My pipes have been clogged for about week i called them at around 11 a.m. and they said theyd be to my house around 130-400. I seriously almost cried because literally a week leaving to go to walmart to use the restroom with 4 adults and 5 kids is stressful!!! And tomorrow being thanksgiving, and me being the cook, it literally brought tears to my eyes. So they came around 3. I was making sweet potato piess (: & they went right to work. It was amazing that they came last minute and got in and out with no problems. And they were very very professional. Great place to work with. Awesome.

Of course the AC breaks when my husband is not here! Mrs. Dodd was so helpful when I called. She walked me through some things on the phone just to make sure it wasn't a breaker or something simple. Mr. Dodd arrived on time, prepared and very knowledgeable. He had exactly what we needed. Very fair and accommodating on a hot Saturday. Exactly the personal service I was looking for from a small business. We will use them again and I highly recommend.

We had to replace an 80 -gallon hot water heater in our rental house. Shawn came out to give us a cost estimate. Once we agreed, he completed the job in less than two hours and the cost was about $1,000 below the first quote we got from another local plumbing company. I would call him back in a heartbeat for any other plumbing problems we might have.

Showed up on time. Quickly discovered the problem and showed what was creating the leak. Was able to fix it in under 10 mins and explained why the leak existed. Dave was an excellent communicator and an even better person. Will be calling them again with an plumbing issue I have and recommending them to others. Couldn't have been more pleased

What a terrific plumbing company. The plumber knew what he was talking about, fixed the problem, and was not very expensive. What more could I ask for.. I would highly recommend this plumbing co.

We had a leak in our bathroom in the wall behind the vanity. Another company quoted us a price of almost $700 to repair the leak without repairing the wall they would have to take out and other companies said it would be several days before they could come out for the estimate. Ashlee at Home Care replied to my quote request quickly and maintained prompt and proactive contact throughout the process. She came out the next day with her plumber for the estimate, which was charged by the hour and much cheaper than I was expecting, and scheduled the service for two days later. The job was more involved than he initially thought and took longer than planned, but Moises kept us informed of what he was doing during the repair and cleaned up afterwards. Ashlee was a dream to work with and we look forward to using her company again.

This company is top notch. Efficient clean polite. Their work ethic is unquestionable.
If all contractors were as efficient and had the integrity and work ethic these guys from Security Plumbing have, the construction trade would never have a bad rap.
It was a pleasure having them work in my house.

I ordered everything I needed to renovate my bathroom back in early June from a bog box store. I received everything except for the shower enclosure fairly quickly. I finally received the 4 piece shower at the end of September and found it in about 12 pieces. I needed to get this project going as I had already paid the plumber for half of the project in June. I went to Noland and sat down with one of their friendly representatives to see what my options were. I decided on a unit that satisfied my needs and that was in stock right there. It was delivered to me the next day and in perfect condition. Noland saved my renovation and at a better price than I would have paid at that other store. My Strongest Recommendation.

I had bought a new LG gas range that stuck out about 8 inches from the wall because of the gas connector being an older version. I called Herb & he was out here within 20 minutes to take a look. Then he came back out the very next morning (GREAT customer service). Now my range sits beautifully flush with the wall. He did an incredible job, quick & efficient. Herb left the area even cleaner than he found it (contrary to another review I saw on here). He even took the time to explain to me everything he was doing & how my gas lines are set up in my home. The pricing he gave me was also more than fair. With everything he did here, I really feel like I got a DEAL. He is also very personable & kind. My little 3 year old just loved talking to him & playing yo-yo. You just never find wonderful service like this anymore & I am so glad I decided to go with his company. I will definitely be calling him in the future with any other gas, plumbing, or contractor work I need done. Thanks Herb!!!

This is my second time using Wright Way and couldnt be happier. Fixed a broken water line in the front yard that another plumbing company failed to observe. Wish we would have called Wright Way the first time and not wasted our money on the first guy. They worked quickly and their rate was very affordable. Im grateful for their integrity and I plan to contact them if I need another service.

Jacob K was professional, timely and quickly identified the issue with our unit that another local company failed to pinpoint. I felt like my appointment was the most important one of the day due to how Jacob treated me. I work in a supervisory position in the service department for a billion dollar worldwide company and I can tell you that exemplary employees like Jacob are few and far between. He knows how to not only provide a service, but an experience - something that I coach my subordinates to do with every customer contact every day, but sadly also many companies today lack. Jacob is a gem for your company and I highly advise that you should do everything needed to hold on tight to him! Thanks for the great experience, Jacob!

The plumber was great; came out on the weekend, diagnosed the sewer clog as being a city problem, made the call to get help from the city, no charge. Fantastic plumbing service.
Terrible on the water clean-up side. I had water on the bathroom floor, so the inspector (Zechariah Duffy, field supervisor) poked around and then went under the house. Said I had water damage, and that I needed to act quickly (within 48 hours) or else mold would develop and negate homeowner's insurance coverage. Wanted me to sign a contract with the assurance that he would help me with the homeowners insurance paperwork and all I would have to pay is my deductible. The recommended work included tearing up the bathroom floor to dry out the sub-flooring. When I asked for an itemized cost estimate, he said I didn't need to worry about the details because insurance would cover it. I pressed for an estimate and he said $5,000-$10,000 . He wanted to talk to my spouse too since we needed to act quickly (granted, I initially deferred to my spouse). Red flags all around!! We waited a week, had it inspected by someone else, and there is NO DAMAGE. What a scam.

We have an empty property we were preparing to rent / sale and needed a licensed plumber to fix a leak in the bathtub ASAP. The repair person / owner Jason was informed of our deadline to complete the job. He not only assured us it would be done the very next day. But also promised the work area would be left like no one was even there. Even though he said he will need to cut part of the wall out and remove our vanity on the other side of the tub to get to the damaged pipes.
The leak was fixed, but the customer experience was horrible. The main problem for this business is an inability to not only communicate effectively. But work with some level of integrity & accountability. We paid the 50% deposit immediately upon request. We then received multiple delays over the next 48 hr period including false arrival times that we had to constantly reach out ourselves to get an update on. It got to a point when we called to inform Jason we would go another route and wanted our deposit back (minus any service fee for diagnosing the source of the leak). He seemed offended by this change of heart because he mentioned he was in the check out line buying materials to fix our leak and said This is why I ask people like you for a deposit... Well you can kiss that deposit goodbye! and the call ended.
Later his wife / secretary called back to apologize and assure us he was finally in route after picking up supplies to do the job. We accepted and asked that the final invoice be amended to include a note that the tub drain is working properly bcus we tested it ourselves. But we needed documentation from a licensed plumber stating that the drain is operating correctly. Jason decided to snake the drain anyway even though he said he didn't pull out or see anything that would've cause slow draining. But still charged us for it and didn't accept responsibility for misreading our request (via text). To make matters worse, he told us we can caulk the newly installed tub knobs & faucet ourselves; after not cleaning the tub up and saying he couldn't put back the vanity and the wall the way it was like he was never there as he promised. Also that it was more work than he initially assumed. We can respect the honesty, but to not even offer a discount after displaying bad time management issues and poor customer service is absurd! Jason wouldn't consider removing the charge for snaking our drain when we didn't ask him to do it in the first place. With all that, we still paid the full invoice balance (over $300 more than the original quote). We figured, hey it's the holidays and we can only hope they needed the money more than they needed a long time customer. In short, 5 Star Plumbing is not a business we can trust to do any future work for us, even though he offered $75 off the next job!!!! UUUMMMMM NO WE'RE GOOD.
