Gary, from The Plumbers Connection repaired and replaced parts on our water heater that had suddenly stopped producing hot water. Even though we lived outside of their service area, Gary was at our house within 24 hours of my first phone call with him at no extra charge. He fixed the problem with the water heater and had a very friendly, yet professional manner about him. He stuck with the original price that he quoted and was happy to do it. From the beginning, I felt I could trust him!

Our 2 year old water heater that was still under warranty by the manufacturer (parts only) stopped producing hot water. I called several plumbing companies given to me by the manufacturer. The ones that I spoke with were either unreasonably expensive for labor and/or had bad reviews or no reviews on Angie's List as well as failing grades or no grades with The Better Business Bureau.

I found The Plumbers Connection through Angie's List. This was the only plumber in my area that had an A+ grade with the BBB, as well as all good reviews and no bad reviews on Angie's List. So I called them right away and spoke with their receptionist. Gary (owner & operator) called me back within an hour and from the first conversation with him, I could tell he was different from the all the other plumbers I had already spoken with. He was so much nicer to talk with and he treated me like a person instead of just another job, yet he was still very professional. I immediately felt more trusting of him than I did with any of the other plumbers. He also quoted a much lower fee for labor than any of the other plumbers. (Only the parts were still under warranty.)

Gary was able to get the parts that were needed for our specific water heater by the next day. When he discovered that we were located outside of his regular service area due to a miss-communication on my part, he still agreed to come out and take care of us and our water heater. I will not forget that he was willing to do that - that was so awesome!!!! He literally went the extra mile.

When he arrived at our house in a specialized plumbers vehicle, his appearance was very clean and professional looking and he carried that through in his work and his interactions with us. I felt completely comfortable and at ease with him. Before he even arrived, he already knew what the problem was with our water heater and what parts he would need. He did exactly what was needed to fix our water heater, and no more and no less. He did not change the price once he arrived or charge us extra for having to come a further distance, he did not tell us that there were other things wrong with the water heater that would be an additional cost to fix, and he did not add any hidden fees that I was not told about when he first spoke to me on the phone. The price was the price.

I have had a nightmare with plumbers and was at my witts end over needs the past 2 years, then I found my connection! Giovanni was sent over, with a phone call 20 minutes out, on time and clean, pleasant and ready to work. This ended up being such a minor repair, it was on the house! Wow, on time, on target and obviously want your business. Dont look any further for a good plumber because you found the one!

Our water heater went out, most inconveniently on a Friday evening, so I called several plumbers hoping to find one that would be able to come on Saturday, and Gary was the man! He was the first to reply to my phone message, and after I texted him photos of my heater he said he could get the parts needed and be over to so the repair that day. Real nice guy, reasonable price, and the job was done within an hour of arriving. Thanks Gary!

I have used Plumber's Connection twice and they are honest, reliable and have reasonable prices.  The first time they even came to my aid on Christmas Day!  Their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly.  Thanks Joe for quickly replacing my bathroom hose bibs and accessing the hose bibs in the other bathroom and kitchen.  I appreciate your honesty in stating that they did not need to be replaced.  Great work!!!  I will not hesitate to use their services again.

The Plumbers Connection installed my new toilet for me and I couldn't be happier!  First I was given a fair quote, then the scheduling process was pleasant, the installer was professional and experienced and he cleaned up after himself completely.  The installation is beautiful and he even tightened my kitchen faucet and showed me how to clean it out to improve the water flow for no additional charge.  Very happy and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs!

I am so grateful for this company!  They were life savers the day my shut off valve broke.  There was no one available but Richard worked hard to get someone out to help me, and he did find someone.  I will definitely use them again.  They came and took care of business quickly and are very professional.

Plumbers connection came this morning. They were here within 30 minutes of the time i called and David assisted us greatly. He unclogged my kitchen sink and explained everything in a way i could understand. The price was cheaper than the estimate so that made me happy! Definitely recommend this company.

Jovanny from the the Plumbers Connection did an excellent job installing a laundry sink and moving our laundry machines into the garage to give us more space at a very affordable price.  Jovanny showed up when promised, discussed the job scope in detail, and kept me informed with the progress all through the day.  He was extremely easy and pleasant to work with and was very accommodating with our requests.  Jovanny took pride and care with the job making sure we were happy with the final product, including the drywall patching.  I'll be sure to call the Plumbers Connection for all my future plumbing needs!

My 2 year old decided to flush his underwear down the toilet for no reason. I called Plumbers Connection for help.

David showed up right in the middle of the appointment window. He told me upfront how he was going to try and get them out with an auger tool, hopefully not needing to take the toilet apart. He let me know the cost upfront.

David got the underwear out within 10 seconds. I was very thankful it was so easy.

