I manage multiple rental properties - commercial and residential - and I have had hellish ordeals with plumbers (see my review of Crandall Plumbing). Orange County Plumbing Inc is on time and charges reasonable rates. The lady who works in the office is delightful on the phone. Now I have them take care of the plumbing issues at all my properties.

We had slight leak in our attic and called to get some out to see the extent of the problem.. making the appointment was very easy .. called ahead of time to let us know the repair person was on their way and who to expect.. Will arrived right on time and identified the problem and was able to immediately take care of the issue.. Will was very professional and friendly.. in just a short time we felt very confident with his work..there was never any pressure or other needed repairs..we were very nervous about the cost but we were pleasantly surprised..we now know whenever we have any plumbing or air conditioning problems again who we will call.

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

I must say that if there was the option for a 6 star rating I would certainly have put that for this company as a rating!  I have worked in five start and five diamond luxury resorts for over 14 years have had extensive customer service training classes and have even presented on customer service.  With that being said I wanted to share my positive experience as word of mouth is very important and exceptional customer services should not go unnoticed when it truly is exceptional.... I recently received a call from my mom who was on a weekend get away in the Big Bear mountains and while she was there noticed a leak in the water main line... I'm down here in orang county and was not able to get there to help her right away... However thanks to a great friends recommendation they gave me Optimum Plumbings contact information.  Being that it was a weekend and about 5pm on a sat I was not expecting to reach an actual person.... Well when I called the actual owner John Karlen answered phone on second ring and sounded so friendly and professional and it was as if he was truly wanting to help out even though he did not know me...now that's a nice first impression !  I explained the situation and figured since he was a business in the orang county area he would probably refer me to a mountain plumber... I was wrong on this he went well beyond customer service and asked me to send some pictures of what the problem looked like so I had my mom send me a picture and then sent to him... He immediately called me back after he got the pictures and explained what the situation was most likely and he offered to go up to the mountains the next morning to even look at and give an estimate... He gave a time of when he would meet my mom and he showed up early and was professionally dressed too and had one of his employees with him to help...My mom was so impressed and really appreciated him doing this on short notice and he has already given a very fair estimate and had already scheduled for them to come up and do the repairs.  They could have done the repair right then but my mom wanted to wait till she was back up there as John assured her it was not in need of an emergency repair.  I Can honestly say I have not ever had a plumbing service go this far put of the way just to help trouble shoot a situation.  I highly recommend Optimum plumbing for anyone no matter what the service is and no matter the time of day this is a company you can trust who will give great prompt friendly and honest service!  I will recommend Johns business to everyone thank you for taking care of my mom!!!!

I really don't know how my houses plumbing situation was working for so long but before Better Sewer Maintenance got a hold of it, it was terrible. But I am so relieved at the fact that I hired this company because I don't know where me and my whole plumbing situation would be without them. All around great company and I most definitely recommend.

i highly recommend stephans plumbing, heating and a/c repair!! all staff i interacted with were professional, efficient, communicative and so kind. i had a water heater valve leak, that wasn't a 911 and i was still able to get an appointment in less than 24hrs. luis was my technician and not only is he an incredibly cool, kind and awesome human being, he is extremely efficient, knowledgeable and so helpful in sharing how i can do some things to help maintain the water heater i have, as well as information and answers to my questions about a new one in the future, if need be and when i get to that point. he fixed the issue, no problems and we had an excellent conversation in the process. covid safety precautions, 2 thumbs up!! pricing was totally fair and they're 5 stars all the way!!!

On yelp you a receive so many possibilities to choose from. I read the reviews and I decided let's give them a try. I made the best choice. They showed up at the time they said, communicated with me throughout the process and cleaned up after the job was done. They even explained the possibilities that could happen because of how old my plumbing was. The price was the game changer. I called Mr to get an approval to proceed with the job he said yes with no hesitation. I am impressed how they cleaned up after job, that's one of my pet peeves.

Now I'm very picky on how to pay someone. He understood and worked with me from beginning to end, now that is Complete Service. We have hired them for 2 more jobs.

I contacted Kristopher yesterday morning to replace a toilet seal and re-caulk a toilet. He was very responsive to messaging and came promptly at the time I was told, to do the job!

Go figure... Over Memorial Day weekend, our main drain line backed up. We called Albert based on his Yelp reviews and he met all expectations. He responded to my message quickly and was out at the house with the drain unclogged within an hour. We will certainly use him again and highly recommend him.

I have used Plumber's Connection twice and they are honest, reliable and have reasonable prices.  The first time they even came to my aid on Christmas Day!  Their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly.  Thanks Joe for quickly replacing my bathroom hose bibs and accessing the hose bibs in the other bathroom and kitchen.  I appreciate your honesty in stating that they did not need to be replaced.  Great work!!!  I will not hesitate to use their services again.

I have called Full Flow Plumbing out a couple of times and Dave is the best. I am always cautious calling for repairs because I am always afraid of getting scammed because I am a single Mom. Dave is always quick to come to the rescue and is super honest and spends the time to explain to me what he will need to do and is always reasonably priced. Thank you Dave!!! Will NEVER again do business with Dial One Sonshine. 2 of their top people told us 3 different parts on our furnace needed to be replaced, estimating it would cost over $3,600 so we contemplated replacing the unit, but first we got a second opinion. This other company cleaned off the sensor and that was ALL that was needed! The cost? A $98 house call and our furnace is working great! Note: Airwest is now part of Dial One.

I had a slab leak in my footing which was going to be very expensive to repair the traditional way. This process was even more expensive, but since I had a pipe leak a few years ago I wanted to avoid future leaks. I had only a couple minor problems with this, the first being that they replace your spigots with a new type that really don't want to turn off all the way. Apparently these are ones that now need to be used as per CA law. I had them replace one of the new ones & I still have to crank it shut ridiculously tight to get the hose to not drip.  I just keep the end in a flower pot so as not to waste water if it drips. The other problem I had is one of my nozzles got ruined since there were still those little black balls from the sandblasting left in my pipes or hose & they clogged my hose nozzle. Their tech came out to unclog it, and it worked ok again for a few days & then more debris shifted around inside the nozzle & it didn't work so well again. I just bought a new one eventually. My advice would be to remove all your nozzles from your hoses until the epipe team is long gone & you have used your garden hoses a bit. No other issues so far & everyone involved in the process was very pleasant.

I would like to start off by saying that my mother paid 90$ for Ismael to check the water heater. He then said that the owner said it wasn't even worth repairing and that they would be happy to replace it for 2,500$ my mom declined and said that she was going to look into the water heater, since it was only a little over a year in age. The manufacturer sent the parts for free since it's under warranty and has a friend that's an honest plumber. He replaced the part on our water heater for 125$.
My mother wanted to leave zero stars and felt upset that she paid 90$ to get lied to. She originally hired Mr. Rooter because she didn't want to bother her friend who's a plumber with driving from apple valley for the job. This was a disappointment for my mom.
