Technician for B&B was on time as stated between 10-12.
Technician was courteous and knowledgeable keeping me abreat of things as repair was occurring. The leak was temprorarily sealed as described with an expectation to complete sometime in the near future. pricing was good as well. Thanks guys, and i am looking forward to the completion of this main leak. I will  lgive them 4 stars now until completion and then I will adjust accordingly.

Roberto installed a new water heater for me. I was a bit nervous, as the code required that I move the water heater from under my house to its' own, self-contained shed, and required a new water line and gas line. His work was top-notch, and he stayed the distance, problem-solving along the way, always with a smile on his face. He was fierce in his determination, making sure the job was complete and done right. I am so grateful for his knowledge, skill, and professionalism. I would definitely recommend P.E. HVAC

Our toilet overflowed and I called Jeremiah V Plumbing and he came out the same morning and fixed the problem. He also gave us some good advice on our plumbing condition/possible future problems. Very professional and experienced. Will call him again!  :)

Mark from First Class Plumbing is so professional! I called the company due to a leaky water heater. I was given a same day appointment. Mark kept me updated with arrival time. He came diagnosed the problem which ended up I needed a new water heater. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely recommend and use them in future if needed.

JetLine Plumbing does high quality work! I have used this company before to service my rental unit in Carson and they always do an excellent job. Upgraded my water heater last week to a tankless heater and they did a fantastic job. Steven was on time and very professional. One thing that stood out to me was he even fixed the gate lock that was broken which they didn't have to.. they surely know how to go above and beyond what they came to do and go the extra mile!  Much appreciated! One day I noticed a very non pleasant smell in my house and outside of my house and I was guessing it had to have been a ruptured sewage pipe so I called Better Sewer Maintenance to come and check it out, for nice they arrived and took a look at my plumbing under the house they knew exactly what it was and fixed it that day and now I don't have to deal with that horrible smell thanks to these guys great job.

I have called Christian several times (a couple of emergencies), and he is reliable, professional, and stands behind his work.

First of all, I did not know this business or anyone there before I hired them to fix my drain line leak this morning, and I am writing this review based on my own experience and not being compensated by this business at all.

Art was very responsive and provided me with information quickly and accurately based on the photos I sent to him.  We then set up an appointment this morning; Ricardo and Joel arrived in their company van and company t-shirts on-time.  They fixed the drain line leak quickly and performed a thorough test to make sure the fix is good.  They also provided additional replacement recommendations only as answer to my question, but never pushed me to proceed with it.  I also had a couple toilet issues and they fixed 1 of 2 and quoted me the second one since it would require a new toilet purchase and replacement.  They are super polite, knowledgeable and professional the entire time.  I cannot be happier with their services provided to me this morning, and I am very glad that they are my local plumbers in north Orange County.

I highly recommend their services and will definitely go back to HR Plumbing for any future plumbing services.

Ethan and his dad are legitimate lifesavers. Had the worst experience over the course of the past 5 days--rotten plumbers sent to my home by the home warranty company. The first one actually broke the faucet and had to turn off the water to our kitchen, then told us the stoppage we originally called for couldn't be cleared and the only remedy was hydro jet. When that plumber came out--3 days later--he told us that he couldn't hydro jet till I had holes knocked into my wall to move a pipe. We were looking at extensive damage and $$$. I had reached out for help replacing the faucet (it isn't as easy as it looked haha) and Ethan gave me the most reasonable quote. Once I heard what the hydro jet plumber said, I reached back out to Ethan to see if he could look when he came to replace the faucet. Best decision I ever made. Not only were they able to clear the stoppage with NO damage to my home's walls, he put the faucet on in a matter of seconds. He and his father were kind, patient, answered at least a dozen of our questions with zero bullsh*#. These will be the only plumbers I contact from now on. Incredibly reasonable rates. I truly cannot thank them enough; this ordeal was super stressful and when they arrived this morning I felt like the cavalry had come. THANK YOU!

My fifteen year old air conditioning unit decided it was done.  I called three contractors to get bids.  When Omar came out for the estimate, I knew that Stephens was the vendor I wanted to use.  He was friendly and knowledgeable.  The first two bids were roughly the same price so i expected Stephens to be similar.  I was wrong.  They were significantly less money.  In fact, I had to verify with Ryan Stephens that their bid included all the parts and installation.  On install date, Omar came with Chris and Matt.  All three experienced professionals and did an excellent installation.  They covered the work areas to keep it clean. They did not let their ladder damage the walls of the spiral staircase (nearly every vendors seems to do that).  In the end, we have a powerful air conditioning unit.  Now i just need to wait for the weather to warm up so I can enjoy it.

We have been Dial One Sonshine customers for 10 years.  Recently we needed a leaking hose bib replaced.  John M arrived on time, explained what he planned to do, completed the work promptly, cleaned up and left a coupon to deduct any future work.

From start to finish this was by far the best experience I have had with any contractor I have ever dealt with. The installer comes to your home, not a salesman, so he knew exactly what was needed and there were no hidden charges or 'unexpected complications.  I dealt with the owner of the company along with the installer and they are indeed fine gentlemen with impeccable manners and afforded me all courtesies. The owner even gave me his personal cell phone number and the communication was superb. Start to finish the whole process took 5 days. They were neat and tidy and my upstairs is so nice and cool and the new unit only runs half of the time the old one did. I will use County Wide for all my heating, plumbing, and air conditioning needs from now on.
