Had a broken hot water line under the house pad. Contacted Cummings and Plumb. Plumb had best price and great reviews. Crew looked a bit rough but extremely well mannered and respectful of our home. Most importantly, they knew what they were doing. Re-plumbed the entire house in 3 days of 100 plus temps in attic. Moved whatever needed moving and cleaned up each night. What scored the most with me is they were on time, worked hard and fixed anything plumbing related with all new parts. Came across a few minor things that needed attention after re-plumb and they immediately had service guy out to fix. No arguing or trying to squeeze extra money out of additional small fixes. If it was plumbing, they fixed it as part of the service without discussion. Went extra distance to be helpful. I could not be happier with their make the customer happy attitude. Job well done!!!

The service we received for Rootin' Tootin' plumbing was exceptional! So professional and a great price. I would recommend without hesitation!

They snaked the line to the tub, as all the previous plumbers had done, and the problem came back, as it always does. They did suggest using a camera to find the problem. The cost of a camera went from starting at $800 to $250 in a short period of time, but I cannot convince them to put it in writing before they do the job. They also didn't know where the cleanout was, even though it sticks several inches out of the ground.

This review is late in coming but I would definitely rate this company as one of the best I've ever dealt with. With an older house we finally had some issues with high water usage that couldn't be explained. Had a couple of large companies come out to diagnose and a company recommended by a neighbor. Assuming the water line to the house had to be replaced we got two quick high cost bids and a much more thoughtful (and cheaper) bid from the referred company Dunn Plumbing.
Over the next week or so, water usage mysteriously went down so the line replacement was put on hold. We did ask Dunn to fix a minor leak on the water softener which they scheduled a few days out given its non emergency nature.
We happened to be in England when this minor repair was being done when signs of the major water leak appeared. Waiting until we returned was not an option as the house-sitter and pets were in residence. Dunn put in a temporary line right away as they knew conditions required it. Coordinating a new water line isn't the easiest thing to do at any time and being out of county with a 8 hour time difference didn't help. We felt comfortable enough with the company that we went ahead with the job and it was done quickly and for the previously agreed quote. Very happy with the service.
Then last year the sewer line backed up in the middle of the night (while we had out of town company of course) and Dunn came out right away and installed the clean-out valve (we already knew we needed one) and all has been better since. Again, very happy with the service.

I've used Eli and his team 3 separate times now. Once to hang my flat screen tv and a very large mirror, another time to hang curtain rods and some pendant lights and finally a third time to install a dog door. They are consistently punctual, are available to do work on Saturdays and always do a fantastic job. What more could you ask for?
It's really nice to have some professional and reliable go-to guys for handling projects around the house. I used to think I could do all this stuff myself but paying these pros just saves me so much time and hassle. They are worth EVERY PENNY!
Thanks Eli and team!

Another excellent visit from Day and Knight Plumbing! Our disposal dropped off the fitting under our sink, water and yucky waste filling the cabinet below at 6:30 last night. We cleaned it up, called Day and Knight, and let it dry out overnight. Eight a.m. today Austin was here to repair and save the day. We really appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism. Thank you D & K!

There aren't enough stars to give them! All-fixture Plumbing is better than 5 stars, they are reliable, hard working, honest and respectful. They make sure the job is done correctly, for a reasonable price and clean up when they're done.

I had a drainage pipe that was clogged with a root. Three different Plumbers came over and were unable to remove the root. They provided estimates for putting in a sump pump, digging up concrete along with the back yard for a total of over $9000.00. I called Silverado and they offered to come take a look. I asked lots of questions as to why they thought they could do the job when others couldn't. Tim could only reply that he'd try. We negotiated a price of $150.00 to dig up the ground and take a look. Fours later the root was removed from the drainage pipe, the pipe was repaired, the dirt was put back in the ground and I had a total bill of $475.00. Remarkable!! Silverado will be my first call from now on!