I did my research before calling Plumbers Connection and I must say that the previous reviews were spot on. Not only was my initial contact responded to in a more than timely manner  but the entire process was most professional. The set appointment was on time and the tech,(Hector) had the unenviable task of crawling in a damp dark abyss to find and repair a gas leak. He knew exactly what to do and really took care of business!
I passed my recheck with the gas co with flying colors.

I called this company today, not sure who answered the phone but he is very professional and nice. He gives me advise for my issue and didn't push me for any service. Because the price is fair and they sound honest. So I arrange an appointment, they put me on a same day service and Jr show up for the job. Jr is very friendly, patient and professional. He explains and answer all my question. He also clean up very well when the job is done. I wish I find this company earlier ....so I won't waste 2 mos of time and money on the previous 3 plumbing company who charge me crazy price and didn't fix the problem. Great job Jr, thanks!

I have used Plumber's connection a few times now. They seem very honest. The lady who answers the phone Monica is very nice and efficient. All the plumbers are polite. They have replaced two faucets and replaced a valve in the bathroom wall. For the valve job, I called around and got quite a few quotes and theirs was the lowest.

From the initial phone call, everything went very smooth and professional. Zach was terrific, he was on time, he explained my plumbing situation in detail. He looked at the work to be done, gave me an estimate, and how long it would take to complete the job. He was exactly right on the amount of time he spent doing the job. The cost was very reasonable.

After hours and on the holiday weekend?!?! Not a problem for The Plumber's Connection. Less than a hour and Zach was ringing the bell with a smile. He explained what he was doing. I had a Sunday eve plumbing emergency that my homeowners insurance wasn't able to move quickly enough for us.  Frazzled, I went onto YELP & Angie's List and found 'The Plumbers Connection' with all its great reviews.  On my very first try, Richard called me and started to trouble shoot the issue.  I took some photos and texted him back..  He quickly determined the problem and had Ramon come out all the way from Redlands within the hour!  The is just unheard of nowadays!  Ramon was extremely patient, nice & very knowledgeable.  He understood the issue and although was sent down to Claremont for this job- you wouldn't have known it.  No attitude and nothing but excellent service.  I will not use any other plumbers going forward.  Look no further - these guys are your only choice..Great job Ramon and Richard!

Super fast service and extremely nice people!  Great job and reasonable prices! They came and fixed my tenants garbage disposal and gave me options fix it for now or replace it so it will last much longer! As much as I love their services, I chose to replace the unit!

3/22/19 update and I owe this to Gary.

So this has been approx 1.5yrs after my installation of the 3 Toto toilets by plumbers connection. Shortly after the installation I have notice some algae coming from my master bathroom (the others very minor) and I have reached out to Toto and they saw it's not the toilet problem and I reached out to Plumbers connection early 2019 seeking help since it's pretty bad.

While it was out of the 30day labor warranty and the fact that it's a real mystery as to why it only happened after the new installation and only concentrate on the master bathroom, Gary still decided to drop by and take a look. Guess you can call it my luck and the SUPERB customer service!

Anyways Gary couldnt find out whats really causing it and deduce it back as the water supply. But this only happening after the installation did not really give me much persuasion. Gary then suggested he can do something with the toilet placement and we agreed. Shortly after he left he told me he thought of another idea that may help.

Long storyy short, the workaround he did worked and algae is gone...now I gotta figure out the cause ..is it really Chino hills water? Why only one toilet?

Either way, for Gary to go as far as he did to gett us this far deserves a renewal of 5 star

After purchasing a home, my wife and I realized that we had a couple of minor plumbing issues to tend to regarding our kitchen sink and faucet. This is where Yelp came through in the clutch! I found The Plumbers Connection and saw a combination of dozens of five-star reviews and the ability to quickly get a quote for the work we needed done, which was replacing the faucet cartridge because of a dripping faucet and inspecting a minor leak in the pipers under the sink. Richard provided me the best quote of all the companies I contacted on Yelp and I was able to get an appointment scheduled for the next day. Zach arrived and actually had to come back the following day because of a specific tool needed to remove the old cartridge from the faucet. Needless to say, it wasn't an emergency and we weren't charged double for the second visit, and he quickly replaced the cartridge, explained the minor leak under the sink and fixed it. I was amazed at how low the price was, especially considering the aforementioned other quotes and because of the fact that it completely solved the problem -- our faucet was no longer slowly dripping (cartridge) and the pipes under the sink were no longer leaking even a tiny bit (tubular tail piece and rubber tube trap connector). I can say I've found my go-to local plumber! I can't recommend Richard, Zach and company enough!!!

Needed a leaky faucet repaired. Arrived on time. Repaired the faucet but the turn off value underneath the sink started to leak. It's a 20 year old value so understandable. Said he couldn't  fix that day but would tell office so they could schedule the repair for the Next day. 3 days later and no phone call.  Called another company!

Made an appointment (4:30 - 5:00 pm) to have someone come out and give me an estimate to move my water heater.  Never showed up, never even received a courtesy call.  If you can't make your scheduled appointments, I can't trust you with my house.

