I have used Ostroski Plumbing several times over the last few years at my condo and have had outstanding results utilizing this company. Greg is always on time, works very neat - never a mess, and always comes in on budget. Due to my work schedule I have made arrangements to let Greg in and leave him there until the work is completed. I've never had any issues other than exceptional results. I will use Greg again and would recommend him to anyone looking for no-nonsense quality plumbing solutions on the North Shore. We LOVE you guys!!!  Our family has relied on Mitch and Tommy (and Jodi!) for at least 15 years now.  They are unbelievably responsive, honest, and do amazing work.  And such lovely people.  Mitch once spent hours and hours at our house in the middle of a MAJOR blizzard, right before Christmas, as our failing burner began spewing carbon monoxide.  He dealt with the gas company, the shutdown, and all the other attendant issues while I scrambled to find temporary housing.  He miraculously managed to find us a brand new furnace that arrived within days.  (Just try to get a burner installed over the holidays when the region is at a standstill due to feet of snow!).  We moved back home Christmas eve, barely missed a beat, and our young children had the holiday they had expected.  Years later, still grateful.

My dad used to say that one of the most valuable things as a homeowner is having a great plumber.  Well, we do, and would recommend Consolidated to anyone in the Metrowest area.

Wayne was great--quick, no nonsense, solved all of the problems in my kitchen in under 20 mins, left his workplace spotless.

Reached out via Yelp messages and John responded almost right away and we were able to schedule an appointment. One of his service guys came out and evaluated the problem for free (the water pressure was low but just got stuck?) and since no repair was needed, there was no charge. I contacted many other companies and John's is the only around my area that would give a free estimate.
Though I didn't have any issue to be fixed, I would definitely go back to them if needed!

I was having vibrations in my shower. Gave Frank a call and he diagnosed over the phone.  Was a easy fix by me.  Frank was upfront about it being an easy repair and not wanting to schedule a visit just to charge me.  I would use Frank in the future

The plumber himself was great, but the management was terrible.  I had to call multiple times to get an inspection, and then he lied right to me about it.  I had to reschedule my other contractors and it messed up my whole timeline.  The incompetence was bad, the lying was worse.

My family used Charlie's services in Boston about a month ago. We called him to fix the plumbing in my aunt's bathroom, but because of unforeseen circumstances, Charlie drove all the way out to my aunt's house, but wasn't allowed to come inside.

Charlie expressed so much empathy and kindness toward my family's unique situation. There needs to be more people like him in this world. Most people would have been extremely uncomfortable, but Charlie expressed his understanding and told us to call him when we need him again.

I have never in my life met a team so passionate at their job.  We needed a water heater replaced in our house as well as some other areas issues looked at/fixed.  Once we called Landmark we were completely taken care of.  We were met at the house and provided options that ranged in prices (with no upset pressure), they educated us on current requirements for venting (3 duct to a now required 4 duct), as well as provided us some good insights into how the water system works in general.  Clearly knowledgeable.  The quote they provided was never exceeded and we were provided options when looking at water heaters.  We chose the one we wanted and before you knew it the team was at the house, early on a beautiful Saturday morning ready and eager to get to work.  The work was done beautifully.  Not only did we have a new water heater installed (which looks darn good I must say), they installed the new venting ducts as well as shored up ALL the pipes in the basement (something they certainly did not need to do): insulated this one, clamped down that one, checked the water pressure here and removed excess pipes there.  A dream team.  

Quoting and invoicing is done through FreshBooks which makes the entire transaction paperless and easy.  Pricing was unbelievably fair for the work done.

These guys have not only earned our trust, but have earned lifelong customers as well as references.

Rapid Flow was able to come and save the day on Saturday when my house trap was clogged and water wasn't draining. They picked up the phone, got me in touch with service person, arrived in window they gave me, unclogged and cleaned pipes, and cleaned up and left.

It's wasn't inexpensive, but I think the rate is reasonable for weekend service. I think I would've paid just about anything anyway. It was a nasty mess...

I tried several local plumbers first but didn't have success getting them over to the house. I hope never to deal with such issue, but I know exactly who to call first.

I had MacCo come out today to adjust my on-demand tankless hot water system. Ryan the tech was excellent. It was clear he knew what he was talking about, and he had the problem solved in a few minutes. After working on the main unit, he checked the water temperatures in all the faucets (two bathrooms, two showers, kitchen sink) and made adjustments until they were right. I asked Ryan a lot of questions, and he answered them all confidently, politely, and demonstrated his knowledge of the system. This kind of hot water system is new to me and now I know exactly how it works thanks to Ryan.

Mike has a very charming personality that wins you over, he leaves making you think - wow what a nice and honest man but then you realize that is all a facade. I asked him to come over to look at some corroded pipes. he said nothing was leaking so there was no problem.  I told him our disposal wasnt working and that I wasnt sure if I needed to fix it since I dont use it, he said Oh its easy I said Ok.... He never told me Oh its easy, it will cost you $160 because I spent 1 minute of my time.

I have never interacted with a person who deceived me like this. He should have been upfront about the cost - and then I would not think this way. I dont trust him in my home and would advise you not to trust him in yours.

Have called twice requesting fairly urgent services (once when we accidentally broke our toilet while installing a diaper sprayer and again when our garbage disposal malfunctioned and was leaking water all over the kitchen). Both times he was able to come the same day and quickly resolve the issues. Prices were reasonable for both services. Definitely recommend!

I called T-flow on Tuesday and spoke with Matt about fixing a simple Symmons shower diverter in our rental house that was causing water to leak into the basement. He was able to come out the same day after I organized with the tenants and fix it on the spot. It was so much better than the runaround that our previous plumber was giving us... Previous plumber told us it could be $600-700 just for the part and they couldn't be out until Tuesday. T-flow fixed it as promised/expected and at the price we expected (half of the other quote). Matt was super responsive and always answered his phone. Thanks T-flow!!!!!

Wayne's Drains has always been great when I need them. Emailed on Sunday night because my washing machine hose backed up (Monday was a holiday). Someone came out early afternoon on Monday to fix the issue. The technician fixed the problem, cleaned up, then explained what he had done. He wrote it all on the invoice, circled the 30 day guarantee and their phone number in case I had any questions. Always great! I would highly recommend them.

I sent out an urgent request to a number of plumbing companies on Yelp in the area. Renato was the first to respond and showed up exactly on time at 8:15 AM. As our toilet was backing up without an apparent clog, he attempted to snake the toilet before checking out the basement and discovering a much more serious problem that way beyond his company's ability. He recommended another company in the area and left with a smile and free of charge. If I had another household plumbing need, Bushi would be the first company I'd call.

John did an amazing job and worked hard to fix my kitchen faucet which had leaking problems.  This was after I tried to fix it on my own but without much luck.  Courteous, friendly and professional.  Will definitely reach out to Zplumberz in the future.

I have to say, I have used this company in the past and needed their services again and they respond right away both times, I was never left hanging.  

When I spoke with them I was told they were in the neighborhood and would stop by and within 30 minutes they were here.  They fixed my problem and told/showed me where the problem was.  They gave me the information I needed to fix the problem permanently.

They are professional, courteous and respectful and i will definitely use them again, if needed.

I used Crescent Plumbing when our furnace wouldn't start on a Friday afternoon. They sent someone on Saturday morning-very responsive but expensive. For a weekend visit plan to pay $245 minimum. In our case the plumber had to install another thermostat (that we had) because our Nest stopped working. The fee for this was $265, yikes. Thanks for being a 24 hour service, but for what probably was a 15 min. Visit that's a lot of money.

I will call Charlie Lovett from Lovett plumbing & heating next time.
