Best Water Filtration System Repair in San Diego CA
Just one word: Impressed. Ray is not only helpful, but also very knowledgable in what he does. I asked him to come in to take a look at my toilet and sink and he ended up not only resolving my problems, but also help took the inititive to fix the small misc stuff in my restroom. He noticed that the toilet and sink were not sealed properly so he added glue or sealent, whatever it was to hold them down. And he was kind enough to help fix my crooked toilet seat which was a HUGE eye sore to me. I would have asked my dad to fix it, but the fact that he noticed and took the extra time to do it for me was awesome. He is so detailed with his work and seems as though he really wants to help make things better. Honesty goes a long way. Not to mentioned, service is excellent and prices were soooooo reasonable! Couldnt have asked for more. Definately recommend him to anyone! This is coming from a person that doesnt really write reviews, but with his level of service, he definately deserves to be heard.

Had a gas leak inspected by SDG& E and True Plumbing was recommended by our regular plumber. Mike came out ASAP and surveyed the situation. Dave and George not only came out and did what I asked, but also came back a second day to rectify an error I made. They were prompt, thorough, and honest when completing the work. I would highly recommend them.

Never send a boy to do a mans job. Had a main line issue and went through home warranty to get a plumber to resolve the issue. A company came out to clear out line only to spend about 15 minutes to say that the snake wasn't long enough and needed a 125' line. He likely made the clogging worse! Spoke to Travis (owner/operator) at Vessel and he was friendly, knowledgeable and came through in the clutch! Travis had all the proper equipment to diagnose and was working on site within 20 minutes of initial call! Hate to call out another company but a spade is a spade! Especially when it's dealing with a critical component of a home. Stick with piece of mind and call Travis for your next plumbing need.

My toilet in the master bedroom was ghost flushing. David from Happy Plumbing came out to fix the problem. I had already researched the problem and was aware that it was not a major problem. The gasket, cap .... most likely needed to be replace. He kept staring down the toilet tank and said I see nothing happening! Of course the probability of it ghost flushing was not going to occur which he stared into the tank. His remedy was to either replace the toilet tank or the entire toilet which he quoted a price of $1000. Or if he replaced the cap the price quoted was $275. I redirected him back to assessing the gasket, cap etc. When he was about to get in his van to leave my neighbor mentioned the expansion tank on top of my water heater in the garage. He immediately measured the water pressure and said it was low and quoted a price of $800 to replace the valve. It was obvious that his intent was to upsell and get as much money from me possible. After he left I called a sole owner plumbing business in my area. He came and quickly assessed the problem. Charged me $105 for coming out and $20 for the part which he had in his van. David, on the other hand, had stated that if it was one of the parts in the tank. he doubted whether it was still being manufactured! Prior to David coming out Donny came out twice before for Happy Plumbing. He was ethical and professional and fixed what needed to be fixed. No upselling. I understand he is no longer with Happy Plumbing. Will never go back to them for plumbing services.

Fantastic service... Was recommended to use Perry Plumbing from another plumbing service... They were on time each day, were excellent with communications and setting expectations, focused on providing solutions/remedies, really easy to work with, very polite-respectful and professional clean workmanship. Really felt they were trustworthy based on our interactions (prompt returned calls, eagerness to help etc), they proved that they were worthy to earn my business! Would highly recommend utilizing their broad diversified services!

You know, as a Facilities Manager, the vendors that I bring into the company for repairs and on site service is crucial. They need to be professional in practice and especially in appearance. You see, heads of corporations travel to my building often from all over the world. It is preferable that no repairs or service are needed during one of these visits. However, what can I say? Pipes just don't play by the rules.
Yesterday, I had a leaky toilet that had been leaking un-noticed for a while as it was in a restroom rarely used. By the time it was discovered, who knew how bad the damage was or the root cause. All I saw was a puddle and fear of the major flood in my building of 2 years ago that cost me over $14,000 to repair hit me hard. That flood was due to a bad cleaning service, not plumbing.
So I called up Randy at Plumbing Plus and asked him to send Isaiah Maher over. I have used Plumbing Plus for all of my plumbing issues since I have been employed at my current company. Isaiah has always been my preferred plumber because he is professional in practice as well as in appearance. This was critical for me because I had the head of Doosan in from Korea in my board room. I was so busy that I didn't have time to watch a plumber in my secure building and make sure he stayed in the approved areas. Thus Isaiah's experience in my building was essential. I gave him a key fob and asked him to fix it.
To make a long story.... well.....not as long. Bwahahahaha. Isaiah fixed the problem with no interruption to my meeting and was in and out for under $700. Now the price for the repair is not as important as what I got for the repair. Professionalism, accurate diagnosis, a trusted vendor in my secure facility, and all without disturbing the huge meeting that was going on the whole time.
I have included some photos of Isaiah doing some work for me on a previous job. Because I was so busy this time he was out, taking photos was out of the question and didn't even cross my mind.

