Small licensed company that goes way above and beyond where service is concerned. The installed a faucet, a garbage disposer, and fixed a stripped thread situation in the bathtub drain. Previous plumber was installing a new tub shoe and stripped the drain threads (previous plumber said the threads were stripped when the original shoe was installed, which was a lie, and then proceeded to tell me the whole tub drain apparatus under the tub would have to be replaced). Weber was recommended on my employer's internal Wiki. Made an appointment, and plumber arrived early, assessed the situation, and less than two hours later all was done. No drains removed/replaced---just know-how and elbow grease on that tub situation. After the plumber left, everything was working but water flow/pressure was low. I thought they had put the wrong supply lines in, and asked them to come back out to fix it. Owner AND the plumber came together. Turns out, the standard supply lines on faucets now are skinny little things designed to save water and on some Moen faucets you cant swap them out. So all was as it should be, but they did put in a different aerator on the faucet (which helped quite a bit). Since the problem was not a result of an error on their part, I offered to pay them for their time, but owner said, Don't worry about it. No charge. Webers is my plumber for life, or at least for as long as I live in Tucson. Great service, knowledgeable, fantastic work, and HONEST!

If you want good service at a reasonable price call All Time Plumbing and Drains and ask for Jason!  Very professional, licensed and great customer service.  Jason finds the problem, analyzes it and gives you an estimate.  But before he does he explains the issues and answers all your questions.  Makes you feel very comfortable through the entire process.  Well trained crews, polite, professional and respects the customer and the customers home.  Don't hesitate to call.

We had water coming up in the middle of our business driveway through the asphalt. Can you imagine the stress on a new manager to see this and still try to conduct business as normal, with water pooling in front of the office doors.  Thank goodness Chad of Tucson Leak Detection was there to help out.  He was very quick, same day within an hour and our water down time was short.  The overall cost was extremely fair and his service was awesome, we will definitely call Tucson Leak Detection for any future water leaks we need detected.  Thanks Chad, you rock.

After my backflow starting leaking on Saturday, I sent an email to Accurate Backflow an they responded via email on Sunday informing me that they would call on Monday.  Monday morning I received a call and they went out of their way to accomdate me.  By Tuesday one of their Master Plumbers contacted me to let me know he would be at the house in the morning.  He showed up and was able to fix the backflow value which saved me from having to replace the entire backflow.   The owner even called me back on Tuesday to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.   Their service was incredible and they were very honest.   Great company and great people.

Austin came out and was professional as well as extremely knowledgeable. He kept me informed about every issue and gave me several options to choose from so I wouldn't feel pressured into spending too much money.  Highly recommend calling Drain Medics for your plumbing needs. Great customer service and reasonable prices.

Found our forever-plumber!  Just a new cartridge, but Don had to chase around to find the right one.  Looked at a trickier problem in a second bathroom and took the time (no charge) to explain 3 different options in detail to us.  It isn't a big job either, but old fixtures that are rusted on and not available.  I had another plumber in the Tucson area that spent 25 minutes on the phone with an irrate customer and charged ME for his time on the phone . I won't mention names, but he was highly rated by yelp.  Nope, we are sticking with Don.

Called David as a recommendation from a friend of mine. Wow! What great service! I need an annual backflow service test, and he was able to come out very quickly!

He was very easy to communicate with, honest and sent me an invoice and report by 7pm same day!

I've hired quite a few handyman, and Mario is among the best.  He is a great communicator, a man of his word.  He does the job right.  His crew is always polite and courteous.  He's reasonably priced.  I loved that he was willing to drive out to me about an hour from Tucson with just a small travel fee added.  If he has a question about a project, he asks me directly instead of just assuming.  He provides a very detailed invoice at the end, listing every task he completed and gives a receipt of the materials so everything is out in the open.  I have used Mario for electrical work, painting trim, building a patio cover, and odd jobs like  hanging hammocks,  bookshelves, etc.  I highly recommend Five Star Handyman!

I was hesitant due to other plumbers not following through, Alpha R & P said what they were going to do and did what they said they were going to do right out the gate!!! It was my rental property and  I could not be present for the work and solely had to rely on what Jason explained but after all work was completed, my tenants were happy with his work, zero complaints and I'm happy I have a plumbing company that actually does what they say without having to worry about me having to supervise! Much appreciation to Alpha Rooter & Plumbing , Jason and their crews for being professional!!

Armando is top of the line.  Not only did he do great work, he advised me on some other issues I was having.  His cost was very competitive and less than the large corporate Softner and Purifier businesses. I can't say enough. Glad I found him and glad to be a continuing client!

The job, removing all the termite & water damaged roof supports in my detached garage and installing new footers, new support posts and new roof support beams.  Not an easy project on a garage built incorrectly and updated not to code over the span of years dating back to 1934.

Highlights of why they were so amazing...

1. Quick response to request for initial estimate, which had a huge positive affect on negotiations in purchasing the home they would later do the work in.  Many companies would not even talk to me about getting inspection & project estimates on a house I was only in the closing negotiations for and several inspected, but took weeks to provide estimates, weeks after they were promised & needed.

2. Quick responses and willingness to have several planning meetings throughout every part before and during the job to discuss alternatives that would save me money and also help set things up for later planned work.

3. Work came in under original estimate, despite the projects many unforeseen complications.  Which there were many as they peeled away layers of previous home owners DIY projects going back to 1934.

4. Superb craftsmanship, extremely knowledgeable and they balanced that delicate line perfectly between project timeline without rushing the job.

5. Always showed up exactly on time and all staff were polite, well mannered and hard working.

6. And some may find this last plus silly, but one of the overall reasons I chose this company and during every interaction I knew I chose well, was that every single staff member treated me respectfully as a home owner.  Where as many companies (who did not get the job or who
I had the unfortunate circumstances of working for me in the past at other locations), who would talked down to me because I am a woman.  Where as this company, Ironwood, always treated me with respect.  They always took the time to discuss all aspects of the project, taking the time to explain things I did not know and listening to my insights & thoughts on the things I did know.  The whole job felt like it should, a true working partnership and I look forward to the next stage of work we are planing on starting.

So do not hesitate hiring this company for any job, they are worth every penny and will work with you to save as many pennies as possible on top of all their amazing list of qualities.

As usual, Goettl has weaseled out of their responsibility. Don't use them. They talk a big game.

My brother recommended In and Out, he had never used them but knows the owners well and said he really admired their stance on quality and customer service.  We needed to have our WHOLE HOUSE RE-PIPED and decided to take a chance on them not only from his recommendation but also due to the fact that all the other quotes we received were significantly higher.  They told us they could have the whole job done in 2 days, which we seriously doubted, all the other companies said 3-5 days, YIKES!  Re-piping is a big undertaking not to mention makes a HUGE mess with all the drywall cutting that needs to be done.  By the end of the first day I was amazed at how clean they left the house when they finished, really it was pretty amazing.  And, sure enough by the second day, as promised, they finished the job.  I found the plumbers friendly and courteous and cannot emphasize how impressed I am with their speed, quality and cleanliness, I would recommend them and use them again.  

BONUS:  One of the workers noticed that the lock on our screen door was sticking, he took it upon himself to fix it.  A small gesture which was so appreciated.
