After a weekend without water and dreading a four-figure repair bill when my water line developed a leak, RDO was a welcome encounter. They were recommended by a co-worker and I'm really grateful for that recommendation.

RDO was there on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to explain it to me, and fixed the problem at a very fair price in a very timely fashion. I can't recommend these guys enough.

I had a water leak in my attic and they found what it was and turned the water off to that area until I can get it fixed. Very prompt and professional.

This is a weird review to write. I unfortunately did not have to use Bryant Plumbing.

I do want to use them in the future. I had water gushing into my driveway from the main water line on Saturday - and needed the line capped.
Robert who answered the phone on Saturday in a record 4 minutes explained to me:
* they were booked solid
* names of two other plumbers to call
* talked through a possible solution.

Then, he called back on Sunday to see how the situation was progressing. Well, a neighbor and I solved the problem on Saturday.

So I look forward to having Bryant out to help the next time.

They were quick, professional, and fairly priced.  I had a leak under my house from a rotted out pipe and needed a hole cut out of the floor in my closet to access and replace the pipe.  The job from start to finish was completed in about 3 hours.  John was super friendly and trustworthy.  I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

Responsive with calls. Was able to get an appt quickly.  Josh was friendly and professional. Great job with replacing some faucets and plumbing in master bath. Would absolutely call them again if I need work done.

I had an emergency after hours on black friday and this company was so nice and friendly and happy to come out and fix what my previous maintenance guy was not able to complete. So not only did they do their job but they also did his, again after hours with no advance notice..I couldnt be happier they were friendly and did a gr8 job I highly recommend this company..

Would highly recommend their services. Not only did they take care of a serious plumbing issue for us, they were kind, helpful, friendly and responsive. The guys ended up having so much work to do on our old pipes that the toilet had to be completely uninstalled. Because they had to charge us for that they agreed to reinstall a new toilet at no cost if we purchased one. I was amazed they were willing to do this since such a high level of customer service is so rare. Chris Andrade was a godsend and I will highly recommend Fusion to friends and family. Absolutely will go back for any plumbing needs.

Eli is the BEST!  We had a full bathroom remodel in an old home that was challenging, to say the least.  Eli gave us a fair contract, was always on time and pleasant to deal with.  He had great suggestions about ways to improve the space and did a wonderful job picking out the finish plumbing items.  He will be our go-to plumber from now on.

Our house is a plumbing nightmare--soon after we bought it it became apparent that the inspectors had missed an almost total failure of the system, and we went through a couple of plumbers trying to find one we liked as we ended up replacing most of the pipes underneath the bathrooms.

We didn't really have a good experience with any of them, so when some root problems started to creep in a year later we called Zing, who we'd used once at our old house down by Hearthstone, where they're based.

Well, actually we called a bigger company first, and they told us right away that we'd need to get the pipes coated and the fix would start at $5000. I brought Zing in for a second opinion, and before I told George anything about what the other guys wanted to do he gave me a really thorough rundown of what plumbers MIGHT do in this situation--one of the options was that coating process, but he personally suggested a much cheaper option, which we went with. It was great to hear a plumber's thought process as he explained the problem and all the possible solutions.

Better yet, when our problem cropped up again shortly afterward, he came by himself to fix it, even though it was a Sunday. I called expecting to get an answering machine and ended up having our plumbing back to normal within a few hours.

I feel like I've used most of the plumbers in town over the last year or so, and most of the time I've come away with at least the suspicion that I might have been taken for a ride. It's possible that's a me problem, but I didn't feel that way with Zing at all. Great work--and they stand by it--with even better communication.

Brandon and Adam came to our house to fix a slow drain sink and address a thumping sound when I start my washer. They quickly solved the problem and reassured my concerns! In fact the owner called me back yesterday (Sunday) and scheduled the call for this morning! Another plumber that was referred to me had their techs working on commission and were scheduling 3-5 days out. IMO this was a red flag!!!! This  father/son team is efficient and most importantly skilled and ethical! It's difficult to find decent tradesman and I'm keeping Hester Plumbing in my contacts! Thank you Brandon and Adam!!!!

Our home warranty company wanted to send some sketchy installer to install a new built-in oven so we asked if we could find one on our own and if they would pay use and they said yes. So, my husband did some research and found MM installations--they have great reviews on Thumbtack, are accredited with the BBB who gave them an  A+, and they have a contractor's license--so far, so good. Plus they don't repair appliances--they just install them, so they're an expert in this area.
The reviews and BBB were spot on. Roberto the owner was very responsive to texts and phone calls, and called us before he came. He and a helper expertly removed our old built-in oven (haul-away is part of the service) and put the new one in so well it looks like it was custom built for our kitchen! We were worried at first because our original oven was so so old and we thought the new one (which was a different brand) woudn't fit but Roberto knows how to do any work or tweaks needed to make the unit fit correctly. We're so pleased with the work and the professionalism and would use him again!

Part 2
Friday, August 11th, cooler installed. Well, it's not working properly so my mom called Frank Naughton. He told her he would be going to her house on Monday, August 14th and was a no show. We have pictures of the new cooler. It has scratches, dents and the doors look like they don't close properly. Water was leaking from the roof and it was blowing out hot air. Please do NOT buy anything from this business because if you do, Frank Naughton will rip you off like he did my 91 year old mother!

Presidio was dispatched though my insurance company to repair a water leak between the meter and the house. The workers that did the repair were friendly and courteous. However, when they finished the repair they got dirt in my pipe line whereby my kitchen and laundry room did not have hot water. I was able to remove some of the dirt and pebbles from the screen on the sink faucet in my kitchen island and the water there flows freely. However, the main kitchen sink and the laundry room sink hot water have clogs and do not have easily accessible screens. Since the hot water on the island kitchen sink flows freely, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that the water is getting from the hot water heater to the kitchen and that the clog has to be in or before the faucets but after the hot water heater. Presidio fails to take responsibility and refuses to repair the clog that they caused. Further, they seldom answer their phone and never return calls left on their voice mail. Further, they told my insurance company that the clog was in my hot water heater which is not true because as previously noted the hot water runs freely to the island kitchen sink. Further yet, there was no clog before Presidio repaired my underground pipes and regardless of where the clog is, the clog is directly caused by Presidio causing dirt and pebbles to get into my water line. Presidio left us with no hot water pressure. I now have to find a reputable plumbing company to repair the clog caused by Presidio. Hopefully the insurance companies are aware of this and stop using this subpar plumbing company.

Special thanks to Tucson Plumbing.  We have a house guest who wanted to shower in our guest bathroom yesterday.   No water came out of shower head.  Since we don't  use that shower on a regular basis , we did not realize it wasn't working.  Called Tucson Plumbing and nice gal in office apologized that they couldn't come out same day but could send someone out next day.  Jesus came well before appointment time and got it fixed and up and running.  He expLained everything and explained the fees.  We were more than satisfied.
