I contacted them in somewhat of a panic due to an emergency while house-sitting. They responded quickly with an ETA. Most most of the time when somewhere gives you an ETA you expect them to arrive on the later end of it. They gave me the window of 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and he got here just after 2:00. Marcellino was a very kind and polite man who was able to quickly assess the problem and fix it.
Before he arrived he called and asked me to explain the problem that I was having so he walked in the door already knowing what was going on.  He was here for approximately 20 minutes and fixed my issue.  He even gave advice for future issues and said that replacement was not necessary at this time.  He was more interested in helping me than in making a profit on something unnecessary. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate integrity. And I would say that Beast Bay plumbing has it in spades!

I've never had a bad experience with this plumbing service. They are competent, polite, prompt, fair and do a very good job of keeping things as clean as possible. They cover their shoes with a type of bootie so that they don't track external soil, etc., into your property. Their pricing seems fair and reasonable for the overall service. They, also, always offer to check all your fixtures on the same visit to make sure they are functioning well. The price of the visit has never changed when they do this. A great company! Highly recommended.

I am giving two stars vs one because the staff who answered the phone worked to get someone here same day. Unfortunately the person they sent was apparently ready to get off work. He mostly spoke to my husband even though I was the one who had been managing the situation. He wrote off what we were concerned about as nothing. When I questioned if he was sure it was nothing he shrugged several times and said $250 to open it up. Gabriel said it was likely because the bathroom didn't have any ventilation that the paint was discolored and peeling. A second opinion showed that indeed our upstairs neighbor's shower has been leaking and there is extensive water damage to our ceiling and walls as a result. Maybe their other staff is good but my interaction with Gabriel was a waste of time and worse the problem went on longer as I worked to get a second opinion.

Javen responded to my call within minutes and took care of my garbage disposal issue.  All resolved within an hour.  Service was quick and work was done above standards.  Thank you.

Luis was quick and knowledgeable. He and his staff are polite and explain to us clearly what happened to our bathroom backflow issue.

Brian was fantastic. Within 2 hours of calling he was draining our broken hot water tank.  He came back the next day with a new water heater. He removed the old one as well as installing a new supply line, gas valve, flex line and proper earthquake straps. All for a reasonable price.

All I can say is NO NO NO NO NO!  Unprofessional, terrible work, criminal as far as I'm concerned.  My computer went missing the day they were working on my house - and when the owner assumed I wasn't going to pay for the job (they had the check for $6,000.00 on their desk) - he said he would rip the hot water heater off of my house.  I had to file a police report.  A scary and horrible experience.

So about 9 am my sons informs me about loud noises he heard in the garage. Wrut Wro  go into the garage and yep the water heater is shot and leaking........

Nothing is worse than a water heater out and you have to start calling right away. I have reached the point in my life where I am unwilling to gut things out with freezing water and lets be honest I did not to deal with an in house insurrection either. So I began calling. After 3 places were unable to change it out for a few days, Wizard was next on my list having check out the Yelp reviews. I walked outside to make the call and WOAH! they werer right next door giving an estimate to our neighbor. I walked over and asked them to come take a look.

The next issue was one of timing. I had an appointment I could not cancel. Could they be done by 1230? They said yes. I was skeptical but pulled the trigger.

Manny and his partner were impressive:

They did a through job

This place is so easy made an appointment for today and Ivan he's pretty good in working in my leaking kitchen sink fixed it good and also took care of my bathroom shower that is clogged and the water was really draining slow and he fixed the pipe with full of hair that's been clogged. Anyway I gave him 5 stars for working within half an hour.

I called these guys at 9am and they came by at 3pm which is awesome because i couldn't even get another plumber for a few days.

My water main broke from by meter to my house, (forgot the names but 2 really nice guys) hopped out the van and with 3 minutes were digging up the ground and searched for the cracked pipe. They cut out the broken pipe and although it was extremely hard and fustrating work they both smiled and cracked a few jokes. 4 hours later my pipe was repaired and my family has water again. I thought the price was fair and maybe even a little below what another plumber would charge.

I was referred to AT by a local plumber. They figured out the problem, offered a couple of solutions, rearranged their schedule to get my project done sooner and did a fantastatic repair of the sewer line. The problem was a little more complicated than they anticipated, but they did the additional work and didn't charge me a penny more. I got several estimates for the repair and their pricing was very fair. I highly recommend them.

Upgrading to five stars.  I called with another plumbing problem.  He could have come out and made $$ just for showing up but when I explained what what going on he said.  I think I know what the problem is  Then he talked me through a really simple fix over the phone!  Do I love these guys!?!?!

Whoa Baby... what a find!  I got myself my go to plumber- it's Frank.

So my yard's water pressure was high- very high- and I was popping my irrigation valves.  With us in a drought, I was getting socked with Donald-sized water bills.  Frank of F&A was recommended to me and he set me up with a pressure reducing valve, hose bib and now it's all good again.  My tomato plants are singing already.

A good Plumber is someone I want on my team and you will too.  Use Frank and get it done quickly, professionally, by a friendly guy who is very fair with his pricing.

I do like firing people but to Frank- you're hired.

I highly recommend Plumbing Guys for any sewer line issues! They were able to fix my problem in no time at all, and their customer service was top-notch. The plumber who came out was knowledgeable and efficient, and I was impressed with how smoothly the entire process went.

It's never fun to come home to a clogged kitchen drain, especially on the Sunday of a holiday weekend.  We reached out to a b drain and spoke with an extremely professional representative that scheduled Raffi to come to our house the same day.  Not only did Moses arrive earlier than expected but he was professional, straightforward, and great to work with.  He also walked us through each step he took, making us feel very confident in the work performed.  I highly recommend him!

Father son team.  Joel is great guy, and I had a great first experience.  He was communicative throughout and showed his knowledge even before arriving.  He was the only plumber that gave an estimate upfront out of a half dozen.  I called a diamond certified plumber first and Golden Coast was an infinitely better experience.  He was thoughtful, conscientious, and efficient as he had my kitchen sink back up and running in less than 30 minutes.  I will definitely use Golden Coast again!
