Dirt Cheap gave a great and very comprehensive estimate and explained everything to me in great detail. I was really overwhelmed with a flooding issue at my rental, but they were amazing. The price was perfect, the work was done faster than expected. Oh, and their work crew was freaking amazing! Every single person on my job was super nice. It was cool to watch the project as it was being done and to see that the trenches went exactly where they explained they would be. Such a good experience!

We had an awesome experience with Jafco. We had a massive clog and root issue that needed to be addressed in our 100 year old sewer line. Max came by almost immediately after our call and did an amazing job stepping in and managing the entire project (including arranging the city inspection) to add external access ports. He seemed to work 24x7. His work crew was equally awesome... all working non-stop on Halloween. They even passed out candy for us! I needed to get a plumber due to a leak under my bathroom sink.   There was no direct shut-off for the water to the sink, so I had to turn off the water to my house.  I called multiple plumbing companies and no one could come out for at least a few days.   Not having any water, wasn't really an option.  Drain Pro Plumbing was able to get a tech out the same day!  He was knowledgable, efficient, and repairs were made in less than 30 minutes.   The repair cost was reasonable too.  The next time I need any plumbing repairs I will definitely be calling them!

We had only been in our new home for a month when our septic alarm went off and we started having back up in our drains. We called A Advance to come check it out. I was a little worried because although most reviews were good, there were a few bad ones that concerned me. However, Jerry the tech that came out was wonderful. Made it out within a few hours of calling, and was very knowledgeable and even explained things about our system we didn't know. Turned out to be just a bad float, an easy and inexpensive fix.
Later that night our alarm went off again! We called Jerry the tech directly since he had called us prior to his arrival and he said he would call his company and let them know of the problem and would take care of it tomorrow. He arrived early the next morning and it ended up being a float getting tangled up with another. He was very apologetic and took care of it free of charge.
Septic problems often are expensive fixes and very stressful. Jerry and A Advance Septic made it so much better. We will definitely be using them in the future and are recommending them to friends and family

Paid $365 for septic cleaning.  LESS THAN SIX MONTHS the same problem started happening again.  I looked up how long a clean septic tank should last.  THREE TO FIVE YEARS it should last.  Called and spoke with Caleb and he told me it was my fault.  He said if he comes out again it will cost me $425.      $60 more than I paid LESS THAN SIX MONTHS AGO.  What's wrong with this picture???????????  Very disrespectful.  This is how they treat senior citizens?  SHAME on you Caleb.  Some day you  will be a senior citizen.  SHAME ON DRAIN DOCTOR in  (Ocean View) Tuckahoe, NJ

First off someone needs to tell him  It's very unprofessional to be on your phone or texting when you're working at a job. This guy literally was on his phone texting or talking all day.

One issue was he put the bathroom sink in wrong. He placed it in crooked and there was a big gap on one side where water could leak down into the cabinet.

leak in kitchen sink area from improper installation of pipes that he did.  He came out to fix it and a couple weeks later it leaked once again causing damage to my cabinets.

He did a very bad job caulking around the toilets. It's all leads back to maybe hes very distracted because hes addicted to his phone I'm not sure.

If it was one issue maybe even two I wouldn't even write this type of review, mistakes can happen, but other  people need to be warned that this could happen to them. Because I'm so worried that the work would be shoddy again I have to go another route and call another plumber

A different company had declared my main sewer line was collapsed and had quoted me an insane amount to fix it. I called this company for a second opinion and I am so happy I did. Cliff, who worked with me, was very knowledgeable and offered to do a more thorough evaluation of the problem. He was very honest, transparent and helpful throughout the entire process. Turns out my my line had not collapsed and I was able to consider more affordable options. I couldn't be happier with this company and Cliff. I highly recommend them!

Made a BIG mistake hiring these scammers to install new bathroom and kitchen pipes. First part of the job they didn't install an in the estimate refrigerator line, but paid for it. Second part they didn't installan in the estimate dishwasher line, and paid for it. I thought they were going to come back and complete the work. Crickets.. Wanting me to keep one of their advertising signs in my yard. Oh he!l no. They keep sending emails about it. They are a junk business.

I can't speak to the quality of their work, but we had them come out to give us a quote for a complete repipe of our house. The person who came out made weird comments about how fancy our instruments were (we have a cello) and when we asked questions about some of our current pipes they gave us wrong answers (we asked these questions as a way of determining how knowledgeable/trustworthy they are).  When it came to the quote, they gave us a quote for about $34,0000 pex, or about $50,000 copper. This is pretty crazy high, so we decided to go with someone else who did a great job and only cost about 13,000 for pex. They've since left multiple voicemails asking me to call back to discuss their insane quote and have been sending unsolicited spam emails. Since they don't take my non-response as enough of an answer, I decided to write this review.