OMG! I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with this company. I put off having repairs for a year because of past bad experiences with plumbers and contractors and the prices I had been quoted. This company responded within 15 minutes of my online request for a service call and set up an appt. for the next day, and kept within the 2 hr. time frame of arrival.
 
Zach was on time, he was able to troubleshoot 4 plumbing issues in my home.
Bath/Shower combo - only the shower worked. Because the brand was Danze, I ordered a part online thinking it would be needed as well as save time.  Zach determined  that replacing the part was overkill.  The problem was the diverter and told me to return the $100 part for a refund. He replaced or fixed the diverter and now my tub fills.
Kitchen faucet- hot water did not work, I had been boiling water because the hot water valve leaked when my son replaced the faucet.  Zach determined that the problem was not the hot water valve which could have cost quite a bit more, he determined that the hot water line had debris which was preventing the water from flowing - he cleared the line and it works perfect.
Toilet - was constantly filling so I had shut off the water. - Zach replaced fill valve and flapper.
Danze faucet in bathroom - water would not flow or would spray all over the bathroom - Zach took the faucet apart and worked on it quite awhile to free up the  water flow.

I was most impressed with Zach's troubleshooting skills.  Where some plumbers would take the easy way out  and say the unit needs to be replaced which is very costly for the customer;  he takes the time to find out what is causing the problem and lets you know if can be fixed or should be replaced.
This is a company with integrity. They care about building and keeping a good reputation.
The total cost for the 4 repairs was $325. I was previously given an estimate of triple this price.

Richard was great at fitting us into their busy schedule. The tech Ryan, found some unforseen challenges, but was able to quickly come up with solutions. I will definitely be recommending them and calling them for future projects.

Very happy with everything about this business. The plumber was only going to be a few minutes late and called me to say so. Now that's common courtesy and good business practices but I'm used to no calls for no-shows or very late shows with no calls so being 10 minutes was nothing yet they were polite enough to give a heads up. Now the job performed was quick and very reasonable. The person was a great personable guy and if I knew all of this I wouldn't have spent hours trying to fix it on my own and I mean over several days when the job only cost $150. I found a new plumber because I've always got ripped off in the past and have never been pleased with plumbers, handymen or electricians so this was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this company and if you think good reviews come easily from me then check out the many awful, ripped them a new one, kind of reviews I've posted for others.

Excellent job.  The original plumbing to the house was installed incorrectly and leaked after 16 years as the duct tape used by the builder deteriorated.  They found problem and fixed it.  Clean and respectful.

A friend told me to try The Plumbers Connection when I had a leak in the concrete foundation.  They told me my options up front and gave me estimates.  John, the guy who did the leak detection did a very thorough job in finding the location of the leak.  Jesse was the plumber who came out to do the work.  I decided to go with a reroute to bypass the leak and my family figured it would take a couple of days but Jesse stay with it until the job was done that same day.  It's nice to now have a Plumber you can trust.

A little over a year ago, I had another company hydro-jet a blocked drain. I must admit, I was not impressed with the performance of the plumber or the tools he used, did not have a long snake and the hydro-jet was electric powered. When the same line was blocked again, I was not about to contact the same company. Also, the warranty had expired two weeks earlier, a blessing in disguise.
When checking reviews, The Plumbers Connection reviews were very good so I decided to give them a try. In a short period of time, I knew the plumbers were very knowledgeable. When they recommended the hydro-jet, I gave them the history. They said they would do a good job and the drain should not have clogged up again in such a short period of time.
From the start, I could see a completely different hydro-jet process.  Theirs was gas powered, far more pressure that the electric one. After several passes, they checked the line with a camera to assure it was clear.
They demonstrated how good the drain was draining by filling the sink halfway and then pulling the stopper. The drainage was so good, a funnel formed above the train and you could hear a sucking sound, something I have never heard from this drain. The other company did not perform this demonstration.
I will never call a different plumbing company.

I want to thank Plumbers Connection for being amazingly, incredibly responsive and helpful recently.  Our water heater, which also runs our home heat, had gone out during a cold spell.  They were able to fit us in the next morning on a very short-notice basis even though they were booked up until about five days out.  (We're repeat customers and *very* much appreciated the active commitment to retain our business.). Not only that, but when it turned out that the burner was damaged, they called around until they found the part and *went and got it from about 20 miles away* so we had heat and hot water back that day - instead of having to wait however long it might have been for a part to be shipped.  

I also constantly appreciate their kindness and courtesy.  They always plainly  explain what they're doing without making me feel like a Dumb Homeowner(TM).

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Mike is absolutely tremendous!!

We needed help with replacing our washer/dryer hook-ups as the previous homeowner had left them in bad shape. We also needed an ASAP visit, as we were trying to coordinate these changes with then getting everything connected thereafter by the retailer.

