Best Drain Repair in Stockton CA

THANK YOU to Nino and crew!  Our central air unit went out on a day predicted to be very hot, over 100 degrees.  We were desperate and randomly called several other businesses only to be told that they could not get a technician to come out until a few days later.  Nino and crew came out within one hour of our call and got our unit up and running in no time.  He was very knowledgeable and gave us great tips on how to maintain and maximize the efficiency of the unit. His business is highly recommended to anyone who is in need of quick, reliable, professional service.  We are so grateful - you saved the day!!

This place is great!  When my home warranty couldn't find anyone after over 24 hours - Valice came to the rescue.  They were able to come right away and took care of our problem.

Luis is a 5 star guy in my book.  Rather than just do a simple cleaning, he pulled off my rear yard cleanup line that had not been opened in 20 years.  With his larger router, he wanted the full line totally cleaned.  And his price was the same as if he had done it the easy way...I always appreciate a man who wants the job done professionally...and appreciate his very fair price.

We gave them a call, and others, but Mr. Ed was available within an hour.  The others were 2 to 3 hours.  Our sewer main was clogged, what a mess, and as seniors not having the use of the bathrooms would be intolerable.  Mr. Ed was actually here early.  Once he had finished all the drains in the house worked way better than ever before.  Totally friendly, totally honest.   We have had the problem before, but Mr. Ed fixed it like no else did.  If you want or need a plumber Mr. Ed is the man.  We will use him again if the need ever arises.

Jeffrey was our technician and he truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a safe and maintained home. He truly worked with us and PG&E to fix the problem and make sure it was solved once and for all. Also, Yvonne made sure we were taken care of and we were the first call of the day.

Had issues with water heater yesterday called them and came right out. Took the time and had patience to figure out the problem and get it solved. Would definitely recommend.

Around Thanksgiving holiday, the bathroom sink hot water supply hose broke, and needed to be replaced. After searching Yelp I found Guy's company Freitas with good reviews. I contacted him in the morning, and agreed to pay him $200 plus 6% credit card fee to replace both supply hoses and angle stops, material and labor included.

Around noon, Guy called me and told me I needed to replace the faucet and the drain pipes all together, for a total of $500 ($300 on top of the $200).  I thought it was too much, and told him not to worry about it, and only do what we agreed on (two supply hoses and two angle stops). He said OK.

In the afternoon around 4pm, he called and told me all done. I paid him $212 using my credit card over the phone.  However, when I got to the house, I found the parts all over the floor, and the drain pipes removed, and the sink was not functional without the drain.

I contacted Guy and told him the work was not completed. He said I had to pay him to put the removed pieces together. The simple fact is: I asked him to replace the supply lines and angle stops, nothing else, and the only reason I contacted him was I had a broken hot water supply hose, which was the only known problem. He removed other parts I did not ask him to, and asked me to pay to put them back.  On the phone, I insisted whatever I didn't ask them to do should be where they belong, and he insisted I pay him more money (after $212 paid) to put things back. The conversation didn't go anywhere. Eventually, I had to put the pieces back together myself.

I have photos and text messages for everything, and will try to post before and after photos to show what happened.

Not a friendly business what so ever. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL. When you contact a business for whatever reason, when they answer the telephone they should listen no matter what the circumstances are. Just like any other business, they should BE courteous. That is #1 for any business.

WOW......MOHAMMED ROCKS.......I was looking for a quote to replace 3 shower handles because they were leaking....I did the quote thing on Yelp and within 15 minutes I had 4 quotes and Mohammed's was the lowest with the highest ratings on Yelp....I am so glad I picked him.....Mohammed showed up within 2 hours to do my job and he was GREAT.....If you are looking for a plumber MOHAMMED IS THE GUY.....Great customer service and did an EXCELLENT JOB....Thank you so much and my shower loves you too

Colin is a super nice guy. He did a thorough job of checking for leaks inside and out. He wore a mask and is very polite. I highly recommend this company.

Poor customer service. Terrible techs. It took them over 5 weeks to figure out what was wrong with my moms faucet in her kitchen sink. Every single time I called the office, I only got a recording. I asked for several call backs and I never received a call back and talk to the receptionist. They would send me texts instead. Like I said, very poor customer service
It took the 5th visit from their technicians to realize they needed to replace the faucet. Each visit was a week  apart.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM !!!

I don't know where to begin.  I called Carlos one day to get an estimate on a cabinet repair.  He was like the fourth call I had made trying to get this cabinet repaired.  He came and assured me he could do the job as well as three other projects.  I had my doubts but he delivered on everything he promised as well as stayed around and helped his wife Rosie do an outstanding cleaning job on my house.  They are a great team!  While helping her I ran into two additional jobs and he jumped in and did them.  I have since hired Carlos for a problem my daughter had in her apartment.  He always delivers. I highly recommend Carlos and Rosie.  They are the best!
