Hanson responded very quickly to a growing tub leak. Andrew assessed and attempted the best and most cost effective fix. Quality replacement parts used. Bonnie in the office was also great to deal with. My first time using upon a friends recommendation and will call them for next plumbing situation. I opened a Yelp account to give the review.

This is my first time reviewing a business but, I am compelled to warn the public.  This company is a RIP OFF!  Their $24.95 service charge is a gimmick to get into your home.
Our appointment was for this morning between 8 and 10 am.  At 9:45 we received a call that our repairman would be 30 - 60 minutes late.  Okay, not a big deal.  Nick came to our home to replace a shower handle and a tub spout diverter.  He did not have the parts with him and left for about an hour.  What professional doesn't have tools needed to do the job???  I think he went to lunch on our dime. Total time from initial contact until completion was less than 2 hours.  TOTAL charge was $675 and this was supposed to include the 20% discount because we were previous customers.  We asked him to replace another tub spout diverter and were willing to pay the retail price for the part but, he would not do it without charging an additional labor charge.  He had already gotten several hundredths of dollars for the brief time he was actually at our home!!!
WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN unless they are the LAST COMPANY in O.C.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY and CALL SOMEONE WHO IS HONEST and FAIR!!!!

Chris & Trever were clean and courteous and very informative - I used their service to replace a Heating system (Rolling Hills CA) . They were both polite and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them.

All purpose plumbing, yes this company stands by their name. These guys get the job done and correctly. They changed our refrigerator water line. They also changed the dryer gas valve and fittings. We also had a pinhole leak on a main water line coming into the house. And they also replaced our water heater. Thanks guys for your great work. Definitely recommend this company!

He was wonderful he contacted me almost immediately and called me to go over whats wrong. He was reasonably priced. He was able to find two leaks in my toilet. He genuinely cared about doing a quality job.

Charge $96 an hour from the moment truck was in park, $10 fuel charge for being in the same city, rounded up on time. I asked if he had a tool to remove an old clean out plug so my next time it would be easier for me to do it myself and he said they didnt have one. What plumber doesn't have a tool to remove an old plug.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! This is a franchise with one person working for them. First clue was they charged $335 just to see the leak. He detected a tiny leak in the sprinkler line and repaired it for $2,000 and determined this was the cause for all the water damage in the kitchen and family room. He failed to detected the water leak under the kitchen sink a few feet away. A few days later they had the nerve to charge me $335 for ME pointing out water was coming from under the kitchen. He claimed it was a slab leak and it wasn't. I called Evans and he fixed the leak. Evans is running a pipe across the entire attic and rerouting the water into the garage plumbing for the water into the pool. Evans would have charged me a total of $2,945 for ALL of this including the sprinkler line fix. I incurred more water damage to my kitchen and family room because this Company did not bother to find both leaks from the very beginning and I paid $2,000 additionally. Incompetent and a total Rip-OFF in my opinion.

We've always relied on AA Atlas Plumbing when our HVAC system needed help!  Recently had a small leak on our patio in our townhome.  AA Atlas arrived quickly and determined that there was a catastrophic leak at our neighbors.  They quickly mobilized the team and helped our neighbor fix the leak before any major damage happened to both homes.  Special shout out to Bryan!

FYI...make sure you get quotes from multiple people. I called them because I had a few slow leaks that needed repair (not an emergency): under master sink needed new trap; needed new stems in master shower valves (3); and replace an outdoor water valve / hose bib. With plumbers in the past, they give me a reasonable quote then I hire them and they do the work on the spot.

Aaron's Plumbing had high reviews on Yelp so I had them come out to give a free quote. They were quick to return calls and came on time as scheduled. I can't attest to the quality of their work because I didn't hire them, because their quote was ridiculously high. Fortunately I've had enough plumbing done to recognize that they're overcharging.

They wanted over $700! I've had a water main repaired for less than half of that. To put it in perspective, I've had an entire faucet installed for about the same price that they wanted to replace a single trap under my sink.

So I had another plumber come out and do the same work, a quality job, same day quote, next day service, in about an hour and for FAR LESS money (about 60% of what Aaron plumbing would've charged me).

Watch out. Nice guys but not a fair rate.
