Best Water Heater Installation in Tucson AZ
Unfortunately I had to call Fusion plumbing twice in a week. However both times they responded quickly and got the clogged toilet taken care of. The second time I decided to change out the toilet because it was just too old. Kyle helped me both times and he was very easy to work with and professionals he was able to pick up a toilet for me and get it all sorted the same day, no one likes to have plumbing issues. Thanks Kyle!

I had a wonderful experience with Eli and Express plumbing. I live in California but recently closed on a 4-plex investment property in Tucson and one of the units revealed a water heater that was on its last leg. Within the first two weeks of owning the property, a tenant submitted a maintenance request stating there was no hot water so I know we needed a replacement.
I initially went to Yelp and submitted a request a quote (RAQ) and was shocked to find many highly rated brands were either too busy or wanted to over charge me by $700-1000 for something I know is really simply to pull out and replace. They would claim it's higher because it's time and half given I needed this done asap and I had inquired right before the weekend.
I then went to Home Depot online and saw the water heater I wanted was around $450-550 and hit the Inquire about At Home Installation button which I eventually just called the number. I was connected to a larger plumbing firm that also said they could get it done asap (the next day) but also wanted to overcharge. Out of options, I just booked them to come the next day. Sadly, I realized their reviews were very poor after I booked them.
Fast forward to Saturday morning, Eli messaged me back from my Yelp RAQ and offered to do it that day or the next for far less (but also more in the range of what I thought was fair for a 40 gallon electric water heater replacement). I called him immediately to confirm and was able to cancel my original home depot plumbing contractor appt. Eli was very professional and communicated with my tenants on his arrival and the whole process. He ended up bringing a slightly taller water heater and even went to get a medium sized one that fit in there (my tenants said he was back in 20 minutes). He texted me photos right when he finished (attached)
I strongly believe doing great/fair business results in great karma and I think Eli has good karma coming his way. Would highly recommend him if you want someone that's fast, easy to work with and won't leave you with the feeling of being price gauged. Thank you Eli and team!

I am absolutely thrilled with the service and the quality of the work done by this company. George , the owner, is fantastic, a good communicator and a good listener. I've been using Zing for about four years now, and can only say that I am very glad to have found this company.

A small, family-owned business providing quality workmanship and personal service. They installed a garbage disposal about 3 months ago and a dishwasher recently, both purchased from Lowe's. I specifically requested Hesters install the dishwasher after being so impressed with my first encounter with them.
They scheduled appointments quickly, arrived promptly, and were careful about bringing a large appliance into a small area. They politely and patiently answered all of my questions, made sure everything was working properly and explained the dishwasher operation to me. Before leaving, they even returned the furniture to it's prior position (which had been moved out of the way for dishwasher clearance).
I've lived in Tucson for 25+ years and have hired lots of different plumbers. For all future plumbing jobs, I will call Hester first. I highly recommend them to others. They deserve continued success as they are hard-working and provide high quality, professional service.

I reached out to Daniel's Plumbing Tucson and he quickly responded to my service request. We were experiencing super low water pressure even after the city water provider said all was working correctly on their end. Daniel came out and within minutes found the issue, corrected it and had us back up and running. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and reasonable rate too! I prefer to use a local small business and Daniel's Plumbing Tucson did not disappoint. I highly recommend this business for any of your plumbing needs. Thank you Daniel!

Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I will continue to use them for all of my handyman/renovation projects!

This plumber is a superstar! After putting off for weeks the repair of my badly leaking drip irrigation box, I finally put in a call to Anthony based not only on the many terrific reviews of his work that turned up in my search, but on his thoughtful, brainy replies to each of them.
I called the guy late on a Sunday afternoon, expecting a callback in a few days. He called me that night, walked me thru the process for estimate and repair, made an appointment for two days later, showed up bright and early and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. Based on prior experience with lesser repair folks I expected maybe half of those things!

Just bought a condo and the inspection revealed some plumbing work was necessary: water heater, toilets, and a leak in one bathroom sink. I contacted three top-rated plumbing firms on Yelp to provide estimates. Only Southern Arizona Plumbing was willing to send someone out to actually look at the unit--everyone else would only do it virtually.
I didn't mind, because I had photos taken by the home inspection that showed all the work that needed to be done. But because Southern Arizona Plumbing actually sent someone out, they diagnosed the cause of the leak and knew exactly what needed to be replaced.
The cheapest bidder wouldn't give a firm quote--just an estimate based on what they thought the effort would be, with the real cost to be determined after the work was complete. Of the other two, Southern Arizona was about 20% less than the other. Since they had made the effort to scope the work, I had more confidence they knew what was required.
They showed up on the scheduled day, texting us when they were on the way over so we were ready when they came. When they shut off the main water valve, it got stuck (wouldn't reopen). All three vendors had expressed concern about this, because from the photos they could see it was a cheap valve and being 25 years old this was a risk. Because this was a condo, to replace the valve they would need to shut off the water to another unit as well. They were very professional and contacted the HOA and the other condo residents to explain an emergency repair was required. The project lead--who had done the original estimate--came over to supervise the work. Since this work was not part of the original project scope, I expected them to charge us more, but they didn't.
This extra task made it a long day for them, but they stayed until all the work was completed (10+ hours on site). That night we discovered that one of the new toilets wasn't working properly--it continued to leak water from the tank into the bowl after flushing--so we called the next day and they came back the following day and replaced the flushing mechanism with no hesitation.
The crew was masked the entire time, although one crew member would take his mask off whenever we weren't in the immediate vicinity. They were careful when bringing in the new toilets and water heater and in taking out the old one to avoid banging into walls. They cleaned up the job areas well. My only complaint--and it is a small one--was that sometimes they touched the walls with dirty hands leaving visible marks. We were able to clean these up, however.
Summary:
+ Came on site to perform estimate
+ Arrived exactly when they said they would
+ Picked up toilets I picked out from Home Depot, saving me a trip
+ Stayed late to finish the work so plumbing was usable
+ Did extra work to ensure new plumbing would be reliable
+ Responsive when we reported an issue
+ Reasonable price for the quality of work performed
+ Wore masks while working (mostly)
- left some dirt marks

