Ramon and Alex are gems. They did a great job from start to finish: communication, punctuality and quality. They took their time getting it right and explained their work, which turned out perfectly.  These guys are true professionals. Moreover, they know their limits rather than taking chances with a house just to get paid. Please don't disturb me as I'm trying to figure out more excuses to hire them.

Broad range of contracting skills including electronics, drywall, and restoration services. Tony replaced our drier vent with a safer vent tube, which involved removing and replacing the drywall and painting to make it look like new. It was a large job which he completed thoroughly with excellent craftsmanship. The price was fair for a large job. We will have him back to do install a kitchen shelf, help with dishwasher repairs, and install a new ceiling fan.

This Plumbing company was awesome. The time of arrival was great.  The service was excellent and completed in a timely manner.

007 Construction was great. I had a clogged pipe and had a previous professional come out to work on it who charged me twice as much and didn't fix the problem. I posted a request on Yelp and James called me right away and was able to get out the next day (could have been the same day but my schedule didn't work). James came out and with his thoughtfulness and persistence was able to clear the entire pipe. Would highly recommend him and will be having him back to do additional work on our home.

We just recently replaced our furnace, Hvac compressor, hot water heater and put on a brand new deck in our back yard.  Everything went amazingly smooth.  Carlos was the upmost professional and very responsive to our questions and requests.  We ended up adding on additional work at the end because he did such a great job with the initial contract.  Without hesitation- I would recommend C&S to anyone looking to do any home improvement.  He does it all and does it all very well!

We've had both Matt and Will from out to our house for plumbing issues. I learned a lot from both of them and they did great work.  Before we purchased and installed our hybrid hot water heater, I did a lot of research.  Matt not only did a great job with the install but he made a condensate drain from pvc that works great and looks so much better than what I had seen online  Will did a great job unclogging our faucets from calcium buildup and taught me how to do the preventative maintenance to prevent the problem from reoccurring . I also appreciated that they were on time, personable and clean. Carol, in the office, was also great with scheduling and follow-up. Highly recommend and will continue to use them in the future.

I live in Michigan and have property in McLean, VA.
After the last hard winter in Virginia the windows and patio doors were damaged by adverse weather and careless tenants in the McLean property.  So I decided to fix the affected Windows or replace them based on feasibility either alternative.  Naturally my first  couple of stops were the 2-big box home stores.  Mind you, since I live in Michigan I went to the stores here and asked for competitive bids for work and material to be performed in McLean.  They both provided estimates and were in excess of $30k.  I asked for the itemized costs and they would not offer that.  So,  I researched and found L. Lugo General contractors.  Called up Mr. Luis Lugo (a very fine gentleman)  and he had the windows' measurements done and an estimate provided with costs itemized.  His bid was almost 45% less than the least expensive bid by Home Depot!  The proposed windows were top of the line fiberglass Marvin Windows.  Much better the big-box chain store contractor grade brands.  He was on time, on schedule, within the budget and most impressively he sent me photos and videos of the work as it was progressing.  He made suggestions where necessary. Remember, I am in Michigan and his company is doing the work in Virginia so this was all long distance.  I highly recommend him.

What a pleasant experience!  He and his company are on my Go-To list.  Five stars for L.Lugo General Contractors!!

We love Hector and his team.  Over the past year, they have done a lot of work in our house --- built a closet, fixed walls and trim, retiled bathroom, painted, and more.  They take great pride in their work and everything was done well.  The best part, however, is that Hector is completely reliable, honest, and dependable.  We can't recommend Hector enough!

Abe really IS awesome!

After 24 hours of no running water and waiting for our Home Warranty company to dispatch a local plumber to fix our leaky pressure reducing valve, Abe shows up in 24 MINUTES! Actually it was probably a bit less but you get the idea.

My wife and I just had a baby girl 4 weeks ago, and running water is a MUST.  I called Abe and he showed up that same evening, fully equipped. Cut out the old valve, assembled the new one, soldered it in and we were up and running in less than an hour. The guy really knows his stuff. He cleaned his joints and showed me it was leak free.

FAST, reliable, knowledgeable. He even does some pre- troubleshooting over the phone. He quoted my price before he started his work, and that's exactly what I paid for his services.

He'll be the only guy I'm calling when I need plumbing work. I hope he NEVER retires!

Highly recommend! They responded to my Yelp request within minutes, and they scheduled someone to come out the next day. James called before he arrived, and then once he heard I had just purchased the home, he took extra time to do a full house inspection and make recommendations and answer questions. He made some adjustments at no charge and gave me estimates for the work I needed. I will definitely use Marines Plumbing again!

I had a wonderful experience with Durance Plumbing.  I recently purchased a condo and one of the tubs was completely blocked.  Adam  was timely and friendly.  He snaked the drain and retrieved the surgical glove which was causing the blockage.  I would recommend this company to a friend.

Matt and his team quickly came to our assistance to replace our collapsed ceiling! His guys came the next morning. They were prompt, courteous, wore masks, and did a clean professional job! I've now used Master Plumbing and Mechanical on three occasions.  Once was a catastrophic emergency issue that required a simple but quick fix, one was a normal plumbing issue, and the latest was a major plumbing job (tear down of old in wall toilet and installation of a new one).  In all three they were super communicative, patient when I had to assess options, and professional when they did the work.  Billy, Billy, Fred and Kevin have all done great work and I will certainly use them again.

My GO TO guy for allllll things plumbing. I've never seen someone fix a problem so fast. Not to say that the issue wasn't intricate or elaborate. Gary just knows what he's doing and he's been doing it for a long time.

When you have plumbing issues, you want a professional thats not going to lie to you or rake you over the coals. Gary is the guy to call.

He has fixed several different properties for me and will continue to be my go to man for plumbing. Its like when you find a good mechanic or hair stylist or barber, you're loyal!

They did great work but there prices are ridiculous. One shower leak repair  was over $400. It took les than 10 minutes. ONe valuve reppair $450 took less than 30 minutes. My daughter had a kitchen sink repair it took 20 minutes and cost $350. All plumbers probably charge the same who knows. I will research more next tiime. These are Lawyer prices! absotulely absurd.

Our toilet got flooded due to the refrigerator. He agreed to fix our bathroom ceiling with paint and living room ceiling for $600 total. Once he started working he started complaining and started saying its too much work i and I am just helping you we paid him $300 to get the supplies. He messed up our walls and said he never said he will be painting the whole ceiling. This guy was trying to find ways to get more money out. He simply refused him and asked him to leave. We were not going to pay more for the job which is still unfinished and very poor job. Now he started to post my pictures my kid's pictures my house pictures on social media and he has started to harass me and my wife. I would not recommend this person at all. If anything happens to me or my family this guy Edward would be responsible
