Best Ductless A/C Services in Seattle WA
I was having a sewage-like smell coming from my bath drain...a bath I haven't used in the last four years since I moved into my house. So I called 2 Son's Plumbing and Tommy came to check out the issue. He explained how the release of gasses works (not bodily gasses, drainage gasses to be clear), turned the faucet on in my bath for a minute and voila, problem solved. I think. Regardless, Tommy wasn't out to take all of my money for no reason, and for that I'm very grateful. I apologize to his boss for having to still pay him for a free visit to my house. I will make up for it next time when I actually have a real plumbing issue. And I WILL have a real plumbing issue because I own a home...with four toilets...and a husband...and two kids.
Thanks, Tommy!

We called three plumbing companies to get quotes for leak detection and fixes: The Pipe Doctor, King Plumbing and Done Right Plumbing. We left two messages for Pipe Doctor, no one even bother to give us a call back. We talked to someone at King Plumbing and was asked to email the info. Again, no one replied back. Done Right Plumbing is the only one that we were able to schedule for someone to come out. Sharif and his partner Nick showed up at promptly. Their search was thorough and their recommendations are honest and sound. We appreciate their professionalism. We also asked for a quote for our tankless water heater replacement before they left. After doing some research and compared their quote to three other companies, their quote is competitive for the quality and responsiveness. We hired them back to install the tankless. Again, they were prompt and thorough. The office ladies Katie and Tracy were very accommodating to my questions and requests. We definitely will hire Done Right again in the future and recommend them to anyone.

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable. He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day. Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly. Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish. I definitely recommend them!

To no surprises the team was very quick to get out to provide a free no obligation quote. Staff was beyond helpful and kind. Communication was wonderful and included a confirmation call the day before scheduled service and 30 mins before arrival. The total cost was a little more expensive then another quote I received but I'm always willing to pay a little move for great service and work. I am happy with the job that was complete.

SeaTown was great to work with and did the job well. We had a lot of electrical work - install track lighting, replace many fixtures, add some fixtures inside and outside the house, dimmers and other miscellany. They did a good job, including (after our approval) adding a new electrical panel because we had a lot of new Mitsubishi ductless heat/cool units and the board was getting overloaded. They showed up on time and complete a lot of work in a day and a half. Highly recommended.

In the past I have left excellent reviews for Joe and staff. Joe was superb and polite and honest and did a great job. I had a leaky faucet this week and called to make an appointment with Joe. To make a long story short, I was referred to a 2nd number from his old number. When I called a woman answered the phone and told me his business had merged with another. I still thought Joe was coming to this appointment and when I realized he wasn't in a subsequent phone conversation, she evaded multiple questions about Joe. I called the hardware store who had referred me to him who told me Joe had died in an accident. It seems all of Joe's fantastic reviews are now being attributed to the business who bought his but they sent a surly man who told me I would need to have a hole cut in my wall to repair outdoor leaky faucet and would need to hire someone to drywall and repaint. I declined and another plumber subsequently came who did cut a hole in the wall and repaired the hole with a small spring-loaded panel which looks very nice with no further hassle. I did not feel treated honestly that the company who bought his business would not tell me that Joe would not be coming although I asked about him numerous times. I feel like the legacy of his outstanding service, courtesy and kindness is being tarnished by the people who took over his name.

Had them out for a bid months ago and appreciated the information at the time. No commitment and they didn't push at all. I asked for a few extras in an additional bid and received good information to take or leave.
Fast forward six months or so, called them up, asked for their earliest service, and to nix the extras I had inquired about... They were over within a week and done in just half the day.
Fantastic new heater- 20 years makes a difference! Didn't need anything more and didn't have to fight for it.
Fully satisfied. Thank you!

Corey and Josh were awesome!. They came in and heard what needed to be done. They fixed one thing that I was asking about and then they were off getting it done. I thought they were awesome... no dicker sticker deal, friendly, professional, and super easy to work with. I don't carry cash to tip, but will be sending Corey and Josh a lil something as they were fabulous!
Definitely going to keep this company on our plumbing lists.

I've never reviewed anything before, but Beacon was bad enough to inspire me to write. I arranged for Beacon to give us a quote on installing a washer and dryer. The call was confusing and hectic. They put me on hold a few times and accidentally hung up on me. When it was finally scheduled, the plumbers were supposed to arrive between 9 and 11am. They showed up at 11:40am. The plumbers who came were really nice. But, after giving me a quote--of $1000 more than the quote we received from a company a few days earlier--they charged me $82.13 for the process! Since when do you have to pay $80 for a company to give you a quote?! My husband and I each called the office to complain about the fee and both people we talked to could not care less. They were extremely rude and would not even consider returning the fee. We were clearly not the first call of this type they had received. The guy I spoke with kept repeating the same line, We won't send a truck out unless you agree to the fee, so you must have agreed to the fee. Aside from being illogical, this statement simply isn't true. I never agreed to the fee. I would not have agreed to the fee.

BEWARE - Sketchy and unscrupulous business - BEWARE. Technician and technician in training came out to look at our water heater. They had my husband initial a form that said he would pay the $75 fee and receive an estimate. They spent 10 minutes taking the panel off and rinsing off some sensors then came in with an invoice of $700! My husband said he would not authorize that and the Technician said, You already did with your initials. There is no way my husband would have agreed to $700 for maintenance. He did NOT receive an estimate and the water heater is still not working! This is not a plumbing business, it's a scam. Choose a different place!!

Miguel came in to give us a bid on a hot water heater. Not only is their company able to help with the hot water heater they are electricians and can do contract work. I'm all for supporting small business and had a wonderful experience with this company
