Excellent work. I hired Teo to repair some stucco problems outside our house where moisture had made the stucco loose or it had fallen off the wall.

He came a little late due to another job and after a text message telling me he'd be late went awry (I saw it later), but he eventually arrived and got to work. Check your text messages and your phone on the day work is scheduled as you never know.

He was able to remove all the damaged stucco and replaced it, then painted his work with a gallon of matching paint I had. It now looks great. I'm very pleased with his work ethic and his skills. He was very easy to work with, and he cleaned everything up including the removed plaster pieces as well as all the other detritus that happens when work is done. And the price wasn't too bad, either, though hard work is never cheap.

I certainly recommend him for painting, wall repairs, and other things. I think he also does plumbing and electrical repair (but not gutters, he told me!).

As luck would have it, our shower faucet failed on a Saturday.  We could not shut it off, so we had to turn off the water to the house.  Since we had good experience previously with B & B, we called again, this time on an emergency basis.  They did call us back.  The technician called us to say when he would be here, and again when he was on his way.  He fixed the faucet, replacing the defective part.  The service was prompt, especially for a weekend, efficiently done, courteous, and reasonable.  He left the work area clean.  As old as our home is, we will need plumbing work again, and we will definitely call B&B.

Robert and the guys did a great job. I have two AC units, both at the end of their life cycles. He did not push me to get new units; instead he was able to prolong the life of both units for another summer or two. One unit; he fixed the capacitor and added refrigerant. That has been working great. Wife and I are freezing nicely during this heatwave. A couple weeks later, my other unit was not working. He added refrigerant and while on the job; my thermostat coincidentally died due to a bad motherboard that had years of water damage. He had an extra and swapped it out no charge since it occurred on his watch. Very reasonable pricing and and a man with good character. Has a great crew too. Thanks guys.

I contacted Jeremiah to change out two toilets.  He was very responsive and did a great job at a fair price.  Jeremiah is conscientious; everything was orderly and cleaned up nicely. I will call him again the next time I need something done.

First Class Plumbing are my go to plumbers from now on. Tito is awesome!  I discovered a shower valve leak in my second floor bathroom at 5pm on a Monday, they arrived by 6:30pm and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They even came out a few days later to troubleshoot another issue at no additional cost. I've used many other plumbing companies in the past, and these guys are the best by far. Extremely reliable, honest and focused on keeping their customers happy.

Arrived quickly and took care of the service (hydro jetting the main) as expected. Charged the price that was quoted. Personable and no surprises. Highly recommended and will hire again if plumbing services are required the future.

Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. I must say that if there was the option for a 6 star rating I would certainly have put that for this company as a rating!  I have worked in five start and five diamond luxury resorts for over 14 years have had extensive customer service training classes and have even presented on customer service.  With that being said I wanted to share my positive experience as word of mouth is very important and exceptional customer services should not go unnoticed when it truly is exceptional.... I recently received a call from my mom who was on a weekend get away in the Big Bear mountains and while she was there noticed a leak in the water main line... I'm down here in orang county and was not able to get there to help her right away... However thanks to a great friends recommendation they gave me Optimum Plumbings contact information.  Being that it was a weekend and about 5pm on a sat I was not expecting to reach an actual person.... Well when I called the actual owner John Karlen answered phone on second ring and sounded so friendly and professional and it was as if he was truly wanting to help out even though he did not know me...now that's a nice first impression !  I explained the situation and figured since he was a business in the orang county area he would probably refer me to a mountain plumber... I was wrong on this he went well beyond customer service and asked me to send some pictures of what the problem looked like so I had my mom send me a picture and then sent to him... He immediately called me back after he got the pictures and explained what the situation was most likely and he offered to go up to the mountains the next morning to even look at and give an estimate... He gave a time of when he would meet my mom and he showed up early and was professionally dressed too and had one of his employees with him to help...My mom was so impressed and really appreciated him doing this on short notice and he has already given a very fair estimate and had already scheduled for them to come up and do the repairs.  They could have done the repair right then but my mom wanted to wait till she was back up there as John assured her it was not in need of an emergency repair.  I Can honestly say I have not ever had a plumbing service go this far put of the way just to help trouble shoot a situation.  I highly recommend Optimum plumbing for anyone no matter what the service is and no matter the time of day this is a company you can trust who will give great prompt friendly and honest service!  I will recommend Johns business to everyone thank you for taking care of my mom!!!!

One day I noticed a very non pleasant smell in my house and outside of my house and I was guessing it had to have been a ruptured sewage pipe so I called Better Sewer Maintenance to come and check it out, for nice they arrived and took a look at my plumbing under the house they knew exactly what it was and fixed it that day and now I don't have to deal with that horrible smell thanks to these guys great job.

Called a technician to finish an already mounted mini unit AC installation. He he came up with a quote of 1800$!!! When I asked him how many hours of work, he said 2-4 hours work (parts are neglect-able). I don't think that is reasonable, usually it is around 80$/h and not 600$/hour (if it takes him 3 hours). His manager was convinced that that is a reasonable price, so I paid the $125 estimate price and I'll move on to another company.

We have been customers for 20+ years.  However, the later years, in the last few years, their quality of service and recommendations went down.

Our old water heater leaked  in Dec 2016.  It was old and needed to be replace. We called them to replace it.  The guy that helped us was so snotty.  I wanted a tankless water heater but he said that it will be expensive because I have to replace the parts every few years.  So after some convincing, we agreed to NOT to do tankless water heater.  He chose the water heater brand, Rheem, and said that is the best brand blah blah blah.....  He installed it.  That costs us almost $4000.  I thought they high-priced us.  Really $4000?    Unfortunately, we did not compare prices with other company because we trusted this company.

Well time passed, that water heater that he said will last a long time (for years he said) and the best brand leaked last week.  This is  April 2018, less than 2 YEARS!  So we called them again.  The same guy came and he was hard to deal with.  Complaining a lot about the position of our water heater which is in the corner (that is why I wanted a tankless, MORON!).  We were able to return the heater tank without extra cost to buy the new water heater.  However, the labor to replace is is $2000.  If we have gotten the tankless water heater in the first pace, we would not have paid so much money that the guy said we will spend so much money if we have gotten the tankless one.  My brother got the tankless water heater 2 years ago and he have not spent so much money like we have in the last 2 years.

I do not trust this company anymore.  Will call someone else the next time we have a plumbing problem.   They just lost 1 customer.
