Mike is a suuuuper nice and honest guy...the kind of guy you don't see too much anymore. He did a very extensive plumbing renovation, charged a reasonable amount, followed up. I would recommend B & B to my family!

When other plumbers wouldn't work at night, Teo came to rescue. He even did extra fix not directly related to the service I requested. He only accepted the service fee we agreed on and refused tip I offered. Definitely will call him when I need service next time.

Can't leave a message, mailbox full.  Makes it hard to get service.  How do you run a business like that?  Yes, it's all over social media but it is still a business with a business line... and a full mailbox.  If you can't manage a mailbox, maybe you can't manage my air conditioner,

Approximately one year ago we purchased a water softener system and a gas water heater from Mike. His crew came by and installed them as well. Last week we noticed water surrounding the water softener system . We immediately contacted the office and explained the problem to Lela who did not hesitate to acknowledge our situation and reassured us that help would be on its way. The water leakage was caused by the manufacture's faulty ring at the top of one of the tanks. Subsequently It was replaced at no charge. It is a relief to know that we can count on Complete4U's prompt and reliable response. I will rate this business with 5 stars! Thanks!

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood. I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service. I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses. North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate. They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would. The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done. He was quick and polite. Highly recommend!

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

John Karlen at Optimum Plumbing in Santa Ana was very responsive to our call. We had a water heater that was leaking and we needed attention right away. He came and replaced it the same day.The previous plumber had done some of the work wrong, so John showed me how he was going to correct it and did it for the original price that he quoted.  I have wood floors and without even asking, the 1st thing he did was put down drop cloths. By the time they left, there wasn't a trace of  dirt or footprints left. I highly recommend Optimum Plumbing and have referred them to several neighbors already, who all say they are happy with his work.

I really don't know how my houses plumbing situation was working for so long but before Better Sewer Maintenance got a hold of it, it was terrible. But I am so relieved at the fact that I hired this company because I don't know where me and my whole plumbing situation would be without them. All around great company and I most definitely recommend.

Called him cause I needed my faucet put in and a drain unclogged. He came out when he gave us his word and realized the faucet we had bought was the wrong size so he went and bought the right one and installed it for us. He was friendly and kind. And did a good job. Will call again.

First of all, I did not know this business or anyone there before I hired them to fix my drain line leak this morning, and I am writing this review based on my own experience and not being compensated by this business at all.

Art was very responsive and provided me with information quickly and accurately based on the photos I sent to him.  We then set up an appointment this morning; Ricardo and Joel arrived in their company van and company t-shirts on-time.  They fixed the drain line leak quickly and performed a thorough test to make sure the fix is good.  They also provided additional replacement recommendations only as answer to my question, but never pushed me to proceed with it.  I also had a couple toilet issues and they fixed 1 of 2 and quoted me the second one since it would require a new toilet purchase and replacement.  They are super polite, knowledgeable and professional the entire time.  I cannot be happier with their services provided to me this morning, and I am very glad that they are my local plumbers in north Orange County.

I highly recommend their services and will definitely go back to HR Plumbing for any future plumbing services.

most horrible experience. these people have horrible service. they were all set to come out to do my slab leak and do a cut and cap. and leak detection. gave me the price. sounded okay.  then  after i give all my info  i get the bomb. you have to pay another 400.00 for asbestos check. firstly say that in the beginning. secondly who does that. not one other company i called afterwards said anything about that extra charge. they dont know what they are doing. do not use them. im so tired of companys trying to get more out of customers. greedy and unprofessional. takes so long to get an honest company anymore or one that knows how to do business right. straight forward  and efficient. these people are none of that. they would have just kept adding to the bill in the end. stay away.

Had them come out and for a quote to redo my drains and my main bases off an assessment that was done.  When the appointment was made I was told there was no obligation;  the guy came looked and said he had to climb under the house which made perfect sense to get an accurate quote.  He went to his car for about 10-15 minutes came back and said the office would call back to schedule to get a more accurate scope of work and quote.  Two weeks have passed and still no return call.  I have sense opted to take my business elsewhere;  it is apparent to me they were wanting to rescope the main but where it was just done at a cost and I was not going to pay again for this.  They are probably good for the small jobs but something of this magnitude your best off looking elsewhere

I had a garbage disposal emergency and So Cal 1 plumbing & Rooter responded immediately. They got the entire job done on the same day and provided some very useful advice for future maintenance as well.  I am very grateful.

At 1:24am I heard something in my backyard burst and a loud sound of gushing water erupting. That's terrible in daytime but imagine how much worse it is at night. I immediately looked up 24/7 plumbing services on Yelp and found Adrian's All Purpose Plumbing through the Request a Quote feature. He was the ONLY person to respond and immediately, which is essential for plumbing services operating 24/7. I briefly explained the situation, as well as its urgency, and within 20 minutes he was already at my house. Instantly he stopped the water and began repairing the system. Adrian was so efficient, quick, and incredible to work with. The repair was handled in less than 30 minutes and at a really reasonable price because I was definitely concerned about costs for something like this and at night. All in all, highly recommend him for your plumbing needs in OC!

We have been customers for 20+ years.  However, the later years, in the last few years, their quality of service and recommendations went down.

Our old water heater leaked  in Dec 2016.  It was old and needed to be replace. We called them to replace it.  The guy that helped us was so snotty.  I wanted a tankless water heater but he said that it will be expensive because I have to replace the parts every few years.  So after some convincing, we agreed to NOT to do tankless water heater.  He chose the water heater brand, Rheem, and said that is the best brand blah blah blah.....  He installed it.  That costs us almost $4000.  I thought they high-priced us.  Really $4000?    Unfortunately, we did not compare prices with other company because we trusted this company.

Well time passed, that water heater that he said will last a long time (for years he said) and the best brand leaked last week.  This is  April 2018, less than 2 YEARS!  So we called them again.  The same guy came and he was hard to deal with.  Complaining a lot about the position of our water heater which is in the corner (that is why I wanted a tankless, MORON!).  We were able to return the heater tank without extra cost to buy the new water heater.  However, the labor to replace is is $2000.  If we have gotten the tankless water heater in the first pace, we would not have paid so much money that the guy said we will spend so much money if we have gotten the tankless one.  My brother got the tankless water heater 2 years ago and he have not spent so much money like we have in the last 2 years.

I do not trust this company anymore.  Will call someone else the next time we have a plumbing problem.   They just lost 1 customer.