Mike was assigned to us for a 7:30am visit, and he arrived promptly and fully ready to go. He had everything needed to get the work done quickly. Even more, he recognized an item that we didn't need replaced and let us know about it immediately, saving us money. Furthermore, he was able to get the washer/dryer connected and ready to function, also setting up the machines in the exact way that we needed.

Throughout the process, Mike was consistently positive, upbeat, polite, and professional. He did excellent, above-and-beyond work, and did it all with an upbeat approach. It was really a pleasure to have him do this work for us today: I strongly, strongly recommend The Plumbers Connection for any work that needs to be done, as I will only be calling them for future projects.

Is it a rule that when holidays approach, something goes wrong in your house?  Saturday afternoon, washer overflow pipe was, well, overflowing...garage full of water... Scott and Zach came out as promised, got us all fixed up super quickly...It's a bit more for Saturday night service but this company is a class act.

Overall great company. This is my second time receiving services and no complaints. I think it was Chris and Matt that helped me out and they did me a favor and resnaked the line after it was already clear. Overall very helpful.

After several estimates for a faulty water heater, these guys were the only who didn't try to oversell me. JR came to do a free estimate and after I ordered the part needed,  returned for the install. They were on time for every appointment, professional, and honest. First and only call you need to make for your plumbing needs.

I called and explained the problem with my water heater.  Richard analyzed my problem over the phone and recommended a new water heater (which two other plumbers had already told me).  He gave me an upfront reasonable price and a timeframe for them to show up.  He had the employees bring the water heater to my house.  The employees were here early and completed the job at the agreed price.
I was off work today and this was an efficient use of my time.

Claremont, CA  - They did work for me in the past and they did a good job and I thought their prices were fair.  This time I was charged $375 for work that took 35 minutes and the parts cost about $50 retail.  I was shocked and felt taken advantage of as a woman and senior citizen.  Very disappointing and I won't use them again.  Be very cautious.

Woke up Saturday morning with a backed up main drain: toilets,skinks,and shower/bath all stopped up. Called several plumbers prices ranged from $125 -$200 I choose PC because they had the lowest rate. Mike showed up on time and was ready to work. He provided great service and quickly fixed the issue. Mike was professional, clean, and had a great attitude. I greatly appreciate his time, effort, and high quality service. If I ever have another plumbing issue I will not hesitate to call PC and I will request Mike five stars all the way !!

Called plumbers connection again to come out for my garbage disposal. I called them 4 months ago to fix a pipe and put in a new faucet. Mike was unable to come out this time. Chris came out. Again this company did a awesome job. They don't give u one price over the phone and come and charge u more. All of there guy's do great work. I will keep using plumbers connection for all my work. My husband Dan and I are so thankful for The Plumbers Connection! Excellent service. Came out to clear a blocked drain at the clean out. Within a week it backed up again and the company did not hesitate to have it worked on a second time.

The Plumbers Connection saved us from an attempted scam by one of the big rooter chains. We had an old toilet that required two or three flushes to empty the bowl. We called a rooter company that had successfully unclogged a bathtub drain for us in 2015. After inspecting our sewer line with a camera they told us our pipes were corroded and they could fix the problem for about $3700. We got a second opinion from Plumbers Connection. They said a new toilet would probably solve our problem. They were totally right. It has been several months since Plumbers Connection installed the new toilet and it has worked perfectly every time with just a single flush, and we saved $3400! Zach was knowledgeable, competent, friendly, and honest. We will definitely call The Plumbers Connection the next time we need plumbing services.

They would probably be great if they called back. I left a message at 11:00 this morning and still have not received a call back. Actually I don't understand why the person answering their phone can't schedule an appointment, rather than paging the plumber to call back.

I have used plumbers connection twice in the last year &  have had zach come both times. First was a toilet & kitchen hot water dispenser.  Then our garbage disposal  went out & we needed that fixed. Both times job was done nicely. Would definitely  use them again !

I'm not Joe Handyman, but I do try to fix things myself.  I'm sure glad I called these guys, though -- Zach showed up less than an hour after first contact, he was fast and friendly, and saved me a good two or three visits to the hardware store to buy parts and tools that I'll never use again.  Their price was competitive, too (based on the requirements for a 32 year old house).  Highly recommended!

