Great service.  Sky came immediately to my office complex to help fix a leak on a hot water heater. The issue was fixed and my tenants were back to doing business in no time. Kindest most trust worthy person to do business with.

Needed some work done efficiently and some updates. Super polite and quickly addressed issues. They will do rest of work as soon as I pick fixtures

It's really very refreshing to find a company that really cares about my home & treated it like it was their own. I found the owner & his staff to be very honest & up front with me regarding my heating/cooling system.  They were  prompt & at my home at the scheduled appointment time.  

The owner, went up in the attic & looked over the vents & tubing.  Took photos so he could show me what was causing my lack of heating & cooling to rooms.  When he finished his inspection, we sat down to reviewed the photos he had taken & to discuss the issues.  The home builders used flexible ventilation in my home & it was just left laying on the floor of the attic & some of the vent material was either kinked or a hole worn in it due to the improper installation by the builder.  

Let me tell, I had other companies come out to inspect issue prior to finding Ortega Mechanical & the other companies were telling me, I needed to replace my whole system & have all new venting done.  The quotes from the other companies were thousands of dollars.  

I am so thankful I found Ortega Mechanical.  The repairs have been completed on my home.  The rooms plenty of air flow out of the vents now & I didn't need to have my whole furnace/HVAC replaced.  Nor did it cost me thousands of dollars.

Do yourself a favor..if you have any heating or plumbing issues, give this company a call.  I'm sure you'll be glad you did.

I had a serious issue with my tankless water heater and NCB came out the same day. Dominic was able to diagnose the problem and was on the phone with the company for at less 1/2 hour getting the correct replacement for my water heater. Luckily it was still under warranty. Dominic and Marcus were back two days later and had it installed. Marcus came back two days later because there was still air in the lines. Both guys were very professional an overall good guys. I highly recommend NCB for your plumbing needs

Eric is a class act. This owner operator not only showed up on time but did a fantastic professional job.  He's honest, courteous,  and goes out of his way to do a great job. He may not pay for the yelp reviews so this one is on the house, great job and a great guy, highly recommend and I don't do that often.

I called my home warranty company HWA to report that my evaporative cooler wasn't working and they assigned me to Ashcraft Mechanical.  After performing a quick Google search for the company and saw the sole review they had, which was on Yelp with 1 star.  To say the least I wasn't too enthusiastic about using them and decided to call the home warranty company to have another company assigned to assist us.

After 4 days of waiting for HWA to find another company we decided to use Ashcraft despite the review.  During their first visit to evaluate the problem, the techs were on time, polite and very efficient.  They told us the problem with the cooler and the it would require replacement as it wasn't worth it to fix.  By this time we had been dealing with the high heat outside and it was even hotter in our house.  The tech managed to do what I couldn't do, get the cooler to limp along and provide some cooling while they did the quote and submitted it to HWA.  HWA sat on the quote for a few days and after repeated calls the quote was approved and we called Ashcraft late Thursday to let them know as they had been calling HWA also.  Their office staff was incredibly polite and said they needed to confirm and would call us back.  In less than 5 minutes they called us back and asked if we would be home the next day, which was a Friday.  The techs showed up around noon and in less than an hour and a half they removed the old cooler and installed the new one and had it up and running.

I know the other review used HWA also, and felt that Ashcraft was the cause of the issues they experienced.  But in my family's experience, it was HWA that caused the delays and issues not Ashcraft Mechanical.  I would highly recommend Ashcraft to anyone, while advising those same people to stay away from HWA.

Purchased an HVAC mini-split zoned by room central system from them in 12' to replace an out of date furnace and swamp cooler combo.  Good system.  Fast forward 6 years.  One unit stops function.  Yes, it naturally is already out of warranty.  However I call them since they know the install and learned that  the husband/wife combo is now just the wife and the husband who I worked with is not longer involved.  Not good-she is uncaring and difficult to work with.  I try to get them to come out and check it out and that is a fiasco-first it is brutal to even try to get something scheduled and then they want to charge me time and a half to diagnose it after I get off of work at 5 pm-they say that is after hours.  I was already a customer and this is how I am treated.  

I finally decide to use another HVAC contractor that is licensed for install/service for Fujitsu as the manufacturer and lo and behold they immediately ID the issue is that the units were installed WAY TO CLOSE to the ceiling which hinders airflow and leads to air blower failure.  The crazy part is that the instructions for proper install are right there in the standard owner's manual.  

