If you have someone that you really dislike, make sure that you send them to B&B plumbing. I called B&B to fix or replace the mechanism that sends the water to the showerhead or to the spout of my bathtub. The guy came over finally and stayed about 5 hours and couldn't fix it. Luckily, I purchased the mechanism at Home Depot just in case he didn't carry it with him. He didn't even have a ladder to check the outside of the opening on the second story. He hammered on the mechanism for 5 hours until I insisted that I speak to the owner's son by phone. The owner's son sent Jose Ramirez over and Jose was able to cap it and then came over the next day to fix it. The owner said that he wouldn't charge me for the first day but I was charged for a bill of around  $700.00 dollars and got a crying wife. I tried to get a hold of the owner but he wouldn't answer the phone. I have used this same company 4 or 5 times,  but the old guys that were there before are gone. I wonder why? Never again!  Anaheim Hills.

Called Roberto Sunday evening and was given a quick quote for a furnace removal. Him and his team arrived promptly the next day. Very professional and did an amazing job removing and sealing up the space. He also gave us some detailed information on other upgrades we want to do in the future to our new home! Definitely will be calling him again for more projects! Thanks again!! I will also be recommending him to anyone I know!

Called Jeremiah on a holiday weekend and got a respond and got the job done in 2 hours timeframe. Very honest and straightforward and no hidden or surprise charges when got quoted for the work that needs to be done. Kudos for the quality of service performed. John Karlen at Optimum Plumbing in Santa Ana was very responsive to our call. We had a water heater that was leaking and we needed attention right away. He came and replaced it the same day.The previous plumber had done some of the work wrong, so John showed me how he was going to correct it and did it for the original price that he quoted.  I have wood floors and without even asking, the 1st thing he did was put down drop cloths. By the time they left, there wasn't a trace of  dirt or footprints left. I highly recommend Optimum Plumbing and have referred them to several neighbors already, who all say they are happy with his work.

One day I noticed a very non pleasant smell in my house and outside of my house and I was guessing it had to have been a ruptured sewage pipe so I called Better Sewer Maintenance to come and check it out, for nice they arrived and took a look at my plumbing under the house they knew exactly what it was and fixed it that day and now I don't have to deal with that horrible smell thanks to these guys great job.

My bathtub faucet was leaking so I called Christian.  Although it wasn't a big job (I hoped it wouldn't be a can of worms), Christian came out promptly & advised me honestly what he could do to fix it, and took care of it. He's honest & his prices are reasonable. So happy he's my plumber who's got my back!

This is the place to call! Called in at 10pm. They did not hesitate to come over. Had to snake the main pipe that goes out to the street. Awesome communication, arrived quicker than expected, and did a fast and effective job. That and pricing was fair as well. They have a customer for life now.

Omar was Very professional. Even though my heater was installed by another company, he took time to explain the problem and what was needed to correct it. He took video of the heating unit to show me exactly what he was talking about. He was very friendly and nice and made sure I had all the information I needed for the next yearly service.

I requested a quote for to replace my pipes and bot o ly did he and his team come through, they did a great job. My house is on the older side so the team went in for 3 day the first time replaced galvanized pipesas well as installing a tankless water heater and the main pipe that connects to the city. In order to assure my house would be fine they came back to replace out going pipe. They did a great job in removing, hauling and replacing all pipes. I'm a highly satisfied customer who would recommend SO-CAL 1 PLUMBING to any one who wants a job done well and effiecient.
The crew was very respectful and on time and a job that was told was going to take a day and a half was completed in just one day.

Do not use these guys.  They are a rip off and their technicians are not very competent.  They quoted a price of $12,000 for a new HVAC system in a 2,000 sq ft house and others are quoting $7,000.

Exceeded expectations and very happy with service. Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable. Arrived early, had problem diagnosed in 5 minutes. Would recommend highly to anyone needing A/C service.
