Worked with Jeremiah for two separate projects. Wall patching/painting and fixing a kitchen drawer track.  He was wonderful to work with. Great communication and sent pictures on completion of each job, since they were on rental properties. So glad I found him!

I messaged Andrew on Yelp about a clogged sink in my kitchen. He replied very promptly with a reasonable quote. He was able to come the same day. I like that he also messaged me when he was on his way. He and his colleague worked on the drainage issue. The kitchen sink works again! I really enjoyed working with Andrew, and wholeheartedly recommend him.

I'm very shocked and disappointed at the same time for my recent experience with Complete Plumbing Heating and Air company.

I've been with this company for about a year now and never noticed anything out of ordinary until now... sigh...

I had called and spoke with Leyla to quote for a yearly A/C and Heater maintenance for the first time and they quoted me with $299 for both services.

Leyla said there is a 10% Yelp discount applied for every customer, so I thought I was getting a DEAL.. Until now...

I had Ron and another assistant came over on time and basically did the standard cleaning of the A/C condenser and the Heater up in the attic.

Both jobs took about hour and a half and was completed professionally.
I was given the total of $268 and I just paid $270 in cash without receiving any change because Ron did not carry any change.

I didn't mind because I knew they were trustworthy and I felt like as a customer, I was treated fairly with a very great competitive price on their services.

I had no idea what the cost of yearly maintenance of A/C and heater was, because I never shopped around. I trusted this company and BELIEVED they were treating customers fairly and provided excellent service with competitive pricing.

Instead they ridiculously overcharged for two services I requested for (standard heater and A/C clean up) for $268.. why do I say I was overcharged??

I had a feeling it was little expensive so I decided to ask around on Yelp for pricing from reliable and proven businesses that does the same job.

I contacted about 5 different companies that specializes in HVAC maintenance and repair in Orange County areas, and I was given a shocking total for 2 services.

The most expensive I was quoted was $129 for yearly maintenance of both A/C and Heating system... The cheapest was $120.. All of the 5 different quoted prices averaged around $125 total for both services that Complete Plumbing did..

I checked out during the maintenance of Ron and his assistant doing his work, and there was nothing special other than cleaning and tuning the system. It's just like any other company would do.

Instead I was overcharged and felt upset that a trustworthy company can overcharge a customer by over 100%... that is not 10%... OVER 100%...

Average yearly maintenance for A/C and Heater was quoted from multiple companies in the amount of $130 or less.. Complete Plumbing was $268...

Imagine yourself leasing a brand new BMW 528i series for $400 at Santa Monica BMW dealership and you go another BMW dealership and after you leased it, you find out next door BMW dealership could've given you $200 per month given same circumstances?! For the exact same car?! same model?!

WhaaaaaaaaaaattttttaaaaaaaaaHeeeeeeeeCCCCkkkk?!

Did I just say that?

Yup.

Wouldn't that blow your mind how blasphemous that is?!

I'm sorry to post a 2 star review for Complete plumbing  but for us consumers, it is not fair and it's ridiculous how a same services can cost more than double.. Not acceptable and Not happening to my fellow Yelpers.

Please make sure you compare and shop around  via Yelp messages with the owners. Keep those messages as proof of record and do not delete them until it's fully paid just in case.

I have found another reliable company that charges $120 for same services.. I will using them going forward and I hope that everyone is aware now, how companies can decide to overcharge you without comparing what they are charging to customers with their rival companies... smh!

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood. I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service. I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses. North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate. They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would. The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done. He was quick and polite. Highly recommend!

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

John Karlen at Optimum Plumbing in Santa Ana was very responsive to our call. We had a water heater that was leaking and we needed attention right away. He came and replaced it the same day.The previous plumber had done some of the work wrong, so John showed me how he was going to correct it and did it for the original price that he quoted.  I have wood floors and without even asking, the 1st thing he did was put down drop cloths. By the time they left, there wasn't a trace of  dirt or footprints left. I highly recommend Optimum Plumbing and have referred them to several neighbors already, who all say they are happy with his work.

What a hassle I had to deal with my toilet.
It kept getting clogged and I kept having to unclog it with the plunger and I honestly thought that I would be fine with doing that every time it would get clogged but the last time I tried it turned to a whole mess so I had no other choice but to call better sewer maintenance and they got the job done with no problem at all. Great work by these guys big thumbs up to them.

Our bathroom tub was leaking underneath the house due to a previous plumber/contractor not properly finishing the job. So I reached out to Christian and ASAP plumbing to see if they could fix the problem. Christian responded same day and came out quickly diagnosed our plumbing problem and resolved the issue. Christian offers great service, goes above and
beyond. We will definitely call Christian again when needed and will recommend his service.

I found them on Yelp. They came to fix a clogged pipe in our bathtub. A couple of other plumbers tried and said it was impossible and that all of the pipes would need to be replaced. HR Plumbing was able to unclog the pipe and with a really reasonable price. We will definitely call them in the future. Thank you!

They have a service answering their phone saying they will do a diagnostic test for 105. I told them I have a leak.  Then he comes out saying it is 1250 for the day.  Awful customer service!

I am very pleased with So-Cal 1 plumbing & rooter!!! Federico was very professional on returning my call and was able to help us with our plumbing problem despite of his very busy schedule. He was very kind and knowledgeable about his job. I will definitely recommend his business to others when it comes to plumbing!! Great job and thank you So-Cal 1 plumbing and rooter! If you want good customer service and quality work at a good price, look no further, Jose and his team are your guys! From the very first conversation with Jose, he blew me away with his honesty and genuineness. He really cares about his customers and doing a good job and that quality comes thru when you speak to him. When he got to my house, he correctly diagnosed the real problem, which was completely different than what I believed it to be. He fairly only charged for the work that he actually did and was super honest by not trying to upsale me on anything or going along with the original gameplan just to make more money. The original plan would have been more expensive. I really appreciate honest people who aren't out here just to make money. It's nice when you can tell when people aren't trying to rip you off. I would recommend this guy to anyone that needs a plumber! Jose, thank you so much for taking care of me and my family and for taking your time to clearly explaining everything that was going on every step of the way. Adrian and his apprentice are very professional honest and skilled  plumbers. Would definitely recommend them for all our plumbing needs. My family needed an emergency plumber at 9pm and he showed up at 9:20pm. He was able diagnose,resolve and advise me on ways to prevent future emergency plumbing needs. Thank you Adrian!!!

Kris is one of the best plumber I have hired so far. He quoted over Yelp with reasonable price up front. He is professional, polite and reliable. He replaced our garbage disposal in timely manner. His process is very clean. He wears shoe gloves, masks and has training pee pads to protect water drop to the floor. I definitely recommend him to anyone and will definitely call him again on my next project. Keep up the great work!
