I really appreciate Tim from Able Plumbing company, Tim came out found the problem, got the parts that were needed, flushed the water heater a few times the calcium buildup in water heater was unbelievable, 15 years of so much buildup,  he came back the next day flushed it again, continued to finish up the job by making sure the pipes were bolted down also secured them. Tim went above and beyond what we expected. I highly recommend Tim for any of your plumbing work, Tim did an excellent job. I will recommend him to all my friends and family. We've been working with Phil at Garrison Plumbing for many years.  In addition to service and remodel plumbing they do new Septic Construction.  Phil has engineers that he works with that can handle everything from the design, permitting and final construction of the Septic system.  They also do the new gray water and sophisticated high level filtering systems.  Unfortunately, they don't do Septic tank pumping.
 I highly recommend you call Phil.  He does a professional job at a fair price and stands behind his work.

Wow! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH ELDRIDGE AND SONS PLUMBING!!!! What a day...After having 2 other contractors come to give estimates to replace our water heater that flooded my entire garage. Their Technician arrived almost immediately, the walk through only took about 10 minutes or so. He helped me mop up most of the water and move around the garage, it was such a mess & I was supposed to be at work by this point, I was stressing myself out, he was so happy to help, what a relief. When I got off work that afternoon the quote was already in my email inbox!! They hooked me up and had it all fixed that Thursday afternoon faster, and at a MUCH, MUCH more competitive rate. I dont know how they did it for so much less. Needless to say my Wife was happy we had our hot water back

We had a nasty clog in the sewer line under our house...and we had no clean out to deal with it.  I had a quote from another company on Yelp a few days before having Freddy come out.  Without going into too much detail, the quote for putting in a new cleanout, snaking the clog, and power jet washing the walls came to $3k.  Yeah, that wasn't going to work.  Freddy guesstimated over the phone a much lower number for putting in a new cleanout, and snaking the clog, so I decided to go with him.  With no clean out, the only way to get at the clog was from a pipe on the roof.  A lot of plumbing companies won't go up on the roof due to liability.  My comment here, and throughout: Freddy does what it takes to get the job done, and done right.  They had to cut and move some sprinkler pipes to make space for the new cleanout.  He noticed a leaky faucet where they were working, and replaced the very old twist handle with a ball joint, which I really appreciated.  He told me about everything he thought should be done as he was going, and it all made sense.  At the end of the day, the clean out was in, with a nice new PVC elbow from the house to the lateral sewer pipe to the street, and the clog was cleared.  He showed me the hardened black gunk that was on the walls and the floor of the pipes, and he recommended doing a power wash of the pipes, both under the house, and out to the street.  I agreed.  That made clogging less likely going forward, and let me better assess the status of the pipes, which are 42 year old cast iron.  The total bill came to half the price of the other guy's quote, which I thought was reasonable, given the sum of what was delivered over a day and a half of work.  A group of good guys, who know what they are doing, and communicate it well to customers.
