Best A/C Repair in Albuquerque NM
New Mexico Plumbing and Mechanical were very professional, courteous , respectful, and took great care in providing the service without making an extremely hard job really a messy one. I had NM Plumbing & Mechanical install a new refrigerated air conditioning unit, converting from swamp cooling and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire job - from the initial quote for the job, the installation, to recommendations on how the new unit would operate more effectively, to the finished job. Extremely satisfied with the effort made to limit my inconveniences during the whole project.

Great service. Sky came immediately to my office complex to help fix a leak on a hot water heater. The issue was fixed and my tenants were back to doing business in no time. Kindest most trust worthy person to do business with.

I had an ancient boiler for baseboard heat & domestic hot water heater. Both at least 27 years old, really!
Before catastrophic failure, I requested 4 bids from HVAC plumbers. Of the four , 3 submitted bids; 1 suspiciously low & 1 really high & one in the expected range. Only Baker Plumbing sent the actual plumber to do the bid. That is Steven Baker himself. He arrived at the time agreed upon, asked the right questions & got an itemized bid back in 1 day. Work started on time and finished when anticipated. He came in on target with no overcharges. He explained fully & helped getting tech info for custom settings.
Steven Baker plumbing is highly recommended.

After paying a local handyman to put in a new sink and under sink plumbing I ended up calling Hessinger's. That was after 5 floods in the kitchen. They immediately fit me into their schedule and said they would be here between 10 and six. they were here by 11 and by 11:30 had everything fixed correctly including the correct piping which was the handyman's mistake. Very professional very courteous and I will use again. Hope I don't need to, but I will if need be.

We called Bosque to fix our HVAC system Because it was not working with the thermostat in the house. We were told that they are sending their BEST
technician out! They came out four times and still could not get it right; every
month, the electric bill went higher. They did not seem to care because it was not their dime. My wife said to call TLC heating and cooling they came out and fixed the problem within fifteen minutes of getting there.

Beware of this company. They sent out two technicians to service my air conditioners. I'm not sure what they did while they were here. The cameras caught one of them standing around most of the time. By the time they left several hours later, one of my units had been drained of refrigerant and was no longer working. When I questioned the technician about why he would have done that, he maintained that there was a leak in the line. I told him there was no leak in the line, as I had not had any problem with the AC. I asked him what I was supposed to do now that the AC wasn't working, and he told me they could write an estimate to come out and restore the refrigerant to get it working again. I told him I was having a gathering that weekend and could not afford to not have a functioning AC, and that they shouldn't have done that. I contacted the office immediately and didn't hear back until 4 days later. Meanwhile, I was able to get technicians from other HVAC companies out here to give me estimates, and ended up spending nearly $2,000 to restore the system. While the company initially apologized for the error, they only agreed to not charge for the visit, but the owner refused to compensate me for the costs I incurred to have the unit cleaned and recharged with refrigerant. I was very disappointed that the owner did not step up to do the right thing.

I'm sorry to give a poor review, but I won't try to use Simmons again. It is hit and miss with their service. I had them close down my swamp cooler and start up my furnace- okay job. Next, I had them replaced a garbage disposal, that evening while doing dishes my shoes were flooded with a river of water pouring out of the cabinet below the sink. He returned the next day and, apparently, hadn't screwed a part together. Whatever. Then my toilet wouldn't flush and they came out and replaced the inner workings. Okay, it worked. Then my husband, who is in failing health, physically disabled and when in the middle of an episode has poor thinking skills and he pushed our toilet about a foot. Needless to say it was broken. I called Simmons and they came came out within a reasonable time and I requested they buy a chair level toilet. Well, while the installer was finishing up and figuring the bill I noticed he had put my old toilet in my trash container and all the cardboard into my recycling container. I was shocked. I asked if the city would pick it up or would I be fined. He replied he didn't think I wanted it on the side of the house. I didn't know this was an option. At 66 years old I have had many toilets replaced and they always hauled it off. Later I called the city 311 line and inquired if I could be fined and the answer was yes because a toilet is too heavy for the truck to pickup plus damaging the container when it probably would have fallen through the bottom of the container. So I have a freakin toilet in my trash container which is too heavy for me to move, no place to put my trash and now trying to get rid of another mess. I will not give Simmons another chance. The only jewel with this company is the office manager, April, who works hard to schedule service quickly and efficiently.

Great office and dispatch coordination and service! This company was very responsive and professional, resolving my clear-outs overflow and pipe back-ups. It is the 2nd time in 8 years they help me and I could see that their high service standards have been consistent. From now on, it is my go-to-plumbing and drain company.
Thank you Brian and Samantha.

Came on a Sunday in the middle of summer (near 100 degrees), to fix a failed compressor fan for our refrigerated AC. Based on what I could check, I figured it would be either a blown capacitor, or a failed compressor fan motor. The technician who came was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem (blown capacitor) and fix it with parts on his truck. Excellent service and I will use them again if we ever need AC service again.

Just had my hot water heater replaced by these guys. They called me first thing in the morning in response to the message I had left the previous evening. They gave me a quote that was exactly what it cost. The plumbers who arrived were polite and completed the task quickly and efficiently. My previous plumber recently retired after 45 years of business and recommended this company. Glad he did!

As a general contractor I have dealt with many subcontractors over the years. As the saying goes, It takes all kinds. One that I have stayed with since 2004 is Kyde Crawford, of Redline Mechanical. Kyde and his crews have plumbed eight custom homes for me. The quality of
their work has been consistent and outstanding. This company stands behind its work. In
2015 Redline plumbed a 5 bedroom custom home for me. Due to a manufacturing flaw, all
the hot and cold water cut-off valves had to be replaced. The matter was in litigation with no resolution imminent. Nonetheless, Kyde came out and replaced every one of my valves at no charge and with an excellent attitude.
If you are looking for an experienced plumbing contractor who will not short-cut quality and
who will stand behind his work, you owe it to yourself to consider Redline mechanical.

Worst experience I have ever had with any company. Shane the owner is nothing but a liar who says he will call you back but never does . This company did some work on my house and never completed the work after many attempts to contact Shane and work something out a time to get the problem fixed he kept saying he would send a tech or call me back it has been an going battle for about 4 weeks now. The fix is such An easy fix that his company could fix in no time and very cost efficient. Instead he would much rather not try to make things right and just ingores are phone calls. I will now being taking this to the bbb and other places . I can call another company and have this fixed in no time, but its the principal that's matters. I trusted this company to do a job they said they could. Day and night plumbing is a joke your better off going to a company that cares about their customers needs and will make things right.

Eric is a class act. This owner operator not only showed up on time but did a fantastic professional job. He's honest, courteous, and goes out of his way to do a great job. He may not pay for the yelp reviews so this one is on the house, great job and a great guy, highly recommend and I don't do that often.

Horrible work and horrible ethics. Oscar Lira did not finish the work agreed upon after he was paid 90% of the amount. He did a horrible job on the work that was started and stole from my property. Going through the legal process to make sure that he's not able to do this again to anyone else. Has several complains with the better business bureau.
