Big Blue came highly recommended from a close friend. Two years and numerous jobs later, I've highly recommended Big Blue to my other close friends. Kevin is fair and honest (and really friendly), Donna is very on top of things, and the rest of the staff are great to work with as well.

I've now used Consolidated Plumbing and Heating twice, both times they were exceptionally helpful and quick to respond.   The first time, our repair was handled the next day and done cleanly and professionally.  The second time, they helped me diagnose over the phone and were above and beyond helpful.  I will not hesitate to call again!

Con: They said that they would send me a quote the day after seeing the issue but I have yet to receive anything and I've reached out a least a couple times.

Pro - They were very responsive at first.

New home owner here, had a small puddle in the basement which grew 2 days later. Texted my issue and Chris came within 35 minutes. Excellent service

Rapid Flow tech came to clean outdoor drains that were overflowing due to the heavy rains we've had recently. The tech explained that my drains were clean and it was just because the ground was too saturated with all the rain that we've had. Thankfully I canceled Rotor Rooter since they wanted to charge me $1700 without even looking at my drains (this was flat rate then if he went over 2 hours wanted $875 each hour after). So glad I called Rapid Flow, they saved me $1,700!

I just used Chase Plumbing today for the first time and I am very happy with the service and price. Chris was here on time and he was neat/clean, worked quickly, and was informative about my systems and what I needed. He fixed two toilets and snaked the tub drain. I have had issues with other plumbing companies that tried to charge me too much or upsell things I didn't need. That was not the case here. I feel like they are honest and trustworthy. I will definitely use them again.

Frank installed our gas dryer.  He did it last minute on a weekend.  He was very fair with the pricing and did great work.  He took the time to explain and show me what he was doing.  It was my first time using his services and I would highly recommend him to others.

Had a problem with upstairs toilet. Called 4  people, couldn't get anyone here within a week. Call Mass Plumbing and Heating, Welter came within 3 hours.  Welter was respectful of current Covid issues, he was efficient, cleaned everything up, and in general...a nice guy to have working in the house. Based on the other fine reviews I gave Matt a call.  Henry and John came to my three family house and did a major repair to the main cast iron drain between my second and third floors. I knew in advance there would be some demo work required so they could inspect the pipes, but Matt said not to worry and that they would do the demo for me.  What a relief.  After the demo, they inspected the pipes and explained to me what work needed to be done.  I felt confident they were giving me good advice and not selling me a bunch of working I didn't need so I readily agreed to their proposal.  The job was quite challenging cutting cast iron with a reciprocating saw it tight quarters, but the guys were real professionals and were not deterred.  They put forth great effort in getting the old cast iron removed.  After installing the new pipes they were very meticulous in ensuring there were no leaks and cleaned up all of the mess.  In my estimation, I received high quality work at a fair price.  I will surely have these guys back when I need future plumbing work.

Woke up Sunday morning, on a long Holiday weekend, with our 10 year old Rinnai on demand hot water heater out of commission, leaking water out of the bottom. I reluctantly began the process of calling a bunch of plumbers to see who could come out and have a look. Only one plumber called me back, Renato, from Bushi plumbing. He listened to my explanation of the situation, looked at a picture of the hot water heater I sent him, and recommended it would likely need to be replaced (given I hadn't had it serviced once over the past ten years, my bad!) He also explained all the supply houses were closed, and the soonest he could be out was Monday (the following day, which was also a holiday BTW).

He came out on Monday, and confirmed the unit was beyond repair. He sourced a replacement unit, an actual upgrade to what we had, and had it installed and running within hours.

While he was here, he also found the source of a gas leak we've had for years (other plumbers told me it was mold,) and replaced a ten foot section of pipe that had been slowly leaking and ready to burst.

Bushi plumbing is by far the best plumbing service I've ever hired. I will only look to them for plumbing services from now on. Thank you, Renato!

We were having an issue with our new disposal & existing dishwasher.  Aiden was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issues in less than an hour.  He was courteous, professional & highly knowledgeable.  Would definitely call them again if needed.

Bill did an exemplary job. He is extremely responsive, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. His customer service is second to none. He took excellent care of our furnace and addressed all of our concerns. I look forward to hiring him again in the future.

I just moved to a new house and everything is a mess, include the washing machine. It leaks heavily and I'm not sure where the problem is. It caused serious water damage. I called Clark plumbing and they sent two guys to help me out the next day. They did absolutely perfect job and get it done in 20min. They are also really nice people and I would definitely call them again in the future if anything goes wrong again. Highly recommended and thank you very much.

Unreliable and late for scheduled appointment, then didn't end up solving the issue. I went with another company instead to get my issue resolved because this company is incompetent. Do not use them!

Purchasing a property that required plumbing repairs by the Mortgage Co prior to closing. Due to Probate and Executor Sale, repairs being coordinated through me. Reached Dave over the Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend with repairs scheduled for Monday afternoon following. Dave arrived promptly, assessed the repair needs, traveled to the local plumbing store in town for additional materials then fixed the problem quickly. Will definitely call Dave in the future when I need a plumber.

I made an appointment with MacCo for the annual servicing of my ac and heating units. The person who answered the phone, Victor, explained that the price was the same as the previous year, but if I chose to pay by credit card there would be a 5% surcharge. I was told that I could choose to pay by cash or check instead to avoid the 5% surcharge. I was also told by Victor that he would confirm the appointment by phone the day before. On the day of the appointment, I never heard from Victor so I called the office to confirm. Victor was rather snippy and claimed he called me the day before, but my phone was busy. He could've emailed me, texted me or tried calling again, but he did none of those things. Also, he said if I looked out my window I would see the plumber's truck in the parking lot. Guess what? My condo is in the back and doesn't face the parking lot! In any event, the servicing of my ac and heating units was done satisfactorily and the plumber was far more pleasant than Victor. I'm not sure if Victor was having a bad day or if he's always confrontational with customers when things don't go smoothly, but the fact is, when anyone works in a customer facing role, they need to act politely and professionally at all times.

Forgot to mention one detail.... regarding my last post of 3/21/17... I was able to get another plumber who easily replaced that old shut-off valve section  (that was left with goop)  without having to change the entire pipeline system!  And he fixed the boiler situation!  There are good people out there... you just have to look and compare.
