Best Electrical Panel Installation in Seattle WA
Seatown Electric was the most responsive of all of the companies we reached out to when we recently ran into an electrical problem. Scheduling was professional and easy, and Brandon showed up exactly when he said he would (I have almost never experienced this before)! Couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism, competence, and courtesy. Highly recommend.

My hot water heater sprung a big leak (after 20 years), and I called Dean based on Yelp reviews. Dean is an old-fashioned master. He has the highest standards and offers careful, meticulous work based on his decades-long experience. He was able to replace my hot water heater the next day at a very reasonable price -- and the heater he installed was not some off-brand knock-off but rather the highest-rated Rheem Classic Professional (not the inferior Home Depot Rheem Performance). Dean quoted one price and stuck to it, including all necessary pipe and vent work in my old 1946 condo. He cleaned up well afterwards. One learns a lot from him; he communicates clearly, cogently, and well. If you have a hot water heater or an electrical issue, call Dean! You'll be glad you did.

I can't vouch for their service, but when I contacted South West recently, and explained what a terrible experience I'd had in 2011 (as detailed in my earlier review), they apologized and admitted they'd had some issues with a couple of guys. They gave me a substantial refund on the massive overcharge for services a couple of years ago. So again, can't vouch for their services or pricing today, as I have found an independent plumber who is great, but I give them props for addressing my grievance, even if it took a long time.

I used Hunt's 2 weeks ago for running a 220v dryer line from the breaker box to garage and it went flawlessly. The work was to code, the guys cleaned up after themselves and left nothing for me to do other than buy a dryer. 5 star experience.
I'm now having them plumb into existing pipes to route hot and cold water for the washer and install a drain as well. They're promising it to be a 3 day job and was reasonably priced for the amount of work involved.
Update : Completion was delivered as promised and the plumbing work was immaculate. I'm an aviator and I've got an eye for workmanship and their work was flawless. Highly recommended and well, well worth the price !

Our shower would not turn off and we had a house full of people coming. Called Beacon. They said it would be a $100 trip charge but charged us another $571 to replace a $55 part and 30 mins of work. This is very low integrity in my mind. They knew we were in a jam and took full advantage
DON'T CALL BEACON ON A WEEKEND! YOU WILL GET ROBBED. AND THEY WILL JUSTIFY IT AS THEIR FLAT RATE FEE SYSTEM. Give you money to someone who charges you for work performed

As a Real Estate Broker I get the chance to meet with many septic service companies. Pierce County is not my typical area & the septic pumping requirements for it are very complicated & confusing. I have spoken with several people from A-Advanced Septic on the phone navigating the process and just recently was able to use them for a septic pumping in Bonney Lake. I was surprised to find that I could schedule a next day appointment! My seller was unavailable to help with any of this process, including the location of the tanks. When they arrived, they already had the AS BUILT with them. They located the tanks - which were under a deck and hand dug them out in the small crawl space. The buyers were there, so the pump guys showed them how the pressure system worked and were able to answer a slew of questions regarding it.
It has been my pleasure to work alongside these people. I just want to say how helpful & kind they are and I would not hesitate to use them again or refer to anyone in their service area.

I have a whole essay prepared to explain how mad I am. But I'm going to have to truncate it for character limitations.
Call JOHN THE PLUMBER who works out of Puyallup.
In short, I will NEVER call Beacon again because I was treated SO rudely. And I was a returning customer who was happy to give my business to Beacon a second time!
To be clear-- WE DID NOT MIND WAITING FOR SERVICE. I DID MIND BEING TREATED RUDELY.
After my backyard spigot (which had been serviced by Beacon months ago) began gushing to the point where I had to turn off the water main, I had to wait 5 days for service (which was TOTALLY OK because it's pipe-bursting season). We didn't even mind having to turn off the water 12-18 hours a day. We knew it was a VERY busy time for all plumbers. But when I called on the second day of the 2 days they said they MIGHT make it out, after being told they'd be there in 45 minutes, 4 hours later, I was lectured about driving while on the phone???? And when I explained I was on Bluetooth, I was STILL fussed at. I was only calling to see if they were still coming out so I could put the dog up and bring out a floodlight bc it was dark and rainy and cold. When I said I just needed to know if someone was coming that day and that I didn't call for a lecture about driving and using Bluetooth, I was told And I don't need your attitude. This call is canceled. I'm sure that guy and I were reaching for the hang-up button at the same time.
I worked retail for over a decade. When speaking to other customer service people, I am polite and patient and kind to a fault, ESPECIALLY on the phone. These people are doing ME a service and I'm grateful! But I'm not going to get lectured when I'm SIMPLY ASKING a question and trying to plan my evening. AGAIN, I did not mind waiting. I did mind being talked to so rudely about something NOT related to a plumber coming to my home.
Again, look up John the Plumber. That guy has my business for life. He and his crew were amazing. Beacon can probably afford to lose my business bc they overcharge everyone. The work I previously paid for was shoddy as hell. John showed us the pipe where it was half-assedly soldered instead of being attached properly. Another strong freeze and our crawl space would have been flooded. I can't believe I paid over twice as much money for half as much quality. Absolutely disgusted. Beacon is a scam. John the Plumber is AMAZING.

They guys from Resicon are amazing! I've had them out to install ductless heat pumps at two homes I've had and each time it's been a great experience. They are courteous, clean, and efficient! If I could give 10 starts I would!!

I am so thankful the other plumbers I called were booked. I had a massive leak somewhere between the water meter and my house. I called Hart's plumbing after seeing their reviews on Yelp. I was a little leery because all of the reviews were 5 stars, so the skeptical me thinks maybe all their friends gave them a shout-out.
Not the case! Richard (the owner) was here right on time. He immediately identified the source of the leak and gave me an estimate to not only fix my broken main water line, but also replace my leaking shower drain. He was super fast, professional and very knowledgeable. He was here and gone in three hours. VERY FAST! I also mentioned I needed to do something about my irrigation system because I thought the pressure might be too high. He threw on a pressure gauge at the irrigation valve, and it measured 110 lbs., way too high. He gave me advice on how to correct the problem. Nice, right?
I will definitely be referring Richard to others I know, and will use him again for sure. A good, honest plumber is as golden ans a good, honest mechanic. Nuff said...

We had a shut-off valve go bad and after a number of estimates for replacement, Harts Services came in with an acceptable bid. Luke showed up on time and was very professional. He reviewed the problem and got to work on repairing the valve. Very friendly, informative and didn't mind all of my questions. He cleaned up the site and made sure everything was working before leaving. Excellent customer service skills on top of his abilities and knowledge. BTW: Glad you opened up a shop in Lynnwood. BRAVO!

I had the company come out because my inducer motor seized up. They came out and inspected the motor and the heat exchanger. I was told the heat exchanger was cracked and they quoted me a price for a new furnace. Something didn't seem right so I called another company to get a second opinion. They inspected the heat exchanger for 45 minutes and found no cracks at all. When dealing with these companies I will always get a second opinion!