I called for free inspection with every desire to use Naughtens plumbing to replace a WH. I recieved an estimate for both a water heater and a tankless system. Service initially was great and was excited to use them as they were almost 1k less then Cu***ngs plumbing. I sadly couldn't get their contractor to commit to an appt day/time or recieve a cb, called twice with a full VM, so unable to lv mssg, even sent 2 text that wanted work done by comtractor, but still no go. Called main # and asked for a cb, told would recieve one. Ultimately, had to use the next company. $adly, Naughtens lost a customer that desperately wanted to use them. Other company did great work and service was great, though a bit more pricey, worth it. Wanted to support local company, but had to go elsewhere, still local, but silly reason to lose business, especially with everyone wanting work

I highly recommend Rooter King! I know the some of the reviews are low but none of them are recent reviews. I have AHS and had a plumbing issue that needed to be fixed ASAP. Rooter King was contacted via online request at 430pm and by 5pm I had a call back from Padro. He asked what the problem was and let me know that it was going to be hard to get here before end of the day but they could be here first thing in the morning. Here's the thing Padro was prompt to call and set up an appointment, very helpful when we spoke on the phone and polite... this has not been the norm when I have looked for a plumber in the Tucson area. The following morning John was here first thing and very helpful resolving the issue in under 30 minutes leaving everything clean and in order.

As. Realtor, I see a lot of plumbing issues firsthand. So I'm not quite sure where to start with this one for my own personal home. I tried writing a long review but, Yelp limits the number of words. :( So I'll try it in simpler terms.
#1: The agent that came to my house for their $45 water heater flush/plumbing safety inspection was inexperienced. He stated that my new water heater (2015) did not need flushed due to how new it was. He said my gas water heater was too old (based it off of a spec code found on the unit) and needed to be replaced and could not be flushed. When asked when he was going to flush one of the water heaters, he claimed that dispatch never notified him of that. That was the whole purpose of me scheduling the company to come out. He called his Supervisor and I explained the problem and what I had scheduled and the text message special. His Supervisor and another technician came out the next day and said that my old water heater was not that old. You just had to go to the company's website and enter the serial number and the date was actually 2011. When I asked the supervisor about flushing my newer water heater he said absolutely we can do that. Come to find out the inexperienced technician told his supervisor in front of me that he did not know how to do it and didn't want to get water everywhere. So the supervisor flushed it instead. The other technician that came turned my gas water heater down and instead turned it off. Resulting in cold showers the next few days. A quick Youtube video showed me how to turn it back on and I was back in business.
#2. Everything the first technician looked at in my house needed fixed/replaced (things that were previously fixed and left water stains or I could do easily myself). He said my guest shower was clogged because there was water sitting in the drain. When his supervisor came out the next day, he told the technician that it was not bad because it was due to the P-trap. Which is something I already knew.
#3. Price gouging by the supervisor at his discount for installing a tub drain, fixing a pool check valve and trying to get me to high pressure clean my drainage lines. I was quoted $13,000 to have a drain put in for my bath tub, pool valve replaced and lines high pressure flushed. I have a sink in the location where the tub would go so this was a part of the quote. No one asked if we would remove the sink cabinetry and floor tiles. Which we planned on doing ourselves along with hiring someone to frame the tub. The tech made the whole process sound worse than it was. The pool check valve was found to leak where it was supposed to by the Supervisor but, needed a new b-nut/valve assembly due to the leak on the faucet. When they went to run a camera down the drain pipe by my laundry room the camera came up with some sand. This resulted in the high pressure flush being added. I had another trustworthy company come out with a supervisor I personally know firsthand and he quoted me $2,900 for the tub drain/pool valve replacement. That is a HUGE difference. The sand in my drain is because of the washer and our riding our CanAm through the desert, getting dirty and then washing the clothes in the washer. Something I had not thought of until the other company's supervisor explained it to me and asked some questions to troubleshoot the problem.
I honestly feel like I may have gotten taken advantage of because, I am a female and inexperienced with major plumbing repairs, etc. I gave them two stars because, they do show up on time and present themselves in a professional manner. However, be careful if they are quoting you on something. My gut told me to seek other quotes from other companies and I am glad I did.

What a terrible experience! Unprofessional and unorganized! My 78 year old mother had this company install an entire new HVAC system several years ago for $15,000+. They have changed ownership a few times I believe. She registered the system which extended the warranty through the manufacturer. When she has used them for regular maintenance over the years they were never good but mediocre. This past week has been a nightmare for her dealing with them. They would not honor the warranty that the manufacturer said was valid. She contacted the manufacturer who apologized for the poor service that she had received and they said it was not the first time they heard that about cool breeze. They referred her to another company And I will update this review with their name after we see how they handle things. So far, they have been nothing but respectful and professional when dealing with my mother. The owner Alan, of Cool Breeze called my mother back after realizing his company's mistake and offered to perform the service to the tune of $1700 for labor since he reluctantly admitted that the parts actually were covered under the warranty. I would discourage anyone from using this company.
