receive a call back to provide service as of 11pm Sunday.

We've been using Dukes for a few years so when we decided to finally replace our old HVAC system, they were the first company I called to get a quote. Rob came out and was very thorough and explained to me everything that would take place. On the day of install, the guys were scheduled to arrive at 7am. At exactly 7am, perfectly on time,my doorbell ran and it was the install crew from Dukes. They immediately went right to work. I had 2 units that needed to be replaced so I had 6 guys on the job. Within the first hour, everything was out. I couldn't believe how fast they were. They all worked together very well. And I have to say, that every single one of those guys were very nice. I would check in on progress every so often and each guy I spoke with was nice and courteous. And would even explain to me what was going on at that moment. They even cleaned my house before they left. I swear my floors were cleaner when they left. There was not one bit of trash or left over HVAC parts any where around my house. I'm very happy with my experience with Dukes!

So happy I called Lawson! Kenneth was professional, explained the problem and came and fixed it as he said he would. He also looked at a leak at my water main that had just occurred (not what he was hired for) and made sure to write up in his report that it was on the city side, just in case I had any issues. Very pleased with the work he has done.

I recieved my second VIP service today for my A.C. units I bought last year. I'm very happy with how this company deals with its customers.  We didn't see eye to eye on one part of the service and they listened and made it right for me. It's appreciated. I also pointed out to Bill my serviceman for today, about a light fixture near the furnace in the attic or crawl space that was just hanging there with wires exposed. I noticed if it was on correctly it was touching some of my equipment that was installed. I'm only assuming the guys did this to make it fit,  but no one told me about it. With wires dangling near gas lines,  I'm a little concerned for my family's safety.  Bill said he took pictures and will let my sales guy Dave know about it. This was the only thing that wasn't perfect and I'm glad I noticed. I'm waiting to talk to Dave about it to see where we go from here. I do wish someone would have told me a year ago.  I'm not positive they did it to make it fit but either way it should have been brought to my attention either way.  Again,  I will update when I here back from them.  (update) The following week they sent Bill out and he made everything right. I sincerely appreciate the ownership of the mistake and the prompt fixing of it.  Back to 5 stars. Thanks Bill,  I feel safe again knowing that the light fixture is back together and no wires exposed.   I do feel like a VIP. Thanks again guys.

I had a major leak that was difficult to locate the source of. WaterPros got to the bottom of it doing everything they could to remedy the issue. It turned out to be an hvac issue but they took care of all they could to prevent further damage until the specialist for that job could come address the problem with the hvac system. They are honest, hard working, reliable, and I trust their knowledge and expertise. I would definitely recommend their services and will be calling on them again for a water treatment project I have planned.

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

Contacted Sean at Renaissance after doing a Yelp search for a plumber. I had a foul odor problem at my business and wanted a second opinion. Sean was able to swing by that day and take a look. We scheduled a time for him to return to do some additional diagnostics and Sean was communicative and on-time. Upon returning, he recommended to start small and replace the toilet seal and he was right, it was the source of the odor. The previous installers had used the wrong size seal. Not only did Sean replace the seal that day and fix my problem but he beat the other guy on price. No fuss, no issues, just a smooth repair, and best of all, no more odor! Sean was excellent to work with, courteous and professional. Great job!

1st time user of this company and very happy with the results. Their technician Brett arrived early for the 8 am appointment. He quickly assed the problem with the two bathroom sinks and remediated the problems. The cost of the service was more than fair and he completed the job in less than an hour. They were prompt, courteous and communications was great. No hesitation in recommending them.

I initially had to work with Jayson to get the work done the right way. I should have known at that time that I should have gone with another plumber.  A little over a year later I am having the same isssue. I have been communicating with Jayson and Cure All Plumbing trying to get the work done properly but they refuse to stand by their work. I highly recommend selecting another plumbing company to work with.

Had a main drain back up on a rental house in Chandler.  Clear it out the same day.  Fast and professional.

I own a rental house in Chandler and when my tenants called me and told me that the sewer was backing up I immediately called Pink Plumbing because I had used them at another one of my properties. They went out right away to check the problem and called me with the news. I needed a sewer line repair. They kept in constant contact with me and explained every step of the process in great detail. Not only was Pink Plumbing professional and affordable but the crew made sure to leave my property in better condition than before they arrived.

My kitchen sink has been clogged.  I called George Brazil because they have an A+ rating with the better business bureau.  The guy came out and looked at it and said it would cost $445.98 . I balked at this but he told me I had to pay the tip fee anyway so I agreed.  Then he said he could not do it and quoted an additional $1128 for jet rodding.  He said there was nothing else he could do.  When it he left my drain had gone from being very slow to totally clogged.  I then looked a Yelp and decided to try Freddie because he said he would not charge if he was not successful  I had nothing to loose.  He came out with in an hour on a Friday night. He totally rooted out the drain that the other guy said was not possible.  He then did a and extra from of jet rodding. for way less than the the other guy had ever mentioned.  This guy should go far.  He is honest, hard working and personable.  Thank you.

After seeing their advertisements, I decided to give Precision Air a try since one of our heat pumps wasn't coming on.  Their technician quickly analyzed the problem as a faulty thermostat.  He didn't have a thermostat with him, but offered to go pick one up and install it.  The new Honeywell thermostat cost approximately $50 at Home Depot, but the total cost of the service for about two hours work was $419.81.  The technician hadn't previously provided any kind of estimate for the service before asking for a credit card- Highway robbery!