Well i ll start by saying these guy's don't just work.... They bust there F@#$&* Asses off! lol Seriously when i first called them for major a gas leak in my home that put my family in danger, I spoke with Richard. He let me know up front what they will charge to test whole house and how it would happen. No BS! Following day he sent Hector to do leak test to my whole house. Well he found a major leak from the meter by street to the house. Thank God that nothing worse happened. He quoted me on the job that worked with my budget and following day. Richard who i first spoke with and Hector were at my house Saturday morning at 730am digging up for boring of a new line. More crew members came later that afternoon. I counted 8 total guys. They all busted there asses off none stop. Especially Hector and Scott. They didn't stop till 9pm on a SATURDAY NIGHT. WOW seriously that is beyond customer service! That's unheard of now-a-days. I'm truly grateful for them cuz they made me feel as if i was one of there family members. The importance of getting this gas line fixed was amazing. I promise on my life I'm not related to anyone that works here. I found them here on yelp. If you want your pipes fixed right the first time, call them don't let your uncle do it and screw your house up. LOL Richard, Hector and Scott thats who you want to be working on what ever issue you have. They will get it done.

I would give Jovanny and Fernando 10 stars if I could! I live in an apartment upstairs from a business in a very old building and always have an issue with plumbing (and plumbers!) Work always has to be done by a commercial plumber after hours because of the business downstairs. The guys showed up around 8pm, EXTREMELY helpful, friendly and optimistic about solving all the problems, and by 9:30 were gone with all 3 issues fixed and everything working better than ever. They even left the bathroom clean considering how much work they did and how quickly. I've lived in the same place for 8 years, have needed a plumber about 3-4 times a year and have never used the same plumber twice because its always been a headache. I never need to look for a new plumbing company ever again, thank you guys!

I'd like to thank the plumbers connection for coming out last minute and installing a new water heater. We were with out hot water and with the upcoming rain/cold weather we were so worried. I received a call back within the hour and they sent me a repairman within the next hour. Very courteous and friendly as well as professional.  I already had an idea of the problem with my water heater. The repairman checked it and had it done within the hour.
Highly recommended and the cost do the repair was in-line with other repair shops quotes, but they were able to work me in their schedule fast.

The whole team is amazing! They are all professional and they really care about their customers. They've worked at my house a few times now and I'd never call any other plumbers. They do a great job at a reasonable price, they always try to get you the lowest price they can and they really stand behind they're work. They often offer a warranty on they're work, which you won't find with most plumbers. Hire them - you'll be glad you did!

Great service. I had a very messy emergency,  everything eas backed up and overflowing on my floors. The Plumber's Connection said they'd be out by 2 or 3 and my hero, Vincent came just after 12:00. He is so professional and polite and got the job done in record time. This is my second experience with this company and I wouldn't call anyone else for service. Hector and Ryan installed a new toilet in our home.  Their service was on-time, top quality, and very friendly.  We moved to Claremont recently, and Hector told us about fun places to visit in Claremont, which we appreciated.

Made an appointment. They double booked and canceled on me two days before. They tried to work with my schedule by offering me after hour rates, since I have to work 9-5. What a great accommodation lol.

Avoid if you have a more reliable option.

We had an old toilet that needed to be replaced with a new one.  The old toilet was odd because it had a base to it so it was at least a few inches higher.  I didn't want to mess with it so gave Plumbers Connection a try.  Gary was quick to return my call and was very professional.  Okay, let's see how the actual person who'll do the job, I thought.  Well, Joe shows up and blows me away with his amazing personality AND workmanship.  He was very courteous, showed up on time, gave me all the options, described possible scenarios, basically as if we were friends and family.  He took extra care and diligence to clean up the area after he was done and when he was tightening the screws (don't want to tighten them too much).  Several times he checked to make sure the toilet was balanced and straight.  Again, I could tell he was detail-oriented and I greatly appreciated that.  You don't see too many service folks take the type of pride in their work as Joe.  He's the man!  I know, I know, how much did it cost.  Let's just say I've called several places and they had the most best price for their yelp rating.  You get what you pay for and I have to say, I am more than pleased with Joe and PC, hence my rare 5-star rating.  Thanks again and I look forward to your help next time, well, not too soon...

I've had decent luck with them in the past, but they recently came to fix leak and a loose faucet in my kitchen. I thought it simply needed tightening, however they replaced the faucet at great expense but  the leak continued and the water pressure went way down. So, I called them back out and after they didn't return my calls for awhile, they finally sent the same guy out (who acted like he didn't know what he was doing). He put some caulking on the backsplash and said to let it dry. It never did dry so now I'm having to call another company because I'm so sick of the run around. Oh.....btw, the initial problem of a loose faucet is back again.....the new one is flopping all over the place so I'm right back where I started from, minus a few hundred dollars!!
My advice is to stay away from this company.

Jovanny and Richard were a great help in scheduling and fixing my mom's home. The shower drain had broken and it wasn't easy to access. Jovanny found alternate ways to keep the coats down for my mom. So I was getting quotes from other Plumbers for a different job, when we discovered a new problem ( kitchen drain leak under house ). The quotes I was getting where high. I called The Plumbers Connection, they came out late on a Saturday and gave a ball park quote, which was less than any other. We set up the repair for Monday, David showed up on time. Not only did he show up on time, but he completed the repair in 2 hours ( which was great because I had a Tax appointment 1 hour later ).  The price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend The Plumbers Connection.

