Best A/C Installation in Chandler AZ

I would definitely recommend Hays to someone with heating or cooling issues.  Mike came out right away and fixed the a/c unit and explained exactly what the problem was.  We are in a condominium unit where the units are not easy to get to.  Mike had a 32 foot ladder which he used to climb up on the roof and take care of things.  We will certainly recommend Hays Cooling & Heating to our friends!

My heroes! My aging AC unit was not keeping the house cool...never reaching below 82 degrees. When I called the Better Business Bureau's A+ rated Dukes of Air, Christy answered with a caring voice and got me on the schedule the same day. When Anthony came out he was honest, truly cared about my situation and performed the repair in an efficient and professional manner. He didn't try to sell me a new unit and instead got the old unit working again. He made some recommendations and was on his way. I couldn't be happier with my experience and I will definitely return to Dukes of Air when it's time to replace the unit, or for any other AC needs. Great company! Highly recommend them.

My family had a problem with the water not working in one of my upstairs shower/bath, they came out and gave a fair quote. They were very knowledgeable and fixed it quickly. I would highly recommend. I will also be reaching out if I need anything else done.

Have had Joe from Lawson Family Plumbing out on two different occasions and both times he was fast, efficient, and very courteous. Joe installed a new pressure reducer, replaced my home emergency shut off valve, and replaced just about every individual shut-off valve in my home (11 of them - replaced the old ones with quarter turn). He also came back a second time for some quick warranty work and installed a new front hose spigot. He was on time (or early with a courtesy call from the Lawson office) both times and explained all the replaced parts to me. Would recommend.

We have 3 rental homes in the Phoenix area, along with our primary residence, so we have replaced a few water heaters in our time. I had intended to go with Lowe's for the most recent water heater failure, but their call before noon policy did not extend into the weekend.  We needed to get our gas water heater installed on a Saturday.  I called Water Heaters Only around 11am on a Saturday, and they were able to send someone out within 3 hours!  We took the 2-4 time slot, and our installer (Don S.) called about 45 minutes ahead of time, and arrived 5 minutes early.  Since the old water heater had already been hauled away, the entire job from arrival to clean-up took only 1 hour and 10 minutes!  The price was also $50 less than Lowes.  One last thing ... with Lowe's, I had to specifically ask for a drip pan for the water heater. They would have installed the new one (on a drywall pedestal) without a drip pan.  Water Heaters Only said they won't install any water heater without one. We are happy customers.

This company was sent out to me through my home warranty service.
The guy came out,  gave me his opinion, and left me still with a leak - in order to go back to the office to work up an estimate.  
2 days later, they gave me an estimate for $1900 for an issue that cost me $200 to repair 9 months earlier.  (And,  after he left- since he left me with the leak-i personally went to home depot,  spent $30 and 2hrs time,  to stop the leak he left me with)
I would definately get estimates from other companies before using these guys -I'm sure this price gouging is not a fluke.

We are so very pleased with the service we received from Josh. He is polite, courteous, prompt, and didn't feel sale-sy at all. He fixed our leak quickly, and it ended up costing less than what the deductible would have been through our homeowner's insurance, so we didn't have to make a claim. Trevor and Dylan are amazing !  They installed our new water heater and softener system.  They also did a bunch of new emergency response plumbing we needed on our old home. They got each phase of the project done fast and clean!  It always helps when you hire owner operators like these guys!

I highly recommend Aaron and his helper. If I could give these two guys more than 5 stars I would! They came on time, they were very courteous, patient, and most importantly they worked very hard without taking financial advantage of an old woman who does not know any plumbing!  I finally found some honest and capable professionals and will definitely contact them again when a need arises. Do not look any further. Aaron is the man in terms of quality work, honesty, and affordable rates.

One of our AC units quit on us one day and Precision Air had someone there within hours to look at it.  The tech, Aaron A., was extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain everything that was going on.  He had it fixed quickly.  
The only reason I don't give them a 5 is because I thought the price was a bit excessive given the one part replaced and the time on the job.

Cure all did a fantastic job doing a whole house re-plumbing. Spencer, Hunter and Jacob worked non stop to complete the job in a day and a half. It was a lot of work, and I was very worried about it being done correctly. I had 3 other quotes and look up reviews and backgrounds. Cure-All was priced the same as the other plumbers (a little higher than 1, but he was not bonded in AZ). If you want a qualified and licensed, bonded team, use Cure All! We even discussed Tankless water heaters Vs. regular. We ultimately used a standard water heater with a pump to allow for almost instant hot-water in he back of the house. I also learned about water filters that help preserve your pipes and clean your water (way cheaper than a whole house water softener). Spencer and his crew cleaned up and helped me find a drywall person to patch the repairs. The entire home was fixed in a week! I can't recommend this company enough. They were on time/early and stand by their work! Integrity and dependability can be difficult these days, but not with Cure All!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING SUBJECTED TO ABUSE!! Last week, my water heater broke and the home warranty company sent this company out to replace it. The owner, Micheal, was nasty and hostile from the moment he showed up but I gave him a pass the first time because I figured he was having a bad day. Unfortunately, the second time he was here was exponentially worse. He was very abusive to me, inviting me to suck one of his appendages and calling me a b$tch, completely unprovoked. I have also been told that he likes to refer to black home owners by the n word. Under no circumstances, should anyone be allowing this man anywhere near their property, especially females who he seems to feel he can treat however he likes.
