Best Plumbing Installation Or Replacement in Santa Ana CA

Hanson Plumbing repiped our home recently. They were fantastic; quick, clean, on time, and very reasonably priced. About a month later we had a question about one of the toilets they Indians they cane out the very next day first thing in the morning. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Thanks Bonnie and Mike, you guys are the best!

Called County Wide this morning when I discovered I had no hot water. They sent Nick out 45 minutes later. He replaced my Hot Water tank within 3 hours solving my problem. He was very knowledgable and courteous and highly recommend this company.

If I could give less than 1 star I would....  made an aptmt to check for a leak in my chimney valve and to secure pipes below my home ....

Aptmt from 8 to 12 did not arrive til after 12

guy does not come with the machine to check if I have a leak and suggests I break through wall to see if I have a leak.  Really!!!!

The guy can't give me an estimate for securing the pipes...  I don't know how long it can take...  one hour or 10 hours and you don't have time today, plus your upset. Really!!

They wanted to make another aptmt and take another day off work!  

Called to speak with manager but everyone closes shop to eat at 1pm

Most outstanding and honest plumber I  have ever dealt with. Came very quickly to address our issue and tiiok car eof it right away. he was very fortright and experinced. Highly recommended!

He was wonderful he contacted me almost immediately and called me to go over whats wrong. He was reasonably priced. He was able to find two leaks in my toilet. He genuinely cared about doing a quality job.

Had irrigation main line water leak.  Mason came out and pinpointed to 80% where the leak was under the concrete pad at the back of our commercial building. Complicated pipes with sleeve located inside of pipe so not straightforward issue. We also wanted camera put down to get to 99% certainty as concrete curb had to be dug up. Had a snafu on communication with main office as to scheduling part, but it was handled immediately by Nate and Mason came back out that afternoon, stayed a bit later and got the job finished. Mason was very professional, showed up on time, courteous and great with communication before and after the job started, and went above and beyond to get my job handled.

Brian and Ian were excellent!!! Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I wasn't getting air flow to two of my upstairs bedrooms. Brian came out and estimated the job. Returned a few days later with Ian and did the work as scheduled. No hidden charges, no discovery work. They came in and did exactly what they said they would. I now have excellent air flow and heating throughout my upstairs. Would highly recommend.

These guys did a great job with an emergency repair (same day on a weekend at a reasonable cost) as well as following up later to patch up the work.  I also had them update some original sink and toilet valves and hoses.  Great friendly service by Aaron and Jaren.  I'd definitely call on these guys again if needed.
