Best Electrical Panel Installat… in Seattle WA

Highly Recommend this team of professionals! First class service from a competent and reliable company! We recently moved into a home that was built in 1957 and remodeled in 2018. We wanted to ensure our furnace was ready for the winter weather. I shopped around and I went with Seatown due to the 5 star ratings. We had Brian come out to tune up the furnace. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through all the parts and showed me what needed to be replaced. He connected me with a comfort advisor to discuss upgrade options since the furnace is 17 years old. That is where Davis came in to help. He evaluated the entire home to make sure the heating and cooling would be effective for the home size. He was professional and recommended that we keep our current furnace until there is a problem. He also recommended a separate unit for out master bedroom. When I signed up for the partner plan we got a free home electrical inspection. Taylor came in and did a thorough electrical inspection. He had a fix for all the issues I asked him to look at. This team of professionals were great and gave us peace of mind about our home. Will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. On a separate note the branding and logo of this company is really cool too!

This is the second time I've called Dean for help with electrical issues in our kitchen. The first time he came out on a Sunday and helped discover that one of the GFCIs in our kitchen was wired improperly and had shorted out the rest of the outlets down the chain. He was able to identify and resolve the issue in about an hour and was great at showing us where the issue was and how he was resolving it.

Just today I called him because we had some problems with the timer on our old electrical range. He took the time to explain that the person to call would be an appliance technician but also went on to assuage some fears that I had in regards to the safety questions I had surrounding the unit. He could have easily told me: sorry this isn't my area of expertise but he took the time to spend a couple extra minutes on the phone with me to point me in the right direction. Great guy and will definitely be keeping him in mind for any future repairs we might need around the house.

(STAY AWAY, DONT WASTE A SECOND ON THEM) Called them, they said they could come the next day between 5:00pm and 8PM no call until around 7PM and they cancelled for the next day. We arranged for a time slot for 8am - noon. They didn't call until around 2:30 and said they will send a plumber ASAP. Then no call nothing - I tried calling, and no answer- WHAT A CRAP COMPANY. Call o'neill plumbing in West Seattle, they actually call back and provide a service.

Jessie was great!  This is the second time he has fixed something for us.  Each time he has quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly and effectively fixed it!

Now I understand why this place gets a 2 star average. Worst customer service, unprofessional, disrespectful group of team members. Israel is not a professional tech. Came out gave my tenants are wrong diagnosis of the plumb issue. I basically paid $150 for the tech to come out to the house, looked at it. And walked away charging me $ and told me that I needed to replace a part. I replaced the part, problem still exists. Had to get a different company to come out to really remedy the issue. I'm more than happy to pay for a tech that can tell me exactly what the issue is if it is the CORRECT resolution. But in this case it was not. Some guy named Kasen Burris called me to investigate further with me. He asked me every thing. From when I got serviced to what was written on the invoice. Yes you should ask me what had happened on my end. But don't ask me what the invoice says, the time it was done, the address etc. It's all written on the invoice your company distributed to me. Do your job to investigate by first off researching which case it is and what issue was brought up before you give me a call. Don't waste my time asking me questions you can easily find yourself. Kasen lied about the job, and said he's standing by our guy what he said/did.  Congratulations. Keep this up your average rating will be from 2 to 1.

Used them 3 times, always good, fair, and fast! Very affordable and thorough,  and never did any work that wasn't needed : )

Update - seeing the review reply from the business, yes we do have multiple signatures and the invoice and the service DID NOT match what we agreed! Disappointing!

Yup, I think that about sums it up.
I would NEVER recommend this company! It's unfortunate that we had to have them come do work. If it were up to me, I would have fired them within the first 30 minutes of being in my home. Again, unfortunately, they were hired through a county subsidized program, so I had no say in the company chosen.
They wasted so much time, did a terrible job, left my house a mess and left their garbage. They were doing work in both bathrooms at the same time, tying them up for 6 HOURS! We (pregnant woman and several small children) had no use of our bathroom for 6 HOURS! They did not follow instructions and messed up the work order, took items that should not have been removed from the house that we wanted to keep from the project. They took too many cigarette breaks, did not have foot coverings readily available and when asked to put them on, did not remove them each time they left the house, hence, tracking all manner of dirt and debris into my house, which defeats the purpose of the foot coverings. One of the workers broke a bulb in my dining room and did not clean it up sufficiently.
I could seriously go on and on about the terrible work and issues we have had with this company, but I trust you get the idea.
I gave it one star because Yelp makes me give a star. I would prefer not to give any star at all.

I had faucet spout that leaked.  they quoted me $380 to replace it, plus nine other quotes 'in case' from tearing out the kitchen, all the way up to tearing out the whole house.  Total scare-job, pure sleazy sales tactics.  Well, the replacement kit at the Ace Hardware was $22, including tools & tape.  took me 20 minutes to find it in the store and 10 minutes to install myself, easy-peasy.

We had a shut-off valve go bad and after a number of estimates for replacement, Harts Services came in with an acceptable bid.  Luke showed up on time and was very professional.  He reviewed the problem and got to work on repairing the valve.  Very friendly, informative and didn't mind all of my questions.  He cleaned up the site and made sure everything was working before leaving.  Excellent customer service skills on top of his abilities and knowledge.  BTW:  Glad you opened up a shop in Lynnwood.  BRAVO!

Not a company I would recommend hiring, even if you have to wait for service.  Called them to look at an older AC and heating system and recommend repairs and got the most confusing quote I have ever received with a total of 5 different quotes, with each having completely different repairs.  

Finally decided on what we wanted done and were ready to give a credit card and have them do the work on what was an empty house so assumed they could just come and do the work.  Due to a policy that makes zero sense they required someone had to be at the house in a window from 8am-12pm, which they didn't show up until 1pm.  I sat in my car the entire time and had zero reason to be there.  I have never worked with a company with this policy.

Avoid this company at all cost.