I mean how can they get that wrong?  I hired them to follow the specs and protocol as a licensed contractor for Fujitsu who has installed this prior to mine and they total got it wrong for all 3 indoor wall units in the house and it was not even close-the clearance is supposed to be 18 and all 3 are 12 or less-how does this happen and who knows how many other customers have been impacted?!  Hello pending small claims court suit-I had to spend over $1000 to get this diagnosed correctly and get a new blower installed on the unit in question-who knows how much more I will have to pay if the other 2 go out as well.

I'm giving them 2 stars because the salesman was very nice and polite. He was friendly with my little ones, which I always like. But I guess they don't like getting business or something because I could not get my damned quote out of them.
They came by almost 2 weeks ago, and I asked politely no fewer than 5 times to get my quote. I was told that they would get it to me ASAP, but their definition of soon is very different than mine. Especially after they already went through the trouble of writing it up! All they had to do was spend 20 seconds writing an email.
I guess that's just a bridge too far for some people. I took it as an indication of dysfunction over there after my second request, but I wanted to see what they came in at so I could compare it to the other quotes I got.
This whole experience with them has been pretty ridiculous.

We hired TLC to repair an irrigation leak in our backyard. The first technicians that came out provided great service. They provided a quote before even leaving the property. A few weeks later we discovered water pooling in the same area. One of the technicians came back out and found that there was now a leak further back in the same line, but not what they had fixed initially so it would be a whole new charge. We scheduled for a technician to come out and do a leak detection on 05/16. On 05/16 we requested a quote and did not receive one. On 05/17 when the technician called to let me know he was on his way to fix the leak, he said he would have a quote to me before arriving to my residence. He then called back and said The job starts around $700 and will stay around there as long as there aren't bigger issues we run into.
I still never received a quote. When he finished up, he provided an invoice for $1494!
I inquired why it almost doubled and he stated that the price was so high because he had to dig. That the repair alone (capping off an irrigation line) itself was $700. He admitted that had I dug the hole myself, it wouldn't have costed so much.
We had a similar job done on 04/05 which required them to dig in the same space as indicated on the invoice, 3x3x3, and repair the leak. That whole job cost $781.02
I feel that TLC is inconsistent in their pricing. I called to request to speak with a manager specifically and instead got a call back from the technician. I also inquired about the pricing guideline and was told that there is a pricing book but the woman I spoke with did not have access to it.
I don't feel as if my experience with TLC lines up with their values as listed on their website.

I researched many heating/cooling companies this spring when we discovered our old swamp cooler had died. They installed a new one and it works great. They came by to winterize the new system and we are very  happy with their work. The service people are fantastic, very trustworthy, friendly, and never pushy. I observed them doing some work on a neighbor's roof, was impressed with the work and their appropriate interaction with people. I wrote down the phone number from a jacket of one of the technicians and the rest is history. We would never consider using anyone but Duke City for future service.

This company is as good as it gets !!!!! We got home from vacation only to find out that our A/C was out. I called a friend of mine who highly recommended Rick's so I gave them a call. I told them of my situation and the gentleman I was talking with asked me if I could hold for a moment. He came back shortly and told me that he could have his expert on Rheem units there as early as 7:00 A.M. the next morning. Well that was fine with me, but in having dealt with service companies in the past I figured that it really meant around noon. At 6:30 I get a call from the technician Donovan saying he was on his way. At 6:50 my door bell rang and there was Donovan with a portable refrigerated A/C unit to help cool us off while he was working on our unit. He immediately begins working and does not stop until its finished nearly two hours later. The cost of the repair was extremely reasonable and affordable !! Donovan was very polite, professional and courteous in every way and we will highly recommend Rick's to all our friends and neighbors.

they got me onto the schedule asap; prompt and courteous.  quickly troubleshot the issue and fixed it without fuss.
now they are my go to team- they cleaning up a mess ac & r left me with.

Mark and a crew member came to my house the day after the snowstorm last week. They were on time, Mark  listened to me describe the problem, and then they fixed it. Everything was cleaned up and put away, and Mark also corrected a mistake I made on the check I wrote for the service.( I went $100 high from not wearing my hearing aids.)
I was so pleased with the service, the politeness, and the honesty. I will certainly call Central Plumbing the next time I need a plumber. Thank you, Mark.

During unexpected snow and my heater stopped working. I sent several quotes to companies and Above all Quality responded within 10 minutes. The gentleman (forgot his name) was at my house within 30 minutes. He went above and beyond to help and fix my heater. Thank you and I truly appreciate you.