Mike was very polite and did a quick and efficient job with my water heater issue. Definitely the type of service that deserves 5 stars. Will definitely use your service for all my plumbing needs.

After having been quoted $1300 from another company to hydro jet my drain line I called The Plumbers Connection and they quoted me a drastically reduced price. They were not able to come out that day to do the hydro jetting, but they sent Joe over to clear the stoppage so that my family could use the shower, sinks, and toilets. Next day they came out, on time, and cleaned out my drain line. Being that I'm a former carpenter, Joe gave me some tips on some DIY tasks that I could perform.
They are courteous, professional, very competent people!

The Plumber was awesome! He was very honest. We had an inspection done for a property that we are purchasing and needed to do a secondary inspection with more detail to the pluming. He basically confirmed the same thing as the first inspection which were minor leaks to the kitchen faucet. We now feel confident about buying our home.

My service was professional and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I have used them successfully in the past but this major job made me again feel confident that everything would be taken care of in a timely matter, with a fair price and that there would be no surprises. I trust them. Everyone was very kind during the process and they worked with me around my schedule. I highly recommend.

I had never used plumbers connection before. I gave them a call and they Arrived at my house within a couple of hours as promised. They even gave me a call half hour before they were to arrive. They quoted me a price when I first called. after clearing the drain issue Gary also did a little extra but still charged me the original amount. He was Efficient and personable .I would highly recommend the company.

I really really wish that i could review the work that these guys do. Unfortunately i can only comment on my experience with their service and project manager. I own a grooming salon that was moving locations and these guys came recommended from the contractor doing our build out. They dicked us around and strung us along for 2 1/2 months before we went with Punk Rock Plumbing instead. (Who, as an aside, was way more communicative, helpful, and also cheaper! So in a roundabout way this could be considered a blessing) They caused our build out to get WAY behind and after we basically had to harass them to get any answers we were finally told they did not have time to do our job. WHY WAS THAT NOT COMMUNICATED EARLIER??? I am so pissed off that we wasted so much time with them. I wish we had never contacted them in the first place, because it snowballed the project and caused us to start paying rent on a space we can't even use. I also had to cancel a class i was holding there. Tons of lost revenue and not even a sorry.

These guys are awesome!  My wife and I just bought a home in Montclair and I called them out to change all the angle stops and supply lines.  They quoted me a fair price and completed all work quickly.  Two days later my father in law came to check on the house (while I was out of town) and found standing water in the bathrooms and hallways.  I called out Richard and Zack becasue I assumed the issue was with their install.  They completed a full leak detection examination and could not find any leaks in the walls, angle stops, supply lines, etc.  They assume the leak was actually from a stuck toilet value (e.g. not their fault).  To make it right and put my mind at ease they did moisture tests on my drywall and put in blowers and dehumidifiers at no cost to me to be sure the house was left dry.  I would recommend these guys to anyone and will be calling them again to upgrade some of the plumbing on my new house.

This was the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company or any repair company for that matter. I was able to do everything through yelp. Richard messaged me through yelp and set me up with a free inspection and quote.

Zach came over and was able to find the problem right away. He quoted me a price and told me when he had time to fix it. He was a professional, very friendly and knowledgeable.

My experience was great! Richard was able to fit me in their busy schedule to help out with a pipe that was leaking in my kitchen under the slab. Scott came out to provide an estimate on our slab leak. To be honest I called another company and they quoted me $2500 dollars. When scott came for the initial estimate he saved me $1000 dollars and even completed the work on the same day! Talk about accommodating. Thank you to all at plumbers connection.

I have used The Plumbers Connection several times over the years, and figured it was time to write a review.  They have always done a good job for us.  Last year they installed a new water heater for us, and just this week they came out and replaced a non-working garbage disposal.  The work on the disposal was on the same day that I called.  We have been happy with all the work they've provided.

These guys are truly professionals! Described my plumbing issue to Richard over the phone. He was able to diagnose the issue and give me a quote over the phone. He said he could get a guy out in an hour and he did. Harry the technician was super polite and nice. He asked several questions about the issue and had to get on the roof to fix the problem. Main line cleared in less than half hour. He made sure the issue was fixed inside the house before going. We will be using this company in the future! Thanks Richard and Harry!

Rick and his team at Plumbers Connection are hand down the most professional, prompt and courteous team. I have written this review after several positive encounters. They have fixed my disposal, installed a bidet and fixed my toilet. They even called me back at 7am on Presidents Day (national holiday)! Keep up the good work, five stars are well deserved!

I can't say enough about these guys.  My plumber, Mike, came out promptly, worked on about 3 plumbing issues (to a great result), then went above and beyond and helped me stop a refridgerator leak that I had another company scheduled to repair.  I got a call that said companys truck broke down, and couldn't make it.

