I requested a mass request here in yelp for plumbing inspections for a house I'm trying to buy. I received a response from Beast Bay in less than 5 minutes. Was able to quickly set up an appointment with them. But before completing the appointment setting.. he asked me some questions about my concerns and specific things that I'm trying to do. I explained everything to him and sent him pictures of the previous general home inspection that was done a month back. He was able to give me a better insight on the matter which made me feel so much more confident about the house I'm about to purchase. He also educated me on future maintenance or repairs that I need to get myself ready for. He told me that he can still do the inspection if I wanted to continue with it but he said all the info I have should be enough to make an educated decision on the purchase. So to summarize.. super quick responses, flexible appointment times, super knowledgeable, was able to explain to me clearly what I needed to know, gave me quotes on future repairs if I needed them,  even recommended to not proceed with the inspection and just save my money since I already have the info that I needed..  talk about being an honest business!! They haven't even fixed anything in my house but my experience and interaction with them is already so awesome.. I would definitely go with them for any plumbing needs that I may have in the future.

Fast response and arrival. I called at 6:30 PM and my sewer lateral was cleared by 7:30.  Great service by a knowledgeable plumber Sal.  A camera was used to confirm where the problem was and they gave me a bid for the long term solution.

I have used Tromborg Royal for years and have always been very pleased with their service and price.

After our water heater gave out, we were desperate for a quick fix so we could open our building back up to clients. We called more than ten companies and no one wanted to help until we reached Jill and Ryan at Advanced Plumbing and Drain. As far as I'm concerned, Ryan should be wearing a superhero cape. He trekked up multiple sets of stairs with the water heater like a champ and spent nearly six hours making sure everything was perfect. He even fixed a pipe for me that wasn't in our original plan! He was professional, kind, and kept everything neat and tidy. I would HIGHLY recommend Advanced Plumbing and Drain for any job!

I woke up this morning to a leaking water heater. I contacted Luis. He almost immediately responded and asked me to text a couple of pictures of the water heater to him. After seeing them, he texted me an estimate. Other companies said they needed to come out to give me an estimate. By 2:45 Luis and his crew were putting in the new unit. Works great. They cleaned things up, even picking a leaf off my driveway as they left. I recommend them!

I am impressed with the work of Beder. He is efficient and cleans up after the work. He has installed 2 different TVs on drywall, built floating book shelves in my home office, and built a cabinet to holder my HP printer.
He follows Covid safety precautions. I will contine to use his expertise in the near future.

The only reason is a 3 star and the one is because Dave was very pleasant to work with , did his job and explained everything during the procedure.

I had a water leak in my house  almost 2 weeks ago that required to cut in to the wall to find the leak .
Dave and Soul came the day after Dave already cut one hole in to the sheet rock and couldn't find the leak .
After they cut a  piece of stucco and found the leak the job was done very quickly , 2 hours in and out .
The problem is that Soul promised my wife someone will come over to patch the stucco the next day for additional $300 after I already paid $600 .
No one came the next day and no one called .
I waited one day and called Soul, he said the guy was busy and will come the next day . No one came and no one called .
I waited 2 days and called again! Same answer, same result .
So bottom line , customer service is sucks .
Eventually I found someone for $150 to fix the stucco.
It's been almost 2 weeks.

I had met edgar a while back, so it was great when i needed my carbage disposal replaced. i think it was the one that came with da house. edgar laughed and said, yep they don't make these anymo. twohamsters could have done a better job.  true dat true dat!!. he is truely a pro's pro. when it comes too plumbing.  oh did i say i live n hayward.. thanks edgar. his prices are what they are, fair.  u can't ask 4 mo dan dat.

Joyous day- our household no longer leaks!

We first asked Zayah over to replace a pair of showerheads that were installed forty years ago and completely stuck on. He took care of us rapidly and efficiently, then took a look at the seven sinks we had that all were leaking. Based on his advice, we ordered appropriate faucets for all of them and asked him back.

That's where his work began. Our plumbing was a DISASTER. We had drains that fell apart when touched and handles that broke when turned. Significant time spent cutting out old drains, replacing angle stops, and having to go out to the local hardware store for necessary parts. (Such as the unexpectedly new drain. We'd already planned to replace four of the others and were prepared for those. Sigh.)

Zayah was amazing and worked us into his schedule as he could, especially given the expected and unexpected needs of our project. His rates are phenomenal and his work ethic top notch. We can't recommend his work enough!

The technician, named Bella, came to check out my water heater after so many failed attempts from the other places. She suggested I needed a new water heater since all the parts were replaced, but it still wasn't working properly. She noticed there was an inner gas leak, which the other plumber place failed to notice. She knew exactly what she was talking about. That same day, my water heater was replaced and installed.

Since the last review, Oakland Rooter again has impressed us with their service and dedication. Their responsiveness to hot water heater in need of a replacement was a quick as could be and their work is top notch! Again, wouldn't think of using another company for both plumbing maintenance and repair!

The other 'side' of their company did my home inspection, so when we closed, I called them up to take care of a root problem the inspection had turned up. They were out the next day to take care of it.  The tech called me to let me know when he was on his way, and the office sent me a prompt invoice via e-mail.  Super easy to take care of the payment and scheduling.  This was as seamless and as hassle free as it could get.

Found Heise recommended on Nextdoor. Called on Sunday with a backed up sewer line. Received a call back immediately and scheduled Monday morning service. Team arrived within 30 min window and called ahead when they were on the way. 10 min later all was well again. Miscommunication regarding invoice was solved amicably. Great service.

Frank installed a new tankless water heater and gas line. Finished the whole project in one day.  Did a great job.

After receiving an estimate via Yelp, we set up an appointment. Kenny and assistant arrived on time fully masked and wearing booties.
They efficiently replaced 3 toilets and valves. He even used an intact part of one of the older toilets to repair a fourth toilet that did not need replacement. I will use Kenny for all future plumbing needs and highly recommend him.

I would give them 6 if I could! They two plumbers I have had come to my house over the last few weeks have been amazing! They installed a faucet, toilet, and a tankless water heater. Their prices are very competitive and fair. Their workers are honest and attentive and answered all of my questions and concerns! Their attention to detail is excellent and they are very professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

It's never fun to come home to a clogged kitchen drain, especially on the Sunday of a holiday weekend.  We reached out to a b drain and spoke with an extremely professional representative that scheduled Raffi to come to our house the same day.  Not only did Moses arrive earlier than expected but he was professional, straightforward, and great to work with.  He also walked us through each step he took, making us feel very confident in the work performed.  I highly recommend him!
