Honest and very friendly company. Honest Prices, Honest Work, and Honest repair.  Cannot ask for anything better. They are right on point. With some basic information that I gave them, they went right to work and pin pointed the issue right away. Changed out the part and had the system back and running in couple of hours.  They gave a honest price including the parts. Whole job was around $135 dollars. I had another technician come juts before him,  Estimate was in thousands for system overhaul.  I will NOW use this company going forward without any hesitation. Its going into my speed dial.

I wish I could move these guys to Texas with me!  They do a great job, were prompt and very friendly and helpful.

I had a small water leak under the kitchen sink, so this was a small job. I found them on yelp and since they were located in Columbia, I decided to try them out. I made the phone call on Monday and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. Nick was very polite and professional. He figured out what the problem was fast and also pointed out a previous design flaw by the original installer. He made every thing into a much more efficient and simple design. You will look at $150 an hour plus parts for their service. 10% discount for 1st time customers. All in all excellent service, I will use them again for any of my plumbing needs!

Upfront I am not rating on quality of work because they never made it that far.

Ramon quoted me $125 to install a ptrap and faucet head for a utility sink (over the phone) then I mentioned to secure utility sink to wall (2x screws), his price jumped to $175...(40% increase for 2x screws). That's when alarm bells started going off.  

Beware, do your research before you hire handymen. They tend to overcharge and hold steady on highest quote even though it's ridiculous.

I had a very good experience: he was very responsive to messages, great about communicating when he could come to the house, very efficient, competitively priced, and willing to honor his pricing even when part of the job unexpectedly turned out to be more difficult than we thought.

Highly recommend 1st Generation Services. When I needed a professional subject matter expert for an electrical issue, they were there.  They got the job done with speed and courtesy.  I texted the owner to schedule various services and he  understood my schedule, most definitely a trusted agent for present and future plans for the improvement of my home.  I highly recommend this company.

Andrew installed a new chandelier in our foyer.  He was fast, efficient and did what seemingly 3 other contractors couldn't for a very fair and reasonable price.  I would highly recommend and we will definitely plan to call Andrew in the future.

My shower and faucet would not turn off this morning! I called another plumbing company, but they did not have a plumber available until the next day.  I am so glad to have found Elite Plumbing and Home Services.   They were pleasant and professional from start to finish.  They arrived when they said they would.  Price was reasonable.  Highly recommend and would re-use service.

Pablo is the real deal. Not only is he extremely responsive, but he has impressive turnaround time.

We were able to schedule an appointment with him Sunday night, for the next morning all through the yelp app. He promptly arrived on time and fixed two appliances in what seemed like minutes. I cannot recommend this business enough.

Hopefully we don't have any other appliances that give us trouble in the near future, but if we do, we know who to call.

Quality and professional service at a fair price. Showed up on-time each day as scheduled with a full crew who were very courteous and polite, ensuring furniture was covered and protected. Worked neat and clean, and did complete walk through when done to ensure complete satisfaction. Highly recommend and would use for all my future projects!

I've had Durance do two plumbing jobs at my older, circa 1947 house in Takoma Park - fixing a leaky toilet and a blocked shower drain.  Both times Kirk did the work quickly and inexpensively, avoiding more costly repair work.  Highly recommend.

I just had Gary and his team at P&T Elite Plumbing replace my very old water heater that failed a couple days ago.  He's very knowledgeable with fair and honest pricing.  He was able to deal with the weirdness of my 1920s house plumbing quickly and effectively.   I certainly hope I don't have to call him a plumber again soon, but would definitely use him again when such issues occur.

We used Whistler Plumbing recently for a new hot water heater and hot water boosters in our house. They were extremely responsive and pleasant, handled the job quickly, and even sent someone out a week later to check something for me and explain how the boosters work. (FYI, the boosters give you instant warm water at faucets that are far from the tank.)

They also not only informed us about the legal chimney liner requirements, but handled installing the liner and sent the inspector to approve it on a day of our choosing.

We are very happy with them and would use them again.

I called this to assist with putting a shower pan down (tub removed,).  Set up an appointment and they never showed up.  In addition, they over charged me $1,700.  They said my chili g would need to be cut...uhmmm.  i got it done by a plummer and it was $675.00.

I've used M&S a number of times. Since 2008 I had used them - ac, furnace blower, coaxial new outlets and leaky hose bib
I enjoyed having them do the work however  they have laxed in their workmanship -
I had wanted the hose bib fixed for my outside faucets and it's was dismal failure of $690. It continued to leak and warranty had already passed. I had used the warranty a few times before thought . The guys who had came for original work were they ones who come for warranty work too.

Good news is I got another plumber put in a whole spiget and resolved the leaky hose issue for $378 includes parts and labor.
