I have used Hayes Cooling and Heating a number of times and I want to call out Jerry as a truly outstanding technician. He is thorough, professional and personable in every aspect. It is a pleasure and a relief having him work on my HVAC.

I just canceled my service contract. They provided an inexpensive thermostat in place of the higher quality one they billed me for. Their customer service person didn't get why I was making such a big deal about it ( um, it is a big deal--it's fraud), and dismissed my comments about issues I had with their tech. Altho I called for service before their cut-off time, I was made to wait for service until the following morning.

I emailed stating my concern and received a voice mail from Tom with mumbo-jumbo double-talk that boiled down to everything-is-fine-no-problem-it had-to-do-with the description of the unit which was actually a wifi unit and I paid for a manuaI blah blah. It was a denial that there was any issue.  I sent another email acknowledging his call and saying my issue wasn't resolved and then received a phone message with the offer to replace the unit.  I was ok with the resolution offered but asked, as long as they were coming back, to upgrade to an offer I had from them for a wifi unit for only $30 more (an option I wasn't initially offered but ferreted out on my own).  This was agreed to, and the resolution was delivered with an insult (I dont understand why you are making a big deal of this) leading me to wonder if billing for an expensive item and providing a cheap one were their usual business practice. There was never any apology: maybe So sorry, our tech should have offered you a discount since he acknowledged that he did provide a different unit than you were billed for.  Instead I got the attitude of uh oh customer noticed we'll have to fix it.  I requested a refund for the price difference in the 2 units ($88) and await a response.  I don't care to speak with anyone from this company and don't want their technician in my home. Tonya, you are the reason I cancelled my agreement.

Came to help me review and estimate a future project.  Were prompt, told me when the were coming, explained the alternative solutions and prices, very professional.

Called them up due to a good reputation on yelp and was not disappointed. The gentleman that came to my house showed up on time and fixed the issue the same day for a reasonable price and did a very professional looking job. Very happy with the service I got from Lawson. I'll definitely be using them again!

My AC went out in the middle of September at my house and I found out I needed to replace the entire unit. I called three companies to get a quote and American Home Water stood out from the rest.

They were very knowledgeable about what I needed to get my ac working and they were very comparable to the other repair companies.

I was even more impressed when they're crew showed up to my house 15 minutes early and got right to work.

The best part was that the job was done ahead of time and the house was just as clean when they left. Thank you for the excellent work and service!

Our AC had froze due to a dirty filter and a dusty backyard  but they came out and fixed it very quickly let us know what was going on how they were gonna help and now our pups and us can relax this summer with AC. Highly recommend!!!

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

AC went out about midnight. Called at 0830, had technician at house by 1030, fixed by 1230. Capacitor bad in one unit, replaced both capacitors just to be safe. Double checked rest of system just to be sure no other issues. Excellent work at fair price. Third time I used 911, highly recommended to everyone to all plumbing and HVAC needs.

I hired this company to replace a main water line that had sprung a leak. When I met with the estimator/repairman I specifically told him I wanted a single piece of all copper pipe from the meter to the house. The reason the original line failed was that it was cheaply done with copper and plastic by the builder. I told him repeatedly I wanted ALL COPPER.

When the crew came out to do the job they tried to do a rip off job by using pex plastic and copper, saying oh it's as good as copper. Fortunately they were being supervised and their scheme was witnessed. I confronted the estimator/plumber and forced him to come back out and redo the job with all copper.

The crew also left the yard and the neighbors yard a mess.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Patrick installed our garbage disposal, water softener and reverse osmosis system.  He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He checked and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. He went above and beyond.  I would definitely recommend him and would use him again in the future.

I received a quote from this company to have four faucets installed. I spoke with Aaron who was very professional and his quote was lower and more reasonable than anyone else I contacted. Their prices and professional attitude made them a company I would highly recommend.

My experience with Talbot Plumbing is novice yet amazing!!! From my first interaction with Trevor, I felt at ease. After about an hour of back and forth with my husband, we called Trevor back. He came within an hour. This was late at night too. He was so professional from the first phone call to the end of the transaction. A beautiful model of what service should be like. I will and would recommend this company in the future!!! If anyone needs plumbing needs emergency or not, call on Talbot Plumbing. You can tell he takes pride in what he is doing!!!

Showed up on time. Very professional and friendly. They have good prices and did not try to rip me off.  The plumber was very knowledgeable and fixed a few issues we had and the work was very clean. I will definitely use Plumbing 2.0 again for all future plumbing needs.

Had work done on a rental home I own in Laveen Arizona. I am a non resident owner living in Canada. After getting a quote for $10,000 on a job that could cost $2500, I started to contest their reasoning for such a high quote.

Spencer walked me through and in his sales pitched told me that I had better go with their new solution: EPOXY LINING.

I challenged him saying that it was probably a disconnection with the City of Phoenix pipe. He immediately said: I guarantee that if you call the city they will say it's your problem.

So I called his bluff and called the city. Sure enough, the city got back to me and had a truck to repair the pipe in front of my house the next day.

I told Spencer that I would go ahead only if the city was not going to be fixing the pipes.

However, He insisted that the pipes should still be lined with this new solution in case a tree were to rupture the pipes.

So I caved in. (worst mistake ever).
After a $5500 bill, the city called me back the next week and said that the issue was solved, the issue was on their end.

So I got stuck with a $5,500 bill. I called in to complain, but the owner only honoured a $500 discount.

The only saving grace was that I got a 12-month plan after paying $1000 down payment for the expensive UNNEEDED work.

DONT TRUST these guys. They are sales people looking to upsell you and overcharge. Go with someone else. TRUST ME!

We needed a new tub valve installed for the trim set I selected as part of our bathroom remodel. I was on a tight schedule and our typical go to plumber was weeks out and required an initial consultation home visit to create an estimate and get us on the calendar. P&L was able to discuss my scenario Over the phone, make suggestions, and get me scheduled the week I called, which fit our schedule. They even offered to purchase the fixtures for us, if I wanted to check inventory at the local plumbing supply store. I ended opting not to since I was particular regarding the make/model. Super friendly and good communication overall.

I own a rental house in Chandler and when my tenants called me and told me that the sewer was backing up I immediately called Pink Plumbing because I had used them at another one of my properties. They went out right away to check the problem and called me with the news. I needed a sewer line repair. They kept in constant contact with me and explained every step of the process in great detail. Not only was Pink Plumbing professional and affordable but the crew made sure to leave my property in better condition than before they arrived.

Super responsive, honest and quickly resolved an issue I was having with a clogged kitchen drain and garbage disposal.

Yesterday I had my yearly maintenance check. My technician, RITCHIE, was knowledgeable and personable. It was a pleasure to have in my home watching over my HVAC. This company is honest and dependable. ALWAYS nice to know you can trust this business and their employees.  FYI.... I am a Phoenix resident not from San Francisco.
