This is the second time that Ramon has made our family's life better!  The first one was when he installed a new laundry sink.  He was so efficient and friendly!

I contacted David via email and received a response  in less than 24 hours. He showed up on-time for my Monday morning appointment and quickly replaced my garbage disposal.

He was professional, honest, and courteous and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Total rip off.. he dont even do the job..he sends someone who does it whom have their own independent business.. miss quotes.. dents tech to the house not even giving the tech photos of the job prior to getting here.. The tech whom has his own business was very honest with the work being done and how much the job actually cost with overhead.. straight rip off.. but I thank you because i got a new contractor out of the situation.. the GUY who actually do the work.. plus he charge 99.00 for coming out to take pics and it's not going to the final bill.. lesson learned.. I wish I could give 0 stars... but I hired the actual contractor for future work.. so it's a win for me.. DONT USE THIS GUY.. HE IS NOT A CONTRACTOR..

Andrew installed a new chandelier in our foyer.  He was fast, efficient and did what seemingly 3 other contractors couldn't for a very fair and reasonable price.  I would highly recommend and we will definitely plan to call Andrew in the future.

So I cannot say enough about Ryan of Elite Plumbing.  First off, of the 20 plumbers we called late at night that claim to be 24/7, he's the only one that actually was.  He's the only one that returned our call at 11:00 pm AND offered to come out at that time to assist.  I actually told him no and we could wait until morning and there he was when the sun came up!  Efficient, courteous and a local guy building a very customer focused and honest business.  I've told everyone I know about him today.  I cannot recommend Ryan enough and am so happy that quite by accident I stumbled across my plumber from here on out.  Do yourself a favor and support this local young man.  It's a win-win, believe me.

I called Gary at 11:00 a.m. to fix my washing machine connection. He met me at my home the same day, even arriving before I did. My problem was solved in just a few minutes and his pricing was fair! I'll definitely be calling again if I have any type of plumbing issues!

Found thru Yelp. Good job. On time. Nice even though I delayed them by forgetting my keys. :facepalm. Conveniently they had all the parts in their truck (including a whole faucet) when there was some stuff I hadn't expected to have to replace.

Patrick, and his team- Steven, Alex and Pat Wolfe,  installed a tankless water heater , 3 toilets and a kitchen faucet and they were great!!  I will definitely call A Better Plumber for any future plumbing needs. Last year, we had an electrician from this company come to our house. She came with an assistant electrician. My husband was the one who ordered service, but he was out running errands. I explained what needed to be done best to my abilities. We asked her to look into two issues. One outside, one inside the garage. In the span of one hour, she stopped in to ask me numerous questions about what needed to be done, and was nearly badgering me while I was taking care of my child. The interruption was excessive. Then she told me the job was over 400 dollars without really breaking down price.  The boiling point came when she started digging up the front yard without asking me, even though she was interrupting me a lot just prebiously! We had just laid out a fresh sod and it was all dug up. When I questioned her not asking me, she got defensive and started giving me all kinds of attitude. She was very confrontational and I was quite intimidated by her.  I told her behavior was unacceptable, removed mysrlf and my child from the room, and called the corporate office to complain. My husband came home, caught what was going on, asked her to leave while on the phone with the company. She then got sassy with my husband and argued with him. It was unreal! We had to hand the phone to her and have the company tell her to leave our house.  Later, the company sent the head electrician and apologized for her attitude, but didn't give us any discount on one job she had finished in the garage. They still charged us.
We will never utilize their service to include the plumbing and we sincerely question the company that hires this kind of character.  I was afraid of writing the review right away, for the fear that she'd be back to cut the wires or something. I wish I could give negative stars for the horrendous experience.