Customer service from start to finish was excellent. Scheduling was easy on the initial phone call, and I received a call before the tech Jose came within the promised window of time. He was polite, friendly and efficient, explaining his work and offering options. CoViD precautions were appropriate. I have a new plumber!

How refreshing to get the attention and service that Williamson's offers. After a ridiculous estimate from a well advertised company, along came Wally with an upfront assessment, and price and got me up and running. Thank you ...your the best!!

Water on bathroom floor. Joe came out, it was a Sunday... I realize there could be overtime.. spent two hours looking. No problem.. it could have been an over flowing sink......then he charged me over $200. Ridiculous... nothing done. No explanation.. tore up business card....

Robert was amazing! He was on time, very thorough and honest. Robert repaired my dining table by taking it apart, finding the problem, repairing the problem, reassembling it and making sure it was done correctly. If there were any things that were not perfectly correct, he made sure they were solved before leaving. It is hard to find reliable service for a fair price but American Handyman is definitely a diamond in the rough! I highly recommend you try them before any one else, especially if you want something done right.

My husband discovered a 3 sewer drain pipe leak on a Monday morning. We called our 'contract' plumber, Strongbuilt, as they had completed work at our home in the past however they did not view it as an emergency and would/could not come to our home until that Thursday. I called the Strongbuilt office a total of 3 times and was told each time they could/would not come out earlier. On Thursday I received a call the plumber was on his way w/i 2 hours, however 3 hours later they had still not arrived and there was no word of an updated time frame. I contacted Al Coronado plumbing as we needed the issue diagnosed and they sent Robert out on Friday morning. I subsequently called Strongbuilt and cancelled the Thursday service call - no apologies no explanations - we were blown off. On Friday, Robert scoped the drain pipe, however determined he could not repair it and recommended us to Nu Flow. What a saving grace, Brent from Nu Flow contacted me Friday afternoon apologized he could not come to our home sooner than Monday but he had to be in Phoenix for a meeting. On Monday Brent arrived, scoped the drain from 3 vantage points and reached out to a Phoenix technician, Kent, with a probable solution. Kent was able to drive to our home on Tuesday morning and address the problem with their epoxy coating. This is an older home, Nu Flow was able to access the problem, apply the epoxy and went above and beyond to line/repair the pipe and restore our trust in a plumbing company. I highly recommend this company!!

Ferguson Plumbing was sent to my house for a water heater repair by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. After diagnosing the problem, Mr. Ferguson went to get the replacement part needed. He freely admitted when he got back that he had bought the wrong part, a gas valve that was one inch too short to fit my water heater, but that he didn't want to drive back to buy the correct part. So without my permission or informing me what he was about to do, he took a hammer and sheet metal cutters and pounded a huge dent into the side of my water heater to make the too short gas valve fit, and then cut a gaping hole. It still wouldn't fit, so he started pulling insulation out of the inside of the heater casing and pounding and cutting some more till it finally fit. During this time, I was expressing my extreme concern to him about the property damage he was causing, and his reply was that it was OK because the water heater case is non-functional, so a cosmetic dent and ragged hole didn't matter. (Note: his repair also did not fix the problem he was sent to fix.)
I contacted 2-10 about this, since they are the one who sent this contractor, and they irresponsibly said that they are not responsible for property damage done by contractors they refer. They gave me Mr. Ferguson's liability insurance information for me to file my own claim against him. When I did so, Mr. Ferguson's liability insurance company told me that property damage like what Mr. Ferguson did is excluded from coverage under his policy.
I am now filing a claim with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors against him and am proceeding to have the water heater replaced by a reputable plumber out of my pocket. This replacement was not needed till Mr. Ferguson left the old heater as a fire hazard, also making it impossible for me to sell my house without replacing it. If I don't get reimbursement through the contractors complaint, I'll have to take the matter to court.
Obviously, I don't recommend this plumber. He seems to feel that destroying other people's property is just fine.
