Adam was the plumber that responded to our request and he was awesome to work with. He identified and fixed both leaks right away.  He also was able to help with possible causes of the previous water issue that left some stains but was nothing to be actively concerned about. I used Alansi's Plumbing to fix a gas leak in the garage identified by PG&E.  Of the three plumbers I contacted, Alansi's was able to help fix the problem.  Ivan bought replacement parts, and was familiar with turning on and off the gas lines and the water heaters.  He also had a meter that help reconfirm and identify the leak before he started and after to make sure the leak was fixed.  All in all in took 3 hours to pick up parts and repair the leak.  Yaz at the office was also helpful in scheduling and getting me the quote and invoice for my files.  I will use them again for future plumbing issues.

I had a hot water heater replaced by Oakland Rooter & Plumbing and the plumber, Jose Sanchez, arrived on time.
I asked if I could watch him work and he said sure.
The water and gas connections were tight, the exhaust flue was secure and the heater was bolted down.
He crawled underneath the front stairs to strap down the pipe where the pressure relief value was installed.
I think a lot of plumbers would have charged me extra for that.
He was very friendly to talk to and did an excellent job.
I got and estimate from another plumber and Oakland Rooter cost less.
Oakland Rooter does good work at a reasonable price.
I'll use them again.

At 3 o'clock on Friday afternoon, I was going to fix a leaky toilet in the back of my old house. As I went to turn off the water at the main, the valve handle broke off. So, the water was completely turned off for the whole house and the main valve was broken.

  I phoned the plumbing guys. The fellow who answered was very courteous and said he would return my call within five minutes after he checked with his two man crew out in the field. He phoned back within three minutes and said they would be at my house within an hour for a free estimate.

  Juan and Gustavo arrived about 30 minutes later and gave me a very reasonable estimate, $275, to replace the valve which was soldered into the main copper line. They did the work carefully and quickly and had it fixed in about 40 minutes.

  I was so impressed with their work that I asked them to take a look at the leaky toilet. They gave me another very reasonable estimate and had it fixed in about 20 minutes.

  Because their work is so efficient and professional, I have no reservations about highly recommending them for your plumbing needs, especially when a crisis happens.

Joel was fantastic! I received a very expensive quote from another company to replace a broken shower valve and cartridge. I went to Yelp and messaged Golden Coast and Joel got back to immediately, and within an hour was getting the parts from Home Depot and heading over to fix the issue.
Several others wouldn't even give me a quote or required me to schedule time for someone to come over and assess first. Joel knew exactly what the issue was and was able to solve it quickly at the BEST rate that I received. I will absolutely use them again for all my plumbing needs.

I've been wanting to install a tankless water heater for some time now.  I wasn't expecting my water heater to fail on me as soon as it did, but things happen.  I went out and bought a tankless and then started looking for companies to do the install as that's the only way to preserve the warenty.   I had three different companies in mind, but Innovative Radiant Heating was the company I went with more for the fact that they're local and I like to support local businesses.  We talked, got a quote, and they showed up on time to do the work.  They did a great job and were pleasant to talk to.  Everything works great, and we're stoked.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of installation.

Our kitchen sink had stopped draining for two weeks, and we quoted for different companies since this was the first time we had this problem. They offered snake and even opening the wall to redo the pipes in the kitchen which was extremely expensive.
And then we quoted Starboy Plumbing Inc and they sent Kelvin to help us. Kelvin tested our sink and immediately told me that it's grease and gave us two options: drain snake and pressure water. He then told us that the snake will only drill a hole in the grease so we might get clogged again in the near future, and pressure water can do a better job and also they have a six month warranty to fix it if it happens again. The price of these two options are  very reasonable.
Then we decided to go with the pressure water option. Kelvin did an very professional job and switched different jet heads to clear it. Although the jet cannot make it all the way down, the kitchen sink now works perfectly. He told us it might be stopped by a sharp turn or could be the grease had been solid within the pipe, and they need to open the wall to replace the pipe for the second case. But we can use our sink and see whether it is the second case.
We really appreciate Kelvin for giving us professional and considerable advices, and explaining things very clearly. Not like other plumbers to give one very expensive option. He also cleaned everything before leaving.
This is an very satisfying experience and would definitely recommend this company to others.

Besides doing excellent work, I find them always on time, respectful and very pleasant - the neatest plumbers I've ever had - never a mess left behind.  They installed a new shower head and valve - had to cut through wall.  when through couldn't even see where the hole had been - matched paint perfectly.
