Best Water Heater Installation in Tucson AZ
Our Air Conditioner quit working during a 95 degree afternoon and Fusion was the only place that could service our unit the same day I called. They repaired as needed, the only complaint is that I felt the cost for the service was excessive but admittedly it was on the weekend.

I had a issue with the sewer line clogging, Eli contacted me very quickly with a very friendly yet professional manner. He came to our home and found out quickly what the problem was. He and his super friendly co~ worker ( i shamefully forgot his name :( fixed it, his price was exactly as quoted, gave a free warranty on his work. He was polite, clean, respectful and very honest. I would highly recommend him and his team for any home repairs you might need. He left the work area clean and tidy. I was home alone and felt very comfortable in his presence, which is a big deal to me as a bit older gal. :) i will definitely you this company for any plumbing issues that might arise in the future.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service and the quality of the work done by this company. George , the owner, is fantastic, a good communicator and a good listener. I've been using Zing for about four years now, and can only say that I am very glad to have found this company.

I reached out to Daniel's Plumbing Tucson and he quickly responded to my service request. We were experiencing super low water pressure even after the city water provider said all was working correctly on their end. Daniel came out and within minutes found the issue, corrected it and had us back up and running. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and reasonable rate too! I prefer to use a local small business and Daniel's Plumbing Tucson did not disappoint. I highly recommend this business for any of your plumbing needs. Thank you Daniel!

Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I will continue to use them for all of my handyman/renovation projects!

As an out of state income property owner with an emergency plumbing issue, you want a company with excellent customer service and professional ability to handle tenant issues with reasonable respect and decorum. After calling the owner, Jasper, myself it was clear he was not willing to hear our concerns and for lack of a more appropriate term, he was a bully and threatening. It is not my nature to write negative reviews, yet while attempting to have a meeting of the minds - communication went from poor to disastrous. This is a situation where it is necessary to post my experience and would not recommend due to aggressive tone and non-flexibility. It is unfortunate we could not come to an understanding which was equitable, rather than posturing and abusive.

Brain was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in regards to any issues I was experiencing. They weren't out to rob my wallet and were very honest when it came to any concerns I had. I was very pleased with this service and would highly recommend again. Thank you Brian!!

We had this company come to our office for a backflow test. The test failed and we were given a quote of approximately $250 to repair.
Once they began the repair, we were told there it was going to require more parts to the amount of approximately $600. We were told it would be better to get an entire new unit and the cost would be $800 for parts and labor. We told them to go ahead and get a new unit and they said they would be back first thing in the morning to install and get our water back on.
Later that afternoon at 3:40pm, we received an email stating that it was now going to cost $875 instead of the agreed upon $800. When we asked why it was costing more than the agreed upon price, we couldn't get a straight answer. We felt we had no choice but to sign the estimate of $875 since our water was off and everything was torn apart at this point.
At 11:15am the next day, Dean (owner) showed up to finally install the new unit. When we asked him why we were told $800 and the estimate came in at $875, he couldn't tell us a reason. He called his office and the lady he spoke with denied telling us the original $800 price. Dean refused to honor the original $800 estimate.
I hope the $75 extra they received plus losing our business was worth it since we have used this company for several years for both our buildings.

I would not recommend this company/individual whatsoever. We used Anthony recently to make very minor repairs only to be gouged and charged $300 per hour for service performed by an unlicensed plumber. When his rate was challenged by the site foreman, Anthony's response was they look like they can afford it. Therefore, it appears the owner of this company charges based on a personal assessment (i.e. guess) of the homeowners financial standing instead of what is morally right.

Too bad SAP you don't know what good customer service is, or you're WAY to busy to even care! My Choice Home Warranty service assigned you to a simple plumbing issue I was having with a bathroom sink. Got a call from you the day before amending the time window to 2pm - 4pm the next day. Waited until the last hour expired and did not receive a phone call or seeing anyone showing up. Called your office and was told someone would call back. Waited another 45 minutes and decided to call as your office was closing at 5pm. Got an answering service. They said someone would call, and I replied, why would I wait for someone to call AGAIN, when I didn't receive a courtesy call the first time ??. I told the guy to cancel my appointment. Bad customer service for he reviews you are getting. DO NOT USE!

My HVAC unit stopped working on the hottest day this year. I called other companies and the estimates were extremely high. I called Naughton's and received a reasonable estimate, and they were able to replace both my HVAC units quickly. The installation was very professional, and I am very pleased with Naughton's.

If I could give zero I would. This company is a preferred vendor with our home warranty company. We had a pipe break below the foundation and in less than a week, they had fired me. Their reason was that Customer will never be happy because I had a number of questions about the cost and in trying to negotiate with the warranty company. I mentioned to them that I worked in law and was trying to do my due diligence and then they fired me. Kinda sus. Seems like they're a preferred vendor because they do what's best for the warranty company and not their customers.
Do yourself a favor, don't sign anything, read everything, and find another company unless you have very basic, easy fixes. Like changing a faucet handle. I wouldn't trust these guys.

I would give zero stars but that is not an option. They came to repair a septic backup. They charged us nearly $10,000, left our backyard a mess and we are still experiencing backup issues. At least a couple times a month my husband has to go hit the brand new septic pump with a pole to get it working again. They re-piped a broken pipe into the house but should have used a different setup bc now we get the excess gas throughout our house from the sinks and showers. Had they re-piped appropriately, that gas would escape outside. When we called about the continuing issues immediately after the repair we were told we needed a whole new leech field for $20,000. They also repeatedly ignored request for service receipts. We attempted to file with the ROC, but were unsuccessful with that. I tell everyone I know what a shady company this is. They are constantly looking for ways to up the price-gotta pay for those cool vans somehow I suppose.

We have American Home Shield (AHS) as a home warranty company, but this review will focus on cool breeze comfort solutions. The AHS side was a little bit of a nightmare, but you need to understand that the home warranty company and the local businesses they contract with are not the same people. I feel that customers get frustrated and displace their grievances from the home warranty company onto the local contractors. Also, if you have a home warranty, the process is going to be much slower and difficult for all parties involved because you've added a third party to the negotiations.
I'm going to make this looong story short. While dealing with AHS was a little bit of a challenge, everyone at Cool Breeze was amazing. Our first technician Jay realized our compressor wasn't working, but he also climbed into our attic to ensure there wasn't a leak and even changed out our air filter. The main contact at Cool Breeze's office was Jennifer. She seems like a no-nonsense, get things done type of person and she is awesome! She was professional, accommodating, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Our last technician, Justin, who installed our new AC unit (the compressors ordered via AHS failed 3 times, twice was the wrong part, the third time was a defective compressor), is an extremely hard worker! He installed our AC yesterday and ran into some technical difficulties, but you can tell that Justin takes pride in his work and likes to make sure that everything is perfect! Justin stayed LONG after the sun went down. I went out there with a flashlight to help him see and he described everything he was doing and his thought process. I like learning from people who have knowledge and skills that I do not, and Justin was great at teaching me a lot of the basics while still staying focused at completing his work. So far, our AC is working perfectly and I wanted to thank everyone at Cool Breeze Comfort Solutions for all their hard work throughout the past month!
Also, in case anyone is wondering about my opinion on home warranties, I believe that it makes the process a lot more difficult. However, my wife is the only one currently working and I am once again a full-time student. There is no way we could have afforded all the work that cool breeze has done for us, but because we have this home warranty, we were able to get MOST of the cost covered. Yes, it is a headache sometimes, but just considering the dollars and cents I am glad that we had a home warranty.
