We have used B & B plumbing for 20 years because they respond quickly, do a very good job and are very reasonable.  The water heater they installed today was $1000 less than what the other vendor quoted.

When other plumbers wouldn't work at night, Teo came to rescue. He even did extra fix not directly related to the service I requested. He only accepted the service fee we agreed on and refused tip I offered. Definitely will call him when I need service next time.

David and Andrew fixed my toilet when my bathroom started flooding.  I had called around and got estimates from three other plumbers that wanted more than $1000 to replace it!  David arrived on scene and was like it's just a part and gave me a really good price.  I don't write too many reviews but it's hard to find such honest plumbers.  

I told my grandma about them because her old house is breaking all over the place.  They've taken good care of my little ol' sweet grandma.  They've been in the process of doing massive amounts of repairs like digging enormous trenches in her front yard.  They are my official family plumber :)

Over Thanksgiving weekend, our water heater broke after 16 years.  We called our regular plumber but no return call so I searched Yelp for a plumber to replace our water heater.   I sent emails to the plumbers and we decided to call Mike J (the owner) from Complete Plumbing, he came the day we called, and gave us an estimate, we decided to go with him.  That was the best decision we made.  They came the following day and replaced the water heater within two hours.   I was so impressed when I came home and it was already replaced. If you need an honest plumber I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. I'm so glad we found this company! I called around to hydro jet my pipes hoping it was a simple clog issue. Steven was prompt to answer questions and gave a fair quote. He came out and assessed the job. A simple 2 hour job turned out to be a 9 hour project. We honestly did not think he would finish but he did (even if that meant midnight). Very grateful for him and his team. Super professional. He showed and explained all issues in detail. Overall, this company is professional, fairly price, and thorough. Definitely will use them in future projects!

What a hassle I had to deal with my toilet.
It kept getting clogged and I kept having to unclog it with the plunger and I honestly thought that I would be fine with doing that every time it would get clogged but the last time I tried it turned to a whole mess so I had no other choice but to call better sewer maintenance and they got the job done with no problem at all. Great work by these guys big thumbs up to them.

This is the place to call! Called in at 10pm. They did not hesitate to come over. Had to snake the main pipe that goes out to the street. Awesome communication, arrived quicker than expected, and did a fast and effective job. That and pricing was fair as well. They have a customer for life now.

HR plumbing provided excellent service unclogging my kitchen sink. This has been a constant issue for many years. HR plumbing was patient and explained everything very thoroughly. Finally found someone I can trust, knows the job and their pricing is good.

Stephens Plumbing & Heating was professional from the first call to the completed project. Our A/C was on the fritz just as it started to broil. I called Stephens and the next morning, Oscar came out to do a simple repair. He identified the problem immediately and got our A/C up and working. Combining the Yelp voucher I purchased, the entire fix was only $50! I was so pleasantly surprised and relieved. I'll be calling Stephens in the future. Can't recommend more! Our repairman Oscar was very friendly and thorough as well.

We needed a new water heater and some ground pipes replaced. Also, we wanted a water conditioner for the whole house. Federico and his team provided excellent communication, a sense of humor, and quality workmanship. The price was lower than a local competitor, but the work was top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend So-Cal 1 Plumbing and Rooter to anyone needing his services.

After a series of pin hole leaks, we had our home epiped 4 years ago. Since that time, we have rust and sediment in our hot water.  OUr pipes are copper. We flush our water heater yearly, and our home is not old or poorly maintained, yet they refuse to come out and assess the continuing situation. We've replaced the hot water heater, replaced the connections to our hot water heater, yet the problem continues. Each time we call, they say, Well, not sure what's going on. It's on your end.

This is incredibly poor customer service not to mention not standing behind their product. We would prefer not to get our attorney involved, but this is really unacceptable.

Our toilet and shower got flooded and we had another company come and try to fix it by snaking the drain. They told me that their snake got stuck in the drain with the roots. Told me that they need to hydrojet for $$$. Remember this is by another company(all city plumbing)

I then called tony to come and inspect the hydrojet work. They gave me a quote of almost half of what they are asking. Manny who comes with Tony pulled the snake about 4-5 times and it came loose. So all city did me dirty by upcharging me an arm and a leg. Tony on the other hand gave me a very professiona and pleasant experience throughout. He showed me where the block is happening and ran the hydrojet. He then showed me again that it is now clear.

Unfortunately, my drain is cracked in a few places and had some roots penetrating the seams. He gave me a quote to reline the pipe and install a two way cleanout(i think thats the term). We got that project underway and completed within 1 day. On the morning he digs to measure the length of the drain we found out that he under estimate the length by 5 ft. It was 65ft total instead of the 60 he quoted. He did no charge me extra for his mistake in measurement.

Another unfortunate event is that my drain is collapsing going in when he removed the hub as well as puddling in the middle. Then he quoted me for the relining going in. Everything bundled together and finished on the same day. He then checked if the water is flushed properly and i saw it running out, which means we are in good shape.

After all that work he repatched my lawn as best he could and make sure to give him a call if something happened.

With my luck running low, now my upstairs toilet is clogged. I send him a message about it and he told me that he will come and fix it for free as well.

He just finished fixing my toilet today and he will come again sometime next week to replace my toilet pump and investigate why my intake water valve is not closing at all.

Hopefully you can see how much i value the business i had with Tony, Manny and the rest of the crew. I believe there's george in there too. Without him, i will have lost maybe twice the amount of money. Not to mention everything else he is doing for me for free.

Finding somebody reliable, timely, and most of all HONEST is hard to find. I had the opportunity to utilize Dial One for two plumbing issues (one of them turned out to be a false alarm) thank goodness!  But the service operator Jack was just great!   I put this company on my speed dial as I know I'll need them for my rental units and own unit at some point.  I'm also, a property manager, therefore, I'm definitely going to recommend them to our community members for service!  Thanks!
