Best Electrical Panel Repair in Seattle WA

We hired Seatown to replace knob and tube wiring in our house. We had technicians Phil and Chris.  They were so great to work with! I felt comfortable knowing they put safety first and very experienced! They replaced all of our switches and outlets, and even installed all of the new light fixtures we bought! I wish I could hire them to do everything else we need done aside from electrical lol! I absolutely reccomend anyone who needs wiring done to call them first! Unfortunately we didnt and Seatown also had to fix that mistake. Now my house is up to code and safe for the first time ever!

Highest recommendation for Dean! Our electricity went out in a quadrant spanning floors of this very old house, which called for prompt attention. After many calls to various electricians, leaving voicemails, hearing from one company that they could come out in late March (today is Feb 6th), I found Dean's listing, gave him a call, and he actually answered.  I explained the problem, he let me know his fee on the phone and was able to get to my house the same day.  This is a large house with pretty complex and old (creative) wiring and two breaker boxes. Dean was able to find the problem outlet through some thorough and tenacious troubleshooting. He quickly fixed the outlet, replaced with high-quality hospital grade outlet and we're back in action. Also, he taught me a bit about electricity.

AND, he noticed another light didn't work when he was in the basement and fixed that one too for no extra charge! So happy about that - the light has not been working for several years. He switched out the fixture (that was 1928 original).

It's not often one has a great experience dealing with an electrical issue, and Dean's calm and expert presence saved the day. I'll definitely call Dean for any future house needs and happy to be able to recommend him to others.

NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY if you have any sewer or plumbing service, YOU WILL REGRET IT your entire life.This is a RIP-OFF business. Be aware of this sneaky business. All I need is cleaning 4 of french drains. 1st estimate I agree is $800, then 4 more hous later they said it need more work to solve the problem and put me in the position to agree to pay another $2,500 so they will come back the next day. The next day, they said I have a bigger problem that will be fixed ONLY if I agree to pay $11,000. What  a RIP-OFF business. I wonder how the dirty business like this still exist??? Thanks God Metroplitan Sewer will fix the problem included the city of Seattle inspection for ONLY $1,000.

Way over price!...just to put in new  faucets for bath sink wanted to charge $495.  Bought new faucets at Lowe's $69 wrench and screw driver did the job

I hope others can learn from our terrible experience:

Turning on the stove would trigger the breaker switch so we called Beacon - they had. 4.7 star rating on Google reviews. On the phone they said it would cost $75 for them to come out and take an initial look. If anything needed to be done to fix the stove, we would be given a quote. When Beacon came out, they took a look for 5 minutes and said its not an electrical issue so they can't fix it. They ended up charging me $511 since they charged me an additional $389 diagnosis fee. I was a bit surprised, but the technician said the $75 only covers the drive. They should have told us that over the phone before we agreed for them to come out. It's a very misleading and deceitful strategy and I hope others can learn from my experience so they are more informed if they decide to call Beacon.

So it all started when my toilet backed up  ...
I googled a septic pumping company which unfortunately you guys weren't my 1st call but the company was a mess they made us wait around for 9 hours then no showed so I ended up canceling my next appointment and called you guys . Jim and his coworker showed up on time . My wife was home and showed them where the septic was located they had it pumped and fixed in no time . Wife said they were a pretty entertaining telling stories about the stuff they have seen etc . Definitely use again , and be my 1st call keep up the good work guys.

Paid $1000 to have my main line filter cleaned off with my own hose. I even dug up all my own holes. For that price Richard Sherman should've done it himself.

I recently had Resicon install an electric furnace for me. I am very impressed with this company, the two men, Bryan and David, who did the installation were efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous. They were very respectful of my home and I believe went over and beyond their duty as installers. Later I had occasion to meet with Jason, who also represented Resicon extremely well. I would recommend this company with no hesitance.  

As a side note I am 87 and the owner or Resicon has been very pleasant in trying to help me learn to work with my new thermostat. Thank you Resicon.

Horrible. Literally was told the next availability was the Feb 14th. Scheduled a week in advance and now they're pushing out date back because no one can make it. Why schedule me that day then? You tell me 15 mins before 5pm that you can't do it. Unprofessional and I feel they were very bias on who they chose to see.

We had a shut-off valve go bad and after a number of estimates for replacement, Harts Services came in with an acceptable bid.  Luke showed up on time and was very professional.  He reviewed the problem and got to work on repairing the valve.  Very friendly, informative and didn't mind all of my questions.  He cleaned up the site and made sure everything was working before leaving.  Excellent customer service skills on top of his abilities and knowledge.  BTW:  Glad you opened up a shop in Lynnwood.  BRAVO!

Professional and thorough; however, will try and go as far as complete system replacement for minor repairs.  Quoted $1,300 for parts that cost less than $200 and simple labor install 20 min .  Be weary!!
