Second time using B&B, this time for something less dramatic than my first experience:  a clogged washing machine drain. Esteban arrived to assess the issue and it was nice to see him again. More of the B&B crew arrived to assist where multiple hands were needed and they cleared my drain for me in short time; I could immediately hear the difference in the sound of water moving through the drain instead of collecting for the eventual overflow I had been experiencing. Esteban made sure my drain tube was installed and placed correctly and the draining was tested and confirmed as the final part of the service call. The cost was much less than I thought it would be, too. I thank them all and I will be calling B&B, again, the next time I need a plumber.

We have hired Teo for a few handyman-type tasks around the house and he has a very impressive problem-solving approach to his work. He did a drywall repair to close up a ceiling that had some leaks through it, and unless you got on a ladder and held a microscope up to the paint you couldn't tell it wasn't done by a painter. He also helped us install multiple electrical items around the house (GFCI, Nest thermostats) and diagnose some other problems. We are very happy to have Teo in our phone book.

Hard to schedule him since he's so busy (evidence of the high quality work he's doing) so make sure you ask for his help as soon as you think you need it.

Roberto was very responsive and thorough. Helped me come up with a solution for the condensate line on our AC mini-split. He's very polite and professional and when we needed a little adjustment, he came back to fix. I recommend P.E.HVAC and would hire them again.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I had a situation arise on me out of the blue and they were there immediately after my call. They really go above and beyond for their customers and do amazing work. They are super kind and also give great deals. You won't find anybody better than these guys to do your plumbing work.

We were looking for someone to run gas piping for our new water/fire feature, new fire pit and new BBQ.  Shorty's Plumbing took on the project to which we added some water piping and electrical work.  The electrical work was further complicated by problems with some of the components. Shorty's Plumbing went out of his way which required many trips to the equipment supplier and to our location until the problem was solved. He stuck with it until we were happy. Not everyone cares about customer satisfaction as does Shorty's Plumbing. We would definitely recommend him to everyone!

I can't say enough about Andrew and Eli!!  Someone came the day before and didn't really try to get the problem solved, preferred to up-sale me!  Andrew and Eli came out and got right after it.  They were ready to get dirty and solve my problem.  They assessed and went to work!  Within 30 minutes, they had things working perfectly and offered some potential solutions if the problem reappears which is always possible with plumbing.  They communicated regularly and were personable when they arrived and again, wanted to help me get things right.  
Thank you again and well done!!!  Andrew will be my plumbing guy from now on!!!

Over Thanksgiving weekend, our water heater broke after 16 years.  We called our regular plumber but no return call so I searched Yelp for a plumber to replace our water heater.   I sent emails to the plumbers and we decided to call Mike J (the owner) from Complete Plumbing, he came the day we called, and gave us an estimate, we decided to go with him.  That was the best decision we made.  They came the following day and replaced the water heater within two hours.   I was so impressed when I came home and it was already replaced. If you need an honest plumber I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood. I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service. I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses. North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate. They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would. The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done. He was quick and polite. Highly recommend!

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

We had an appointment set up today and Steven arrived 10 minutes early! We talked a lot over the phone about the issue so he was prepared right when he came down! He made his way into the crawl space under my house to inspect my pipes! He took pictures to show us what was going on and snaked the drain twice! He told me that the pipes will need to be replaced because it's over 60 years old which we knew as well so he was very careful. When we are ready to make that decision we well Cal Steven!

I must say that if there was the option for a 6 star rating I would certainly have put that for this company as a rating!  I have worked in five start and five diamond luxury resorts for over 14 years have had extensive customer service training classes and have even presented on customer service.  With that being said I wanted to share my positive experience as word of mouth is very important and exceptional customer services should not go unnoticed when it truly is exceptional.... I recently received a call from my mom who was on a weekend get away in the Big Bear mountains and while she was there noticed a leak in the water main line... I'm down here in orang county and was not able to get there to help her right away... However thanks to a great friends recommendation they gave me Optimum Plumbings contact information.  Being that it was a weekend and about 5pm on a sat I was not expecting to reach an actual person.... Well when I called the actual owner John Karlen answered phone on second ring and sounded so friendly and professional and it was as if he was truly wanting to help out even though he did not know me...now that's a nice first impression !  I explained the situation and figured since he was a business in the orang county area he would probably refer me to a mountain plumber... I was wrong on this he went well beyond customer service and asked me to send some pictures of what the problem looked like so I had my mom send me a picture and then sent to him... He immediately called me back after he got the pictures and explained what the situation was most likely and he offered to go up to the mountains the next morning to even look at and give an estimate... He gave a time of when he would meet my mom and he showed up early and was professionally dressed too and had one of his employees with him to help...My mom was so impressed and really appreciated him doing this on short notice and he has already given a very fair estimate and had already scheduled for them to come up and do the repairs.  They could have done the repair right then but my mom wanted to wait till she was back up there as John assured her it was not in need of an emergency repair.  I Can honestly say I have not ever had a plumbing service go this far put of the way just to help trouble shoot a situation.  I highly recommend Optimum plumbing for anyone no matter what the service is and no matter the time of day this is a company you can trust who will give great prompt friendly and honest service!  I will recommend Johns business to everyone thank you for taking care of my mom!!!!

I can always rely on Better Sewer Maintenance's services to be top tier in every area. They are always so kind and helpful in a way that is rare to find in other services, plumbing or otherwise, and their attention to detail in every aspect of the service they provide does not go unnoticed and because of that I will be using their services for a while and i would highly recommend them to anybody in need of any plumbing services.

Christian is the BEST. I called him just before 11am and he got here before noon! I have not found anybody that fast. He fixed my toilet in less than 30 minutes, was clean, friendly and explained what was going on. His price was great too. I will refer everyone to him.

I highly recommend these guys!  Had an urgent need to fix a leak that sprung in hot water heater.  They came same day, had all the needed spare parts in their truck and completed the replacement and tested the new hoses and pipes all within one hour!  I even got a 15% discount.  Love this businesses support, service, professionalism, knowledge and expertise.

We needed a new water heater and some ground pipes replaced. Also, we wanted a water conditioner for the whole house. We called County Wide on Wednesday and had our new furnace  by lunchtime on Friday. Their expert/installer, Brandon, was personable and very knowledgeable about the heater and the installation. Best for us, he also knows about performance and made some critical improvements to the ducts and vents to balance airflow and ensure our whole house is warm. He even moved the thermostat closer to the return for a more accurate temperature reading.
