Best Electrical Panel Installation in Seattle WA
From the first contact with the office to the end of the job it was perfect!!'when I made first contact, i was impressed as the woman who answered the phone was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, courteous etc. i always dread work done on my house because it seems so often people are not well trained etc. well that's not the case with seatown. i had almost given up the idea of getting an AC after dealing with two well known companies last year. But i dreaded the heat this year so decided to get a third quote. i called seatown, was a bit concerned since they are a newer company. however, they made it so easy compared to the other two companies. I didn't know much about a mini split, so, Matt C. the sales person they sent educated me. He was patient, professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. His quote was clear and concise, easy to understand. he informed me of all options, but never pressured me toward any of them. it was a great experience compared to what i'd dealt with before. I signed the agreement and was scheduled, hoping the other personnel would be like him. I had some difficulty deciding where to place the unit in the bedroom and he suggested over the closet which was perfect, the other two companies gave me NO options. then I was concerned where to place the outdoor unit so it wouldn't look bad outside my home, so he sent Ryan, the project manager over to help me go over all options. And Ryan was just as great as Matt. he found a perfect spot for it, so that it looks nice etc. Then we went over all options for the installation such as where drains would come out etc. then came the day of installation, and again I worried having dealt with so many installer people in the past that i needed to supervise. however here came Andy with Casey and Ryan also showed up so that we could all go over all the options i had chosen as to where things would go (drains etc). Well they certainly didn't need any supervision, they were great involving me when necessary, so professional, really knew what they were doing and were so courteous and nice in my home as well. they treated it like their own and when they left they left it spotless. Then James the electrician came with his apprentice, Austin. Same thing, really an expert, professional etc. and did a great job and again left the premises spotless. After all this I dealt with Lexi to finalize getting paperwork, inspections etc. and the same thing, totally professional, courteous, helpful and patient with my needs. I absolutely cannot recommend SeaTown highly enough. oh, and after it was all installed a few days later i realized i had a couple questions on the filter, i texted Matt, my sales person and he called back immediately and answered my questions. so after installation service has been excellent too. And they quoted a competitive price. I am thrilled with SeaTown from beginning to end.

Dean answered as soon as I called and worked with my schedule to find a time to set up an appointment. Electrical issue totally resolved. Does not charge unless he fixes the problem. Overall great experience.

NOT the one to call
I made an appointment to have someone install a garbage disposal, a filtered showerhead I purchased online, and check out the life of my aging toilet and shower that are draining really slowly.
I made the appointment on Thursday night and they told me they could have someone there the next day. The next day came and 5:00 rolled around and the last plumber on duty to help me said it's Friday I have plans. I'm super chill so I said hey I totally get that! No worries, I'll see you tomorrow
So now it's Saturday (2 days since making the appointment now) and they call to inform me that they are running behind and my 12-5 window might move into the evening. Ok no problem...since I cancelled my plans for them and so I haven't left my home all day in anticipation of the appointment. Then I get a call that I missed and because I missed it and didn't call back within 5 minutes they won't come out! I had called after 10 minutes. Then at 5:30 I get another call saying ok I have one plumber 40 minutes away who can come now. However by this point I had read their terrible reviews about being unethical and wildly overcharging customers. So I ask the dispatcher the usual pricing to make sure I wasn't going to get taken advantage of, but he says I have no access to the pricing.
Ok I give up, Southwest Plumbing. You win this round. I cancelled the appointment altogether. Save yourself the trouble, and find a company with a good reputation who follows through...what's that called again oh yeah PROFESSIONALISM!!!

We found out we had a water leak this morning and Hunt's was here by 1:00 to fix it! In that time frame we also got a quote from Roto Rooter. Not only were they super fast to arrive and fix the Ieak, the tech was able to resolve the problem for literally $2000 less than Roto Rooter! In addition, it's nice that they send an actual technician out, rather than an estimator who knows very little (the other company). The technician was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience in a not so great situation!

Excellent plumbers especially the Josh and Josh team who restored drainage to our laundry room today. We have utilized BP on at least 2 other major home emergencies and they very professionally repaired the problems promptly and correctly. They are not inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

We called A-Advanced to help figure out a flushing backup issue we we're having with our septic system on Sunday and were able to schedule someone to come out today (monday) Matt and his partner was very well trained in finding the issues very quickly! Matt and his partner worked very well together getting the job done quickly and efficiently! Matt took the time to let my daughter watch and explained everything he was doing plus gave her some information about way our backup happened and what to do to help prevent it from happening again. Matt and his partner get all the gold stars Thank you A-Advanced and your awesome employees! We'll definitely call again.

Had a kitchen faucet leak that needed immediate attention Sunday night and the plumber was here in 45 minutes. I took the opportunity to ask about slow drainage in the bathroom sinks and a hot water heater that wasn't functioning as expected (50 gal that ran out of hot water at 10). The plumber, Jimmy, took care of it all and was very transparent about parts and timing.

Patchwork was completed. They appear to have done a fine job. I stand by what I said.. the technicians are great, the customer support / office workers need re-training.

We scheduled Hart's Services to replace handles and valves on several showers in our home. When the technician, Chris, arrived, he said he could not replace two out of the three shower handles, because they were the wrong type. He ended up only replacing the shower handle and shower head in the master bathroom. During the course of the installation, the shower head was damaged and scratched. We were charged $650 for a half hour's worth of work, not to mention the damaged shower head. When we tried to use the shower later, we had no water pressure. When we looked at the installation guide for the shower head, we found that there was a flow restriction piece that was supposed to have been removed prior to installation, and it was never removed. I later called Hart's Services to express my concerns. I spoke to the scheduling coordinator, who said she was going to talk to the owner, and would call me back right away, or the first thing tomorrow. She never called. So, I called again late the next day, and the office lead called me back and said he wanted to make things right. I told him that at this point, it was a little late. The owner then called, and seemed genuinely concerned about resolving the situation. He ended up refunding my money, which I appreciated. Given their exceptional reviews, I imagine that they do often do you go to work, but unfortunately we did not have a good experience with them. I will say though that everyone I spoke with stated that they wanted to resolve the issue, and seemed to really mean it, and my money was refunded, so it wasn't all bad.

I booked an appointment for electrical work over a week ago. They took the appointment, confirmed it and then today when they were supposed to be here I received a call saying they couldn't keep the appointment because I was outside of their service area. Seriously? They couldn't have known that when they accepted the work to begin with?
Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend them to anyone anywhere. They are incompetent.

I should have review this business 2 years ago when they came to my house to look at my gas furnace which was making a squeaking noise. I was told that it would cost $400 plus to fix the problem plus another $150 (I think?) to clean the unit and that my furnace needed to be replaced soon. They even scheduled a salesman to come and give me a quote for a new furnace. Long story short, I called my uncle for advice and he looked up the part and the part was less than $30 and so the labor to was going to be about $370. The actual time to replace would be about 15 to 20 minutes. Outrageous. I then called another local business and they agreed to fix it for $100 and they cleaned the whole thing as well for $80.
This business is going to rob you!!! BEWARE!!!!
P.S. My furnace is working great 2 years later.
Fast forward: freedom hvac and air sent Reese to inspect and clean furnace. Working great 3 years after black lake furnace repair advised me to replace.
