Best Sink Installation in Buffalo NY

I walked down my basement late on a Saturday evening to find it flooded. I immediately called Mr. Plumber thinking the problem was with the sump pump. Instead of coming to my house and charging me for a house call, they suggested things for me to try first. It turns out that the problem was with the electrical line. They didn't charge me a thing for helping me solve my problem!

I requested an estimate to demolish our old garage and build a new one. Hub came to our house and did a thorough evaluation. He even came back (the next day) with his concrete guy to look at the existing and crumbling concrete floor. Finally, he provided an written estimate for the total project cost. We haven't decided yet to do this project but I was impressed with Hub Chan. Professional and responsive.

Mike has good communication, is very personable and easy to work with.  He came out of his way on a Sunday to inspect the necessary work and gave me a free estimate and very reasonable quote.  He returned to do work as promised  and repaired a fitting between my downspout and bubbler. I am pleased with his work and the whole transaction.

I had Nick install a new gas line for stove and water line for a fridge as well as put in a range hood and dishwasher.   He was fast, professional, and I could tell he took pride in his work.   I was impressed and would definately use him again.

Great, fast, and honest service.  A down to earth group of guys that really pay attention to the details.  They were right on time and pretty reasonably in their pricing.

Combat plumbing came thru once again!! We woke up to a leak underneath my bathroom sink this morning. I was able to book an appointment with Combat plumbing immediately. The service was prompt, courteous, and thorough. This is the second time I have trusted Combat plumbing for my plumbing needs. They have done excellent work on both occasions! Thanks again Combat Plumbing!!

Our house froze and we needed someone to evaluate the damage and repair. Matt from Jon the Plumber was awesome. Great communication before the job, detailed quote, and followed the communicated timeline. We had another item fail during the job, and Matt was fair about adjusting the quote since it affected another part of the job he was working on.

Very dependable. Responsive. Great support staff at the office. And you can do it all via text which is great if you're busy during the day.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! I unfortunately have an insurance program that forced me to go through them. They are impossible to get ahold of. When you call you will get their secretary who just takes messages and lies about Joel being there. I was expecting them to come in the morning so I was just going to go into work later in the day. Of course they never showed up that day and came the NEXT day! I called them over and over again. Then they told me one of their trucks was in an accident and would not be coming out until later on that following day. Complete liars. Awful service. Called the Buffalo water authority on them and they told me that the company is known for these situations. I went without water for 8 days before they were finally able to get it hooked back up...8 days! Joel showed up to my house clearly upset that I had called the water department and came to my door to go on and on about how I am not his only customer. In my line of business, my main goal is to make each client feel like they are my only client. The company clearly needs some core training in the management field. I would suggest the staff be sent to some sort of Dale Carnegie course to teach them proper ways of communicating to customers. It is now about 2 months later and the big pile of dirt is still in the yard. I called them 2 weeks ago and they told me they would be coming that week to pick it up. Never showed up of course. Called them again this week with no answer. This time I called the insurance company and complained and sure enough they called me back then! I am all about taking care of people and my clients and received no help from these guys. I am not sure how they stay in business, but I am serious when I say-avoid them at all costs.

I called this morning to set up an appointment for a furnace tune up. The woman told me there would be someone in the area that afternoon and they would be there between 12 and 5. A five hour window is pretty unreasonable, but I agreed. At 4:45, still not hearing anything, I called and was told I was the next call. 5:20 rolled around and I called back. They were closed! The number sent me through to a call service and I told them that I had had enough and to cancel my service call. Ten minutes later a man called back and said that I was informed that I was the next call and wondered why I cancelled. He also said he could not yet reach his worker because he was in a basement (so obviously not yet finished with the previous customer even at 5:30!). I would love to rate their service, but I waited over 5 hours and they never showed up.  Stay away from this horrible company. Go anywhere but here.

Had a bad experience with this company, Called to fix a leak at my stationary tub, They showed up and complained about how busy they were. Said they would be back 8/21/2015, Then called and said they were to busy, could not help us What kind of answer is this, The person that was here called me, not Drain Doctor, I will never call this company again for anything in my life, and I will spread the word. Sewage was backing up into my basement, a first for me after buying my first house last July. I called around 11pm and a technician came at 8am the following morning, which meant I didn't have to pay higher after-hours/emergency rate. The technician, Liam, took care of the clog, which was about 50 feet in, within an hour or so. He walked me through the whole process and took some extra time to help me get a sense of the set-up at the house which is about 130 years old, which I appreciated. Cost was $330 after taxes and the service call fee. I wasn't happy about losing $330 to a sewage clog but I did a little research and that seems to have been a fair price. Another technician will be providing a free camera examination of the sewer line. The sewage back-up was a terrible experience and I appreciated the fast response and excellent service.

I have been a loyal Reliance customer for several years.
When I needed your service's the most was on Sunday March 22 2020, at 1853 (6:53PM) when my water heater broke and started spewing hot water into my basement, building up to 2 inches in depth and damaging many items.
I called the Reliance 24/7/365 Emergency service number and was engaged with a very belittling female customer service person! As I was panicking and begging for help, this person kept saying things like: Michelle like I told you... Michelle there is nothing I can do to help... Michelle our system is down... Michelle you have to wait until tomorrow morning... Do you want me to schedule you in?... Michelle I can't do anything else to help you... Michelle you must know what is happening in the world, there is nothing I can do.
As you can imagine, this is very frustrating behavior. I am begging for help. I have a broken rental water heater, and the leak is not stopping. My basement is filling with water and I recalled the Reliance ads keep stating: Call on Reliance, we are here to help, 24/7, for you, for your peace of mind...  -- well that is not true! --
I am very aggravated, and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, with how this was handled! An emergency call is put off.
I work in Emergency Response, and I tell you, If I were to not show up, I will lose my customer! And have my reputation destroyed!