Lots of great reviews, so they must be doing some things right, but I had a disappointing experience when Pristine sent someone out to assess a slab leak.
On the plus side, they sent someone out in about an hour on a Saturday and kept me informed of the ETA. The gentleman was courteous and nice.
But things really did get kind of sketchy from there.
I pointed out the leak, where a copper pipe entered a curb around the perimeter of the slab. It was very apparent from the puddle of water and the sound of running water that the leak was close to the surface. The plumber's initial diagnosis, to my surprise, was that there was a problem with the service to the house/streetside which would require considerable digging through concrete and under a wall. I'm no expert, but it was very clear to me that the problem was on the house side of the shut-off valve and just below the surface of the slab. I shared my opinion and after walking around the wall and seeing the shutoff valve outside the plumber concurred. So, I'm pretty uneasy after this but I can't just tell him to go away, so I let him continue. I point out a cement patch in the area of the leak where it looks like a previous repair had been done, but he essentially ignores that and tells me that a leak detection is required, as a first step, and that it will cost about $285. I'm thinking, leak detection? for what? it's obvious the leak's right there! But i let him go on. He then starts discussing a reroute. This is the garage and there's no drywall at all where the reroute will go until you get to the very back of the garage where he estimated they'd tie back into the water line. He gives me a very rough, ballpark estimate of $1400 to do the reroute, but then he then starts talking about asbestos testing of the drywall. Needless to say, Pristine was not going to be doing this repair.
I called another outfit. They seemed light years ahead of Pristine in their ability to assess the problem and provide reasonable options and reasonable and accurate quotes. They ended up removing the cement patch and fixing the leak in an hour for less than the cost of what Pristine quoted me for the leak detection.
All I can review is the assessment/quotes I received from Pristine, which were very disappointing. Pristine didn't actually do any work for me. Thank goodness.

Put yourself in my shoes and try to understand that my disappointment was the result of a chain of events: the initial misdiagnosis that the leak was street side and that concrete would have to be dug up as part of a very costly and disruptive process; the ordering of a $285.00 leak inspection when the source of the leak was obvious; and then finally the mention of asbestos possibly being in the drywall (yet another potentially costly obstacle to addressing the leak).
I understand that asbestos is hazardous and that you may not have wanted to remove the patch to repair the leaky (not broken) pipe, but a reroute in the garage (not outside under the concrete and under the wall and not after a $285.00 leak test) would have taken care of the garage leak, and the $285.00 leak test wasn't going to do any better than sight, touch, and sound in discovering the obvious. Sure, there's a slight possibility that there are leaks elsewhere in the slab in other parts of the house that we're unaware of, but the same is true of every house with plumbing in a slab. Those possible other leaks were not within the scope of the service requested, so it's not your place to search for things with expensive tests on the customer's dime so you can possibly charge even more for repairs, which is what it appeared to me you were doing. That's just how I saw it and given what transpired I don't think I was being overly paranoid or unfair.

Tino at Cal Pacific has done a lot of plumbing work at my house over the years. He has replaced all the faucets, outdoor gas line, water heater, etc. Every single thing he's done has been perfect and never fails. He's very considerate, offers suggestions, and always exceeds my expectations(which is very hard to do). He is truly a first class gentleman as well as an excellent plumbing contractor. Highly recommend!!

Our tv room had no heat/ac ducts and another area of the house had insufficient airflow. Two different heat/ac companies came out and one said it was impossible to add ducts to our tv room; they wanted to install a separate system for just that room. The second company wouldn't even look up in the attic; they said the only way to do the job was to run duct work across our roof. Fortunately we found Matt Getz at Padilla and he designed two options; both of them were about half the cost of the other two companies' estimates. Bottom line, we now have heat/ac in our tv room and good airflow to the area that had almost nothing. Big thanks to Matt for his ability to figure out a way to solve our problem. And also big thanks to the two excellent installers; Jose Gomez and Fernando Torres.....they did a great job. Well done Padilla!

Rayne installed a water softener and RO drinking water system in my condo. Dave was great at answering all my questions and even brought a sample water softener over to see how it would fit in my space. Sam and Latif went above and beyond installing everything and making it work and look good in a small, awkward space. I'm very happy with Rayne and highly recommend them.

Once again Pipeline Plumbing came to the rescue. I had a ongoing drip from my backyard faucet. I called on Tuesday morning and promptly got a response in 30 minutes. Pipeline was able to schedule a technician the next morning. Jay came and was able to figure out the leak and replaced the faucet within an hour. Previous work on the faucet had added a second pipe extension about 12 inches long that went nowhere (maybe for a second outlet). All in all the quick response and work quality has Pipeline as my go to plumbers. Jay is personable and knowledgeable.

I had Thomas (the owner of Fitzgerald Plumbing) replace an old water heater at our house. There were some complications but none of them were problems for Thomas. He explained my options, gave me the cost and benefits of each option, And then did the install all in one afternoon. I really appreciated his honesty, expertise and professionalism. I will be calling Fitzgerald's for all of my plumbing needs!

Powers Plumbing was recommended by several of my neighbors in North Park. We had a plumbing issue and were without water all of the sudden. We called Powers and spoke with Jason who was very helpful right away who told us someone could be at our home in about two hours. We thought that was reasonable and began waiting. They called us back in about 20-30 minutes and said they had someone who could show up right away which was great. It was a dirty job but Robert Miller quickly and efficiently replaced the old rusty pipe in the hot sun and with a big smile on his face. Robert is a fantastic representative of your company and I'd like to say that we had a great experience under the circumstances. I also thought the price was fair. Thank you very much.
