I had a really bad leak. The guy came in and in 45 minutes he fixed it. My dad had worked on my house for two days, and couldn't do a thing. Cheap and fast!

Jeff was very professional, prompt and courteous.  We had no water pressure or volume in our master bath shower. I had checked out a number of possible problems with no luck.  When Jeff arrived, we went over the issues.  He checked out more possible issues that could cause the problem.  We finally settled on the shower valve.  He did a very neat job replacing the valve which had hard water deposits plugging the ports in the valve.  Everything back to normal...happy customer and a fair price for his work.

I asked for a price to replace a wax ring on a toilet. Scheduled a time for 9am. Last minute I had to reschedule for 11am. Was accommodating came out gave me a price and left. No pressure. Thanks

Water Heater Masters sent Jason to evaluate my water heater issue. My water heater was under warranty, so the manufacturer, Rheem, send a replacement part. The package Rheem sent contained only one of the two needed parts, so Jason installed the part that did arrive. After contacting Rheem again, and getting the second parts package, Jason came again, on a Saturday morning, to finish installing the parts installation, for no additional charge. You can't ask for better service.

I contacted Luis after another plumber went A Wall on me for a tenant issue involving plugged toilet, sewer line issues, etc. in Tracy.  I am so very happy with him and the service he provided to me today.  I will definitely be calling him again and recommend him VERY HIGHLY.  Great Service, Great Attitude and GREAT JOB!!!!

Freddy was here in timely manner and very professional. He knew exactly what the problem was and went to work. First time to use plumber so I would use them again. Great job and price was reasonable.

Woman who answers phone very pleasant and efficient.  Was informed when Weston would be arriving.  Contacted me to let me know status of my appointments.  Sorry I do not have her name to recognize her also by name.  

Weston came out and replaced a bathroom faucet that was frozen in place.  He took care not to damage anything and used mats on the floors.  I also signed up for their Royalty Club program as I like the service Weston provided and the cost of the club more that covers what it would cost to get an annual flush of my water heater and annual plumbing inspection.  I will continue to use Knights Plumbing & Drain for all my plumbing needs.

Don't shop around this is the guy! Affordable, Courteous & Professional. He came out, and did the job right. We had a tough issue, he took his time and didn't ask for anymore than the initial estimate. It's not to often you find someone that you can feel good about calling when its about spending. We won't be calling anyone elce when it comes to plumbing, and nither should you.

Guy did an entire plumbing remodel on my house and it came out great!  Including:

-Demo'd old galvanized steel supply and waste lines
-Took out an old wet bar
-Took out an inset tub and accompanying sink, toilet and vanity
-Removed  and replaced all my old galvanized steel gas lines
-Replaced supply lines with copper
-Replaced waste lines with ABS
-Replaced/upgraded my laundry hookups
-Added water supply lines for my fridge
-Added a gas line for a gas range (and hooked the range up)
-Added water hammer arrestors along the way
-Replaced the old inset tub with a claw foot tub and accompanying fixture
-Replaced all my toilets
-Installed a new bathroom sink
-Replaced garbage disposal and kitchen sink fixture
-Replaced a water heater
-Replaced a garage laundry tub
-A bunch of other minor things that he noticed and fixed along the way

The entire way Guy was responsive, professional, and good natured. He is very knowledgable, he takes pride in his workmanship, and it shows. His work is impeccable. Seriously, some of his work is just nice to look at. His work always passed inspection with no issues, and I'm about 90 days out and I've had zero issues.

I plan to call Guy call first from now on, and only use another plumber if it's an emergency and he's not available.

I was out if town when my ex-wife's front yard faucet broke off at the old threads and water was blasting out. She managed to shut the main water valve off. I was notified and put out a couple yelp calls to handymen in the Stockton area. Gino answered the phone and responded to her location within 30 minutes. The whole job was done quickly, professionally and priced right for her budget.  Thanks Gino. (And Thanks to Gino's dad, who tagged along, for his Military Service.)  PS. I'm sure she will call you when she wants the other repairs that you all talked about completing later in the Spring.

I called Superdrain for my toilet. It made gurgle sounds and begun to overflow. My husband and I could not unclog whatever it was, and I called Superdrain. I was skeptical to get someone the same day because it was 8pm. Luckily, they are open 24/7 and their tech Hunter was able to come out around 8:20! He knew what was the issue and fixed the clogging! He was polite, kind, and a great worker. For their late night service, the price was fair! I will definitely be calling Superdrain for any future plumbing issues!

We just had our old water heaters replaced by Emergency water heater & plumbing  the family owned. We are so happy chose to go with a local company that honest and better price. The owner Mohammed is super quick response, very professional & did a great job . He did clean  work and even help me to nails the wire that loose and hanging in the back of water heater. I give Colin 5 plus stars for his outstanding leak detection service he provided at my home in Tracy on Oct 18.  He went above and beyond to test my Pool waterfall system and help prove to my pool contractor that the system was indeed leaking.  To confirm there was a leak was almost impossible other than the moisture spots that were visible on the stucco.  He tested various things and finally one of his tests showed a water line that confirmed a leakage inside the waterfall wall.   Thanks to his expertise and consistent testing I can now have my pool contractor fix this leak since the waterfall was just recently built and under warranty.  Thanks Colin!

I had two toilets installed by Abran Hernandez and would like to say he was very polite and professional I appreciate his excellent service and would like to thank him for coming out a second time just to check and adjust the flushing system on my toilets today they work great i will definetly use Roto Rooter again!!

Raj did a good job on the first job. Did not show up for the other two appointments and gave zero response or communication. Seemed like a nice guy was disappointed with the lack of professionalism.
