Best Appliance Repair in Washington DC
Reddick & Sons is just a top notch company that provides the best HVAC services in the area. They are honest, have great character and integrity. They never try to rip their customers off. Every last technician is knowledgeable and their pricing is fair. My Mom has used them and I used them for the first time today. Matthew was awesome and the best service. If you want a good honest company that will provide the best service look no further and call Reddick & Sons. You won't be disappointed.

Always professional, top notch work. Have worked on our last 2 homes for various projects, both major (main line from well to house) and minor (clogged lines in the house). Great experiences with Vince, highly recommend

I would DEFINITELY use this business again! Ramon is extremely professional. He shows up on time, communicates very effectively to keep you informed, has you check his work for satisfaction after each task is completed and his prices are very reasonable. What's not to like?! We are so pleased to have found such a good handyman.

Fast, quick, honest, transparent service with quality results.
Capitol Handyman came out for a quote and completed all the work within a week, the same week we initiated the request.
Completed a project to install a ceiling fan in a location that had no fan box or electricity. Required drywall modification and repair, running electricity and installing an outlet as well as the fan. The result was excellent and I'm thrilled to have our new fan.
Also completed two plumbing repair projects to replace a cracked PVC valve and a repair a leaking outdoor spigot.
Will contact again for future projects.

Andrew installed a new chandelier in our foyer. He was fast, efficient and did what seemingly 3 other contractors couldn't for a very fair and reasonable price. I would highly recommend and we will definitely plan to call Andrew in the future.

On a Sunday afternoon I noticed my water heater leaking...after doing some quick research I called Ryan at Elite Plumbing. He came right away, replaced the water heater quickly and at a fair price, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I would absolutely recommend him!

Mr. Pablo Zapata provides excellent service. I have used him for HVAC and plumbing services for years. He is friendly and very customer service orientated. He works extremely hard to provide high quality service. He is a true professional in the highest manner. I am a customer for life.

Jose is a very trustworthy professional and cares about the quality of his work. I have used his company many times for painting, carpentry, roofing and more. Tell him exactly what you want done and they can make it happen.

Such a wonderful experience! When we first moved to the area, we needed an estimate for a project and the big name company was trying to repair more than was needed and charge as much as possible. We called Durance (along with several other plumbing companies) for assistance with a clogged kitchen sink/garbage disposal. We didn't even get a call back from other companies. When Durance called back they explained they were very busy, but would get someone out to us. A call back goes a long way!! When Adam came to fix our sink he was so kind, empathetic of the fact that we have newborn babies at home, and worked quickly with integrity and efficiency! He didn't try to repair more than what was needed, charged a very reasonable price, and even gave us avery fair estimate on another project we will want completed in the near future. I HIGHLY recommend Durance Plumbing!

Gary T. Payne is the only plumber you can trust in DC/MD/VA! He is responsive, courteous, punctual, and on top of his game. My condo building has difficult rules and requirements and he worked with my building to make sure every T was crossed and every I was dotted. He helped me locate some fixtures on my own so I could save some money. He finished the work efficiently and even took the time to let my dad show him an old Lionel train set that my dad was so proud to show him. No other plumber has been so helpful, personable, fairly priced, and such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him! I will never use another plumber again! I have nothing but good things to say about Gary T. Payne!

Had them out just yesterday. Very quick, friendly, thorough, and professional. Our go to folks!

the plumber was super late. Charged me 800+ for using the snake with camera. They were supposed to send me an estimate, waited a week and called both the business and the plumber that came out and left messages for both. I am still waiting for a call back from both!! It's almost been tree weeks!! not professional at all!!

I had to contact City Council in my district regarding my experience. An investigation was initiated by the Baltimore City Office of Demolition and Construction. Michael & Son did not obtain all of the proper permits necessary for the project. This speaks to their lack of professionalism.
They are now required by the City to remediate the damage. Their blatant obstinance regarding this matter is troubling. It's a shame local government needs to get involved to make a company do what they should have done in the first place. Details below:
Starting the week of 6/10/2018 technicians from Michael and Son started to repair my sewer main. They did not install the sewer clean out in the correct location the first time they came to do the repairs, and had to return to fix their mistake. Upon their return they installed the sewer clean out on city property. In the process, they damaged the sidewalk in front of my home, the stairs leading down to the street (on a hill used by the community that is not my property), and the railing on those stairs. A neighbor saw them hit the stairs and the railing while performing the work. Michael and Son acknowledges that the condition of the property is unsafe. They did not inform me that the city property in front of my home would be damaged, and they refused to repair it unless I hired them again to perform the repairs, claiming that they were not contractually required to do anything other than plumbing. I had to ask Maurice N. to stop responding to me and contacting me with messages telling me they would fix the sidewalk for an additional cost. I've also had to block him on Yelp because he ignored my request. In addition to destroying the sidewalk, stairs and railing (city property that I am not responsible for repairing). Technicians also removed my neighbors gutter clean out and did not put it back in the correct location. I was assured that they would reconnect it. They never informed me that they would need to damage the property to install the sewer clean out, and the unsafe conditions were left for my neighbors and me to find. During the time they performed their work I was also left without properly running water for 3 days. Water would either run out brown or didn't run at all. This is by far the worst experience I've had working with a company.
