Dirt Cheap gave a great and very comprehensive estimate and explained everything to me in great detail. I was really overwhelmed with a flooding issue at my rental, but they were amazing. The price was perfect, the work was done faster than expected. Oh, and their work crew was freaking amazing! Every single person on my job was super nice. It was cool to watch the project as it was being done and to see that the trenches went exactly where they explained they would be. Such a good experience!

Very pleased with Jafco Sewer repair. We woke up one morning to water on the floor, tub full after showering and toilet gurgling. Called Jafco out to snake and drain as we assumed there was a blockage. Turned out to be a broken pipe at the sewer line. That quick the estimate went from a few hundred to a few thousand. Needless to say my Mother was frustrated and her attitude showed it. Aaron maintained professionalism like a champ. He quoted us a fair and reasonable price and his guys were at our house first thing in the morning! I never realized how much work goes into plumbing repairs until I saw the worker standing in a a hole that he dig that was taller than him! If we need future plumbing service we will most def use this company again!

Helped us with a leak at the meter, and was able to quickly replace our line to the meter. Water pressure is great now, for the first time since we moved here!! We can actually turn on more than one water appliance at a time now! Previously if any one of the washer, dishwasher or shower were going, you could barely get a trickle out of the faucet. Now it's great! No more staggering chores due to water pressure!

We had an issue with an upstairs toilet depositing waste in a downstairs toilet. The problem was not reproducible, but Kyle came out for a consultation  anyway. He determined no action was needed at this time. We really appreciate his honesty and time and felt much better after having the issue looked at. Steady Flow will be our first call next time we run into plumbing issues!

Raman is awesome! To begin, Raman entered my home wearing shoe covers, which started everything off on the right foot. :-). He was quick to access the problem, a faulty valve behind the shower, and offered two remedies and cost options. Once we decided on a plan of action, he fetched the replacement parts and went to work repairing the leak with efficiency and expertise. He did a fantastic job installing the new shower parts, and it looks great. He is straight forward, trustworthy, very personable, honest, and extremely experienced. I called Hydro Works to fix a sudden leak near our sewer drain clean-out, and David Potter (the owner and only plumber!) responded very quickly. He came out same day after finishing work in Bellevue to see what the problem was and give us a rough quote on the repair.

David came the next day and worked throughout the day to complete what ended up being a substantial repair to the sewer line connecting the house drain to our septic system. He did solid work, added an exterior drain clean-out access to our sewer line, and even gave us some insight into what we might need to deal with in the future with the same sewer line. It was also great to hear that he has plenty of experience working on septic systems!

I got the impression that David is very honest and hardworking and won't take advantage of the average homeowner's lack of deep plumbing knowledge. He is definitely my go-to guy for any plumbing problems in the future.

Do NOT use this company, they are absolute crooks. We called since they were used by the previous owners of our house and they had done the inspection for the sell. The technicians are all nice guys and we have a complicated septic system but essentially they sold us a new pump for a septic system that was disabled at least 10 years ago. When we discovered that this pump was not needed, the owner tried to convince us that we did need it and talked down to me and belittled the previous owners. They eventually did remove the pump and then only refunded me about 1/3 of the cost. I have called numerous times to try to receive an itemized receipt and no one calls me back...this has been going on for months now. There is absolutely no internal communication, even when they have a map on file of our septic system from the inspection-they still tried to convince us that we needed a new pump for a retired system. In this market, literally any other company would have to be better than them. And it turns out we just had a regular old clog that my husband was able to repair on his own.

Drain Doctors installed a french drain in our driveway to protect our house from flooding. Works perfectly as designed. They also returned on several occasions, on their own time, to fix plastic paving covers that were failing due to a manufacturing flaw. Super professional and customer focused. I'd gladly recommend them for your drainage work.

Kyle is the best plumber we've ever used. He's extremely knowledgeable, polite, charges reasonably, and does great work. He explained everything he proposed to do beforehand, and made sure we were happy after the job was done. From now on he's our go-to plumber!

I am so pleased with Hart's! I've had a series of separate plumbing issues in my 100 year-old home and I've used them three times in the past two months. Every single time the plumbers have been really nice guys -- so helpful and good-natured!! We've had Preston, John, and Steven. They've been quick to identify the problem and fix it each time. They are absolute gems!!!

I've come to value that Harts has the equipment and know-how of a bigger operation. The last time we called them, it was because our new kitten had tossed something in the toilet that went down the drain and clogged the pipe. At first we called a smaller roto-rooter type company. They were very nice but they tried for two hours, couldn't get it out, and suggested we take out the toilet and buy a new toilet. Luckily we said no thanks and called Harts. If there is ever a next time we will just call Harts first! Their plumber came had the object out in just a few minutes. He had the right tools for the job -- plus they were a lot cheaper!

I booked an appointment for electrical work over a week ago.  They took the appointment, confirmed it and then today when they were supposed to be here I received a call saying they couldn't keep the appointment because I was outside of their service area.  Seriously?  They couldn't have known that when they accepted the work to begin with?

Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend them to anyone anywhere.  They are incompetent.
