I deal with many types of repair professionals on a regular bases.  It is very rare I would give any one 4 or 5 stars.  I am happy  to give 5 stars to Jeremiah because not only did he do a great repair job and was very professional, he was spot on time to the job site.  I will most definitely call him and refer him next time I need his services.

I'm very shocked and disappointed at the same time for my recent experience with Complete Plumbing Heating and Air company.

I've been with this company for about a year now and never noticed anything out of ordinary until now... sigh...

I had called and spoke with Leyla to quote for a yearly A/C and Heater maintenance for the first time and they quoted me with $299 for both services.

Leyla said there is a 10% Yelp discount applied for every customer, so I thought I was getting a DEAL.. Until now...

I had Ron and another assistant came over on time and basically did the standard cleaning of the A/C condenser and the Heater up in the attic.

Both jobs took about hour and a half and was completed professionally.
I was given the total of $268 and I just paid $270 in cash without receiving any change because Ron did not carry any change.

I didn't mind because I knew they were trustworthy and I felt like as a customer, I was treated fairly with a very great competitive price on their services.

I had no idea what the cost of yearly maintenance of A/C and heater was, because I never shopped around. I trusted this company and BELIEVED they were treating customers fairly and provided excellent service with competitive pricing.

Instead they ridiculously overcharged for two services I requested for (standard heater and A/C clean up) for $268.. why do I say I was overcharged??

I had a feeling it was little expensive so I decided to ask around on Yelp for pricing from reliable and proven businesses that does the same job.

I contacted about 5 different companies that specializes in HVAC maintenance and repair in Orange County areas, and I was given a shocking total for 2 services.

The most expensive I was quoted was $129 for yearly maintenance of both A/C and Heating system... The cheapest was $120.. All of the 5 different quoted prices averaged around $125 total for both services that Complete Plumbing did..

I checked out during the maintenance of Ron and his assistant doing his work, and there was nothing special other than cleaning and tuning the system. It's just like any other company would do.

Instead I was overcharged and felt upset that a trustworthy company can overcharge a customer by over 100%... that is not 10%... OVER 100%...

Average yearly maintenance for A/C and Heater was quoted from multiple companies in the amount of $130 or less.. Complete Plumbing was $268...

Imagine yourself leasing a brand new BMW 528i series for $400 at Santa Monica BMW dealership and you go another BMW dealership and after you leased it, you find out next door BMW dealership could've given you $200 per month given same circumstances?! For the exact same car?! same model?!

WhaaaaaaaaaaattttttaaaaaaaaaHeeeeeeeeCCCCkkkk?!

Did I just say that?

Yup.

Wouldn't that blow your mind how blasphemous that is?!

I'm sorry to post a 2 star review for Complete plumbing  but for us consumers, it is not fair and it's ridiculous how a same services can cost more than double.. Not acceptable and Not happening to my fellow Yelpers.

Please make sure you compare and shop around  via Yelp messages with the owners. Keep those messages as proof of record and do not delete them until it's fully paid just in case.

I have found another reliable company that charges $120 for same services.. I will using them going forward and I hope that everyone is aware now, how companies can decide to overcharge you without comparing what they are charging to customers with their rival companies... smh!

Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

Optimum to the rescue once again! My water heater quit working and Amanda arranged to get someone out the next morning. Todd arrived on time, replaced faulty parts and had it working in less than an hour. No cold shower for me!

I just want to say that the people at better sewer maintenance really have your best interest in mind at all times, and you can really tell by the way that they talk to you and how professional they are. I feel safe with making this plumbing service the only one that i use because i can always count on them to come through with quality service and quality plumbing work.

We had a leak in our front yard planter. We didn't discover it until a Thursday evening. Called that night and got a general quote over the phone and they came out first thing the next morning. Christian and one other guy came and were very kind and helpful. Got to work and were done by noon. Great price and great service. HR plumbing provided excellent service unclogging my kitchen sink. This has been a constant issue for many years. HR plumbing was patient and explained everything very thoroughly. Finally found someone I can trust, knows the job and their pricing is good.

Stephens plumbing is great.  Used them many times either with mainline maintenance or other plumbing issues over the last 10+ years. Good services at a very reasonable price.  Jose the hydro jet specialist is very friendly and informative.  We used his hydro jet service annually for our mainline roots cleaning.

Excellent experience with So Cal 1. Had the quote and work completed within 2 days. Plumber was very knowledgeable and explained all the work needed ver well. Highly recommend and will be going back to them with any more plumbing needs!!

On yelp you a receive so many possibilities to choose from. I read the reviews and I decided let's give them a try. I made the best choice. They showed up at the time they said, communicated with me throughout the process and cleaned up after the job was done. They even explained the possibilities that could happen because of how old my plumbing was. The price was the game changer. I called Mr to get an approval to proceed with the job he said yes with no hesitation. I am impressed how they cleaned up after job, that's one of my pet peeves.

Now I'm very picky on how to pay someone. He understood and worked with me from beginning to end, now that is Complete Service. We have hired them for 2 more jobs.

Adrian was great and showed up the Sunday afternoon before Memorial Day. I was in a desperate situation with water going everywhere. When the other company said they'd be here in a hour and didn't show, I called and got an oopsie. It's taking longer than we expected, so we don't have anyone until tomorrow.  Meanwhile I was catching water in cups and Adrian came to the rescue. He was professional, and customer service was outstanding. I absolutely recommend!

Great service. Was referred by a friend. Was not disappointed. Kris showed up promptly and completed the job precisely and professionally. We had a clogged drain and a leak that was left cleared and sealed. Hopefully won't be needing your services to often  but if we do, you're the one to call. Thank you again. 2 years ago we had a new furnace installed by a different company and it made a horrible screeching noise every time it came on. The original company was never able to fix it.  We contacted Dial One to get a different opinion of the problem and JR was magnificent.  He was able to figure out that the gas pressure was what was causing the problem and finally resolved our issue!!  JR was able to figure out what no one else could. I decided to use this service when I had a pipe that kept flooding my living room and leaks else where in my home. I did a lot of research on options to protect all of the pipes in our house without leakage. It was a quick and easy service and they did not have to knock out multiple holes in my wall, which was really nice. I think I had two holes total.
Fast forward to today, it's now been a few years... I called customer service with a question and Raul sent out two professional employees on the same day... and they showed up on time. It was determined my problem is not related to the E pipe.
That is great service and if you are like me and want to buy yourself another 10+ years of home protection I would recommend e pipe based on how easy it was and quality customer service down the road.