Plumbers Connection is great!  They have done work at our house twice, and we will continue to use them in the future.  They are prompt, honest and charge a fair price.  In the past, Michael has done work for us.  This morning we called in at 9:30 because our toilet wasn't flushing.  They called back right away, sent out Joe, and he had our toilet fixed, all before 11:30.  Both Michael and Joe were very knowledgeable and courteous.  Do not hesitate to use them.

I am a bit of a DIY guy, but I know my limits.  Joe, from the Plumbers Connection, partnered with me to solder and connect a three valve manifold system as part of a whole house carbon filter and water softening system project I under took.  Joe built, installed and tested the manifold system in less than an hour.  It turned out exactly as I had envisioned and allowed me to complete a successful project - with NO LEAKS!!!

Richard scheduled my appointment for the same day after analyzing the issue I had. Junior was my technician, and he was awesome. He provided me with different options to resolve my problem, and he was fair and honest. I truly appreciated that Junior was not trying to upsell me at all, just provide me with the facts and allow me to make a decision. He even told me how to fix the problem myself so I could save some money, but I decided to have Junior fix the issue since I am not a plumbing expert. The price was reasonable and lower than another quote I had received and the fix was done in a timely manner.

I strongly recommend calling the Plumbers Connection for any plumbing issues. They are professional, honest, reasonably priced and will not try to upsell you. They are very deserving of their 5-star customer rating.

These guys are awesome! We always call them for all our plumbing needs at our restaurant.  Very friendly and timely.  Today I had an issue that we tried to fix all morning.  Finally called them and they came right out.  Upon arrival, the problem had miraculously fixed itself. I apologized for having them come out and they wouldn't even charge me a trip charge.  SO NICE!!!  I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will always call them for all our needs here

I'm truly thankful for this company!! Richard and Dan were amazing! From the time I first made the call to the last day they finished all the work! They communicated with me throughout the entire process since we are renters everything had to go through the owner first they still let me know everything that was going on! They did amazing work which was replacing our gas line from the meter to the house they were neat and professional and took care of us ! They went out of their way to make sure we had gas working and communicated with the city to make sure they came out on time so we can have proper running gas in our home ! I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for me ! Definitely going to use them again and refer to all friends and family! Thank you Richard & Dan!

Response rate is definitely not 100%.  Set up an appointment, they didn't show up and couldn't at least call to let me know as much.

This was the first time I used the Plumbers Connection.  Their response to my initial call great and setting up the appointment was easy.  One thing that was strange (although not problematic in any way) was that I got a missed call from one of the plumbers before the appointment date.  When I called back they asked who I was and if I was calling about having dents removed from my car, which I thought was odd.  The plumber (Joe) then explained that he was calling people to collect owed payments and must have called me by mistake.  I was unaware that plumbers also often moonlight as auto-body repairmen but I was like, OK, he's got more than one business, no big deal.  They called me the day of and asked if they could come earlier, to which I said ok, although I wasn't home at the time they arrived.  They were waiting out front and came in.  Both plumbers (Joe and his apprentice) were courteous and got to work right away, their work being to install a water line for my new fridge which has a water dispenser and ice maker.  The problem was that they didn't pull the fridge out first to check if there already was a water line (which there was) and drilled holes in my cabinets and pulled the stove away from the wall.  When they told me there was a water line already, Joe (who was also teaching a new plumber/his assistant) said he may as well just make a new one, which I thought was weird since it wouldn't make sense to have two water lines running for no reason.  He told me it wouldn't be that much cheaper because he already put in the labor (why it was my responsibility to pay for him not checking behind the fridge first, I really don't know, in addition for me basically paying him to make holes in my cabinets for no reason) but he was good about doing what I asked and hooked up the water line that was already there in back of the fridge instead of making a new one.  

I also asked him to check my kitchen faucet which had stopped spraying correctly due to calcium buildup.  He told me it would be cheaper to purchase a new faucet than to have them clean out the old one (which he took apart and now it sprays wildly in all directions, so the faucet is worse than when they arrived) and that he could come back once I get a new one to install it.  A simple google search showed that if you soak the faucet in vinegar, oftentimes most of the buildup is removed and the faucet functions like new again.  I didn't see how purchasing a new faucet for at least $200 (of the ones I was looking to buy) plus his labor and installation could possibly be cheaper than removing the calcium buildup but I told him I'd contact him when I bought the new faucet.  

That day, before they left, they charged me using an iPad but did not show me the charges ahead of time, only the total, and told me that it was a new billing system so they couldn't email the invoice right away.  I called a day later and asked for the emailed invoice.  They sent it immediately, however, upon reviewing it, it seems they charged me for labor of installing a new water line, which was exactly what they had not done!  Needless to say, I asked my husband to call them and adjust the price because I didn't want to pay for someone basically destroying my cabinets for no reason.  The company was great in their response and timely in refunding me $45 (of a $210 bill) for the labor but it left me feeling a bit let down about their trustworthiness since I was charged for something that wasn't done (a new water line, rather than just hooking up an old one).  

