Best Electrical Panel Installat… in Seattle WA

Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating Air Plumbing Service
James Cash from Seatown has been an absolute pleasure to work with.  Allied with a great work ethic, James has something that can sometimes be in short supply among the technically competent: creative thinking.  He understands how a whole house system connects -- in my case, how the gas and water supplies can leave a lot of loose ends.  There were no loose ends when James finished the job.  He completes the job and does it in good time, all with charm and professionalism.  Highly recommended.

Scam job all the way. Don't come near these guys, especially if your gray water drain backs up. They are out to find suckers who they can bilk for tens of thousands. They'll show you a shady video of your line and try to sell you on the world is ending and you need to dig up the yard ASAP when all you really need is a good washout. Another Yelp reviewer said they learned later they'd paid ten times too much. We accomplished what we needed at one HUNDRED times less. The other company's video (of the same line) looked night and day better. I don't know what Southwest does to make it look so bad. They send five guys to do a job for one. Guess they think it helps with the shell game they do on you. One meathead even nicked outside and sprayed white paint all over a four-foot section of our garden. Without even asking or explaining what he was doing!

Beacon Plumbing - Seattle Plumbing Service
They fixed a GFCI plug issue costing me $285 without any part. They did troubleshoot the problem, but it should have taken only 5-15 minutes. Coincidentally, my other GFCI plug, which has been working all along, gotten shorted and no longer worked. I can't say for sure whether they did something or not, but there was a burning smell from the short while he was fixing the bad GFCI plug. They charged $75 to come out to troubleshoot which I am fine with. The technician did waive the $75 service fee, but charging me $285 for the job is quite exuberant. Yes, the guy on the phone when I told him about the charge, was very rude and hung up the phone on me. The technician left without giving me a copy of the receipt. The technician seems like a nice guy, but the outrageous cost, the behavior of the guy on the phone, and not leaving me a copy of the receipt aren't something a good company should have. As a consumer, I would expect a company to have reasonable charge and good customer service. Again, $50-$75 to come to your house is fine to me considering the driving and traffic, $30 to troubleshoot the issue, and another $30 to fix this small issue, I would have been fine with it.

I would not recommend their service, but this is the first time I ever used an electrician. I hope this isn't representative of all electricians and their companies.

Beacon Plumbing Plumbing Service
A bit of pricey but they know exactly what they are doing.
My AC broke down on the hottest day of the century.  I called Beacon Plumbing and they sent Ned and Zerian to my house within couple days. They both are very professional. Just a few minutes, Ned found out exactly what was the issue. The only complaint is $292.75 + tax for diagnostic fee is quite a bit high. I totally understand about $75 for travel charge but it would be great if those amount can be able to deduct to the final bill.
Anyway,  my bill ended up almost $800 just to replace the capacitor :(
I would give it five stars for the service if they don't charge too much for diagnostic fee.

Harts Services Plumbing Service
Thanks Harts Plumbing for coming out early at 8am ,and on time, so i could make it to work by 10am. Richard came and unclogged my drain in the shower that had been giving me trouble for weeks. He was very quick to remove the gunk that built up from my natural bodycare products. He explained that the oils from my soap and scrubs over time creates a film that attaches to any hair that makes it down the drain. He suggested a few ways to limit the amount  of debree that goes down the drain and showed me the parts that were trapping the gunk. Richard was not only friendly, speedy and knowledgeable but he was clean too! I will definitely call back again for service in my home.

We had a shut-off valve go bad and after a number of estimates for replacement, Harts Services came in with an acceptable bid.  Luke showed up on time and was very professional.  He reviewed the problem and got to work on repairing the valve.  Very friendly, informative and didn't mind all of my questions.  He cleaned up the site and made sure everything was working before leaving.  Excellent customer service skills on top of his abilities and knowledge.  BTW:  Glad you opened up a shop in Lynnwood.  BRAVO!

Black Hills Plumbing Service
I will start at the beginning. 10ish years ago Black Hills replaced the furnace in our house. For over 10 years, we have been dutifully paying $18 a month for maintenance. When these guys come over for maintenance, it's a mixed bag. Some times they are quick and out, and other times they have me move garage shelving on my own while they watch when I'm 37 WEEKS PREGNANT so they can have room to work.  No seriously. I had to kick the technician out after he was turning the furnace on and off for over 2 hours because I had to go to the hospital because my blood pressure shot up and I thought I was going in to labor. Not even kidding.

Anyways, after taking over $2000 in maintenance fees over the last decade (which honestly is a $5 filter change every 6 months and some guy telling me the furnace is working fine which is kind of like duh), a blower fan blew. Apparently, even after the thousands of dollars they already took from us, a blower fan breaking isn't considered maintenance even though it's covered under warranty. Well, the PART is covered under warranty, but it will cost us over $400 in labor to get it installed. My husband asked them to order the part and he would install it himself. Nope. Apparently they will not order the part if we don't pay them to install it. Sounds pretty scammy to me.

But it gets EVEN SCAMMIER! My husband found the part on Amazon for $80 and it took 30 minutes to replace it. Yea......... After 10 years of being loyal customers, they tried to screw us.

Needless to say, don't get the maintenance plan. It's a complete waste of money because when something breaks, they will overcharge you to fix something that should be included in the first place. Those filters they change are only a few dollars on Amazon, and whatever amount you pay to them for maintenance will be more than just paying for the repairs as they come up.
