Hinchey Brothers Plumbing is Great! Sam did a boiler tune up in the beginning of January. Marlene the Office Manager contacted me the day before
my appointment and on the day of the appointment regarding Sam's arrival time.Sam maintained precautions wearing a mask. He was very professional/polite and on time. The tune up didn't take long.I have been using Hinchey Brothers for years! I highly recommend them!!!!

I called them and they were able to come the next day. Pedro and his assistant installed a new garbage disposal I just bought. They also installed a new dryer duct that came with my dryer. They were done in about an hour. Friendly and professional. I would hire them again.

Repaired a broken valve for hot water in kitchen sink. Called Joe and he had someone at the apartment within a few hours. Professional and honest service. Reasonable rates for service call and labor. Highly recommend!

Mike Hickey answers his phone, is prompt, and does great work. What else can you ask for? We've hired him for adding baseboard heat, extending a gas line, and a bathroom plumbing remodel. The jobs were done on time and were of high quality. I highly recommend his company, and will definitely call him next time we need a plumber for anything. Called Bulldog today for the first time, and Jim was super helpful and responsive. 5 degrees and heat was out so somewhat of an emergency. Jim was able to come by within a few hours and get it working. Great service and very fair price. Thank you!

Had a plumbing emergency this morning, and called Lovett Plumbing based on the reviews here.  Charlie answered the phone, fit me into his schedule, arrived when he said he would, and fixed the problem (and found another that I didn't even notice).  All fixed, cleaned up, and at a reasonable price.  This was one of the best experiences with repair services in a while.  I'm a fan.

The main sewer line of our house had backed up and clogged Saturday night to Sunday morning and all efforts to snake the issue ourselves were to no avail. I called the usual 24 hour big name service company that rhymes with Toto Pooper a little before noon and then proceeded to wait for 7 hours for service after being given a four hour service window and dealing with a very unfriendly dispatch center that didn't seem to care that we had no access to water or the toilet all day.

A neighbor friend when hearing about our predicament recommended Matt The Drain Guy and said that he was the best. I called Matt and got his call center and he returned my call within minutes. I told him about my issue and that i was also still waiting for service from the big name company. Matt told me he could definitely help me but that he was in the process of completing another service call and that if we didn't want to wait he could understand.

We decided to take whomever showed up first. The big name company finally showed after 7 hours, the estimate for the work was incredibly expensive but i figured that's what we get for trying to get service on a Sunday. I called Matt back to cancel my service call but also asked him if he could give me an estimate for the work that was just quoted. The Drain Guy quote was less than half of what was quoted by the big name company. I told Matt we would wait for him and he said that he had just finished his other call and be on his way. Within an hour Matt was at our door.

As others have said Matt was incredibly friendly and professional, being careful moving furniture and other items that may be in the way of the work. He explained the issues he may encounter and what he was going to do. Quickly he was able to snake our sewer main and make sure that it was draining 100%. Matt cleaned up any and all dirt and debris caused from the work. Credit card payment was fast and easy (using square on his phone). If ever i need drain service again Matt The Drain Guy will be my first call, I wish that more service contractors were like The Drain Guy,  good honest people who don't try to gouge customers in a time of need.

My husband and I recently bought a house and needed a gas dryer and vent installed. We called Craig in the morning and he was able to start about an hour later! He reviewed the dryer manual and building code and figured out a way to safely vent our dryer across the basement without moving electrical or making it a more complicated job than it needed to be. A few hours later our dryer was up and running!

I needed a simple repair of changing the spout for my bathtub because the diverter had gone bad. I requested a quote from several plumbers. All responded fairly quick (within an hour) and I had given enough information and pictures so they all knew exactly what was needed.
I received quotes all the way up to 175/hour plus parts to 225 parts included.

Others even wanted to come by and charge me to look at the job to quote me (which they said the fee would be waived if I used them for the job after..but seriously?).

Mark responded to call him and leave him a voicemail explaining I had contacted him via a message and he would call me back. He called back within 10 minutes of me leaving the message and spoke to me on the phone. He thanked me for the detailed pictures and asked if I was handy at all as this was a very simple job and he didnt want me to pay a large sum for such a simple job. He said he would come if I still wanted him to but explained everything I would have to do and where to go get the parts. He even said if I get stuck I can call him to come over.

The part was cheap around 20 dollars and the work involved seems super simple (I watched some videos on youtube on how to do this). I havent fixed it yet as I am waiting for the part but i am confident now thanks to his information and knowing I can call him if I need him to come for the job.

Its hard to find good contractors for work such as this and I am keeping his number for any future jobs.

Alfred has now bailed me and family out of 3 major jams in the past 18 months. The first was when the plumber that I had hired (or so I thought) didn't show up for a kitchen remodel. I got New Age Plumbing's number from a friend and Alfred was at my house that afternoon to check out the job and he started the following morning. Alfred's quick response made it possible to keep my remodel on schedule. Several months later our hot water heater blew a massive leak at 8 pm on a Saturday, Alfred showed up Sunday morning to install a new heater and haul to old one away. Finally last night the faulty gas valve on the same hot water heater failed and Alfred was here this afternoon replacing the valve, when hot water heater manufacturer was going to make me and my family wait until next week for a repair. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I would recommend them 100%

We had a terrible experience with another plumbing company. We decided to call a local company and hoped for the best. We called PHD Plumbing on Friday and they were at our home by Monday morning. The receptionist and the men that did the work were on top of it. Quick, great customer service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend! They replaced our tankless water heater and it's working great!

I first met Joe Cardarelli early this year, when he and his team installed a combo heat/hot water system in my house. The entire crew was polite, professional and tidy. What most impressed me was how thorough Joe, the owner, was at seeing the job through. He inspected the work and added a few final touches to ensure the installation was perfect. Joe and his crew have been back twice since then: once to install a new faucet, and again yesterday to fix a leaking bathtub faucet that was destroying the ceiling in the dining room. While he was here, he happily took care of a number of other small plumbing issues for us. Every single time, Joe has been prompt and responsive; he listens well and gives good advice; he is professional, capable, neat and thorough. If I could give him six stars, I would!

Do not use this company.

They informed me it would cost $750 to warranty my water heater (still under warranty). That's for materials and labor COD too. What is it 1989?  Am I ordering a skateboard from transworld? Cash on delivery means one thing. -We don't stand behind our work and when you find out you've been ripped off you're not getting refunded. -

The old heater failed.  .  .still under warranty, so they would receive $750 for an easy install (unless they're daft, it couldn't take more than an hour to install. Two max ) Then they'd be credited for turning in the old heater. Who knows how much they're credited for that.

I was all ready to write The heater manufacturer a bad review when I decided to call them.
Just have a plumber call us to verify the leak and they can pick up the new heater, no charge .

Jaw droppingly easy

Used them for an outdoor shower. Had them back to replace my outdoor hose spickets. Nice guys, good work, on time. Love working with local companies.

I had an amazing experience hiring Green Team Drains after a major plumbing company came over, looked at my water heater for 1 second and told me to replace it.
I had a minor warranty issue with a water heater I purchased from another company.  Dwayne came by the next day with a smile on his face!  He quickly figured out what the problem was, called up the manufacturer's customer service line for me and figured out how to get my replacement part.  It wasn't available anywhere so he drove out of his way to get the part for me, and installed it the next day (which was a holiday).  A++++ service, and Dwayne is an awesome guy.  I will absolutely be using them for any plumbing issues going forward.  

He even followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was working well.  Incredible service that is rare in this day and age.  So yourself a favor, use this company.
