I've used Beyond Plumbing's services several times, over a period of years, at both my home and business.  Problems they took on ranged from slow sewer lines to new bathroom fixtures.  

Most recently, they replaced all the pipes above our water heater.  The plumbing there is complicated because space is limited and because we also have a solar water heater; we wanted to be able to use just the solar water heater, just the gas water heater, or the solar as a pre-heater to the gas.  These before and after pics  show the difference between the work of a more prominent local company (whose sticker is visible in the Before pic -- that company installed incompatible types of metal together, resulting in a serious corrosion problem).  The clean lines of the new work by Beyond Plumbing are in great contrast to the previous work.

Another company had told us that they'd need to knock out a wall to access the area and do the work.  Michael accessed it by simply uninstalling and then reinstalling the exhaust pipes from the furnace, which sits beside the water heater.

Wonderful people! They are easy to work with. Customer service is outstanding! I would highly recommend them!

Christopher helped me out last minute, on a Saturday. He was friendly, did excellent work, made recommendations and best of all...charged a fair price. I will use and refer him in the future.

We've used Plumbing 360 twice now. They are extremely knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Ramon knows his stuff and is friendly and courteous. Makes sure you understand what the problem is and how much it will cost to fix before he starts anything. We wouldn't use any other plumbers!!!

My water fountain stopped working. I figured out it wasn't an electrical issue but I couldn't figure out how to detach the pump to see if it was clogged up. Bro Bros Plumbing came over the next morning to make an assessment. The tech played around with the device in the ground for maybe 30 seconds and got it working again. He then told me he wouldn't charge me because it was such a quick fix. Most other companies would've charged an exorbitant fee just for coming out. I would definitely recommend calling this company. It's hard finding honest and knowledgeable help in Tucson, and these guys are exactly that.

My wife and I have been using Arco Plumbing for years now. I can't remember why we started using them, but they've been consistently good to us, including one time where we had several feet of broken pipes in our walls.

If you've owned a home for any amount of time, you probably know the value of having someone that you can call to fix something, and they actually come out and do it right, and don't charge you a horrendous amount. It's a tremendous relief to have the problem done with. It doesn't make for a particularly interesting review, but it's a great feeling.

My septic spit up junk all over my bathtub because I hadn't pumped it in years.  Not only did they come out on the weekend to immediately give it a short-term fix, but the office manager answered all of my septic questions.  I'm a city girl, so I had no idea that you need to pump it every six years, or so.  Then they came back during the week, so I wouldn't have to pay the weekend rate, with two men, to pump the whole thing out, which was filled to the top.   They were very nice and professional, and knew what they were doing.  They didn't waste any time getting to work in our 100 degrees plus temperatures, and they even gave us a Senior Citizen discount.  I was also happy that they cleaned up all their work, and left my backyard looking just like it did before they did the dig up.

Beware of Jesse.

I was told by abacus that they had someone experienced with tankless water heaters, so they sent Jesse out.  Jesse told me that mine was only the fourth tankless water heater he had seen and that he had never seen one like it.  It is a common rheem brand from home depot.

Jesse was supposed to come at 10 am but showed up at 830 with no call ahead.  He messed around with the water heater and did not know how to fix it. which is not surprising, because he really had very little knowledge of them.

Jesse also spent a great deal of time telling me about bees and how his dad kept bees.

He finally gave me a bill charging me 125 an hour.

Jesse insisted that I NOT call the company to pay, he said that I must call his personal cell phone and make payment directly to him...strange.

I spoke with Abacus and told them that I was not going to pay someone with so little experience, who did not know how to fix my water heater, 125 an hour.
I also said that I was not going to pay someone 125 and hour to tell me about their dad's bees.

Jesse must have been secretly listening to the conversation be cause he chimed in that he only told me one thing about the bees, which was a TOTAL LIE!!!!

Jesse told me that his dad had bees and that his dad usually did not wear the veil and the protective gear to handle his bees, as he was not afraid of the bees and they were usually not aggressive, and his dad at some point got a hive that was africanized and that those bees were aggressive and that he would have to wear his protective veil and gear when handling this hive.  The hive that was africanized had to be moved far away from the other hives because the africanized bees were aggressive to the other bees as well and would not breed with other hives, but rather would kill the bees in the other hives if they were too close and interpreted as a threat by the africanized bees.  Jesse told me that most of the bees in arizona were not in fact africanized bees but european bees and they were very good pollinators..and on and on and on until I literally had to herd him out of my garage.

That is NOT one thing, Jesse.

Had a leak in our external piping that brings water into the house.  My regular plumber didn't answer my call and hadn't returned my voicemail, so I reached out to Google and found Bill's Plumbing on Yelp.  So glad that I did!  He came the same day, and fixed us up perfectly!  He did a great job, for what I believe was a reasonable price.  I think I might now have a new regular plumber.

I had an issue that required short turnaround service, like most plumbing issues. After calling DrainMasters on a Sunday night, I had an appointment for the following day. Nate was prompt, professional, and nice enough to come back with needed parts on my schedule to get the job done. I highly recommend DrainMasters for your plumbing repairs.

So I called and Jorge came out the very next day for a ice maker hook up issue. It turned out to be simple but did take some time to diagnose. I'm at fault for not realizing too, but Jorge just didn't rub it in seeing that it stumped him for a bit too. Super friendly and respectful as well as professional and explained a lot! He's priced responsibly for a plumber (not the cheapest but not the most expensive either). He came right over on a Saturday and we got ice right afterwards. I definitely recommend him!

We've used Rillito Plumbing several times, and were initially pleased, but then they charged us $170 for a 15 minute task (installing a bath accessory that we supplied and could have done ourselves), informing us (after the fact) that there is a 2 hour minimum charge for labor.  Very disappointing.

Received a quick response for my request for an estimate. Joseph inspected the problem and offered a few options for the repairs. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I had a couple of companies give me estimates and I was most impressed by Wildcat. I will use them when I am ready to get started

Do NOT use this terrible company,
they will show up a week after the scheduled date
and they will rip you off and take much more money
from what was quoted.

Jay Sandoval did an AMAZING job installing my water heater and changing the ventilation on my historic home.  My old unit was 17+years and  my new one is just great.   He was neat, professional and the job required no cleanup after. We were a little puzzled as to why we are unable to get an itemized price quote  from  Cummings BUT I would still  use them again.  They had replumbed my house completely 20 years ago which is why I went back.  Also the office staff could not have been nicer with my many questions!

This is how an self-important person parks. This guy may be lacking humility but he isn't lacking competition.

I would not recommend this plumber because he failed to show up twice after agreeing to work. I paid him $1,000.00 to ensure he would follow up on his work earlier. But he does not. Not good.
