Best Air Duct Repair in Seattle WA

Joe's Plumbing is great.  They were quick to schedule me and very on top of making sure I knew exactly when the plumber, Tony, would arrive.  He showed up and was very nice. I had some concerns about a smell in my bathroom and about a patch job on a pipe below my apartment.  In the end I learned that the smell was not connected to any of my bathroom fixtures.  And that the patch job below was fine. I really appreciated that the consultation was free and Tony really helped ease my mind about some issues and gave some good recommendations about how to further determine the cause of the smell problem.

Although we had to wait 4 days to get service, they came on time as they promised and the repair person, Nick, was very courteous, professional, and efficient. He fixed the problem is good time.

These guys were amazing! I blew the electrical in half my house (potato in the light socket didn't work out!) and they were able to schedule a temporary solution until they could get out to upgrade my old wiring.

They showed up early, kept the area clean, kept me informed of their progress, and did great onsite despite my extra large Tibetan mastiffs that watched their every move!

I'll call these guys if I ever need electrical help in the future. Their amazing customer service, professionalism, and expertise were greatly appreciated.

My wife and I were having some plumbing issues. The water pressure in our new to us home was rather low in our opinion, but livable. After about 8 months in the home, it suddenly spiked. I checked the water pressure at the front spigot and found it was slightly over 100 psi. About a week later it dropped to about 45 psi, then spiked back up to 100 psi the following week.

I suspected it was the pressure relief valve. I called Joe the Pro.  After a brief chat, he confirmed my suspicions and explained the possible consequences of too high water pressure. He was able to fit me into his schedule and arrived when he said he would. I had also contacted another plumber prior to Joe for a bid. I felt that other plumber's bid to be excessive. Joe's bid was very reasonable in my opinion.

Joe arrived with 2 employees, who were also very polite and professional.  They had to access the plumbing issue via an access door to the crawl space from a bedroom closet.  They spread drop cloths through the house to prevent any spills, scuffs or marring of the floors. They quickly identified the problem and corrected it.

When done, the final bill was exactly what was initially quoted.  I have already recommended Joe to some of my neighbors.

So in review,  Joe the Pro is professional, prompt, and polite. He took the time to explain what had happened and why it happened. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you Joe, you are definitely our go to guy for all plumbing issues we may have in the future.

Washington Water Heaters is awesome.  Our water heater broke and called another company out and received an extremely high quote and couldn't do the work until the next day.   I called Washington Water Heaters and they came out within a few hours with a replacement unit for less than HALF the price of the other company.  Unbelievable.  Tom and Steve were a pleasure to work with during the replacement and we couldn't be happier.  Thank you guys and I'd recommend you to anyone.

$959.10 to replace a kitchen faucet????? Called Hunts emergency service because I needed it fixed.  Never spoke to me, just showed me a tablet screen with that price to replace the whole thing.  I can't afford that!   They demanded I pay the $159 service fee, even though they were in my home for less than 5 minutes, never touched a tool or even a flashlight.  
Honestly, I was frightened, so I paid, just to get hem to leave.
My handyman looked at it today.  It needs a $20 part, and a few minutes   to install.  
If you want to pay a lot, call these guys.

Awesome service, but very expensive. This was an after hours call. The plumber came fast and the problem fixed! They are consument professionals. Very happy with the work. A+++

Absolutely horrible and unethical company!  I hired them in good faith to install a new faucet.  This was at least the second time we used them. So, I was comfortable.

The installer used screws that were way too long. The screws went through the wall and into my dishwasher, which ruined it.

At the time we had no idea why our dishwasher was not working. We only discovered it after we bought a new one and the installer pointed it out to us. The installer did a great job taking photographs of the damage caused by Beacon plumbing.

We promptly contacted Beacon plumbing and relayed the information to them. The manager, a coward named  Mark Jensen, quickly dismissed the damage they caused saying they were not responsible despite the fact that an independent person pointed it out to us. This person also took great pictures to prove his findings.

The manager, Mark , a total jerk,  denied any wrongdoing and refused to make it right.  We paid them on time for the services that they provided, but when we found out they made a mistake, they did not own up to it.

Fortunately, we are financially able to survive this fiasco. If you were looking for quality, ethical work, please look elsewhere. You will not find it here.  This is a horrible company, with a HORRIBLE manager.

Also, please take the time to see how Marc Jensen responds whenever someone confronts him and posts a negative review on here. He never takes ownership of his mistakes.  Instead, he takes a defensive posture and blames his customers. Clearly, he has no idea what customer service looks like.

Trane heat pump stop working had Black Hills tech come out. For some reason heat pump started working again on its own. Black Hills tech made sure everything was in working order. Friendly and honest.