Overall, the work itself was fine (aside from them using all of MY clean rags from under the sink to sop up water, instead of using their own that they should've brought with them) but I was somewhat disappointed in the honesty of the billing.  They corrected their overbilling but it took some follow-up on my and my husband's part.  I wondered if the reason they were having trouble with their new billing system on the iPad and couldn't let me see the charges at the time before my credit card was charged were because they were trying to charge me for work that wasn't done.  It could have been simple human error (or the particular plumber and not indicative of the company itself) and I gave them 3 stars because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but I am still questioning whether or not I will use them again.  I wouldn't say emphatically that I would avoid their service, but it gives me pause to consider other plumbers.  I hope this doesn't deter others from using them as the work itself was good, but please look your bill over closely before letting them charge you.  Good luck!

The Plumbers Connection helped us out at 10pm on a Thursday night!! I use The Plumbers Connection at work with our clients, so naturally when my husband accidentally broke one of the spigots in the outside of my house at 9:30 pm and he couldn't get the shut off valve to turn off, I called TPC. I got a hold of someone on their Emergency line and informed them of my situation. Richard right away called me back and let me know a technician was on the way. Scott came out quickly and was great. He explained everything to my husband and walked him through what he did. He made the repairs very quickly. My husband and I are very happy with their service.

Great customer service! We were stuck without water via kitchen faucet for almost a week. We contacted Plumbers Connection and Richard was able to squeeze me into their already booked schedule. He sent out one of his guys (Ryan) to replace the faucet and a leaking valve in the back yard. He did an excellent job and in about an hour everything was back up and running. Appreciate them going out of their way to help us out. Thank you.

I have used this company for all my plumbing problems at my rentals. They always take care of the issues in a timely matter. They are very reliable and always get back to me even if they are completely booked. I will keep on hiring them for any plumbing problems in the future

I called the Plumbers Connection to have two running toilets fixed and a new kitchen faucet installed. They sent Scot and he did a wonderful job. My toilets are fixed and my new faucet works great! The price was for all that work was very good. Thank you Scot for doing such a great job!

This is the second time we've used this company. They are a great team - i called on Memorial Day weekend and they were out the same day and had our problem fixed.

Called Pumber's Connection to replace a faulty water heater pilot unit. Their service was quick, hassle free and communication was always up to the mark.
The initial conversation with Monica was very pleasant. She was able to quickly understand my requirements and get me a quote and a time slot for when the technician could come out. She was always patient and courteous when answering my questions and call backs were prompt.

Zac the technical arrived on time as discussed. I received a phone call prior to his arrival. The work he performed was immaculate and detail oriented. He went an extra mile and fixed a small pipe leak in the water heater by replacing the washer. It was as if he had to do the work perfectly and not leave any loose ends. He had a lot of good words to say about the owner which is probably the reason they are able to deliver great service.

The best part was that the prices were extremely reasonable.
All in all, top class service provided at reasonable cost. I could not be happier.

I just saved $2,500 by telling Mike Diamond Plumbing to take a hike and calling the Plumbers Connection in Claremont. First place had lousy reviews, second place has some very good Yelp reviews to which I'm adding another. Thanks Joe and John. Fast, friendly and efficient hot water heater installation.

Unfortunately I was mislead to believe these reviews. I called and answering service was bright and cheerful and said she would have a plumber call me back asap. 2 hrs went by no call; so I caled back asking the service when i will receive phone call; and she again said I will call the plumber again to return call.  Over an hour passed and I am now talking to another company and DRAIN RITE will be here within 2 hrs. A different women named Nicole called me back represents Plumbers Connection and apologized for not calling back and proceeds to say they may not be able to come by today. I  thanked her and said I will go with another company and she seemed satisfied with that answer and hung up.

Just had a blocked kitchen sink and garbage disposal drain cleared by Mike, who was very professional and quick. Another placed I called quoted me way more to do the job new year's eve and these guys showed up when they said, called me back and honored the deal I found on yelp. Definitely recommended!! Great service and reasonable rates, I would call these guys again.

I left a message on yelp and thought I was sending it to a different company but apparently I sent it to a multi-plumber inquiry.  In any event, Richard was the first to respond, and he had a time slot available within an hour or so.   He was able to understand the issue and recommended the fix (had a toilet that wasn't set and a garbage disposal that wasn't working out at our rental home)   He quoted a price, and worked with the tenants to get the repair accomplished.  It turned out that there was another issue with their shower head and Richard and the plumber he had out there got that fixed as well.  
His price was reasonable, His availability was amazing and the other three plumbing companies that responded had similar prices but couldn't see us until next week or not at all.     In any event, Richard made it very easy to fix and kept both my husband and the tenants happy in the long run!
