Great service! I have had two prior service calls with Anchor Plumbing. They are always prompt and courteous.  Both Henry and Alec done work for me and provided excellent customer service on big jobs and small. Their expertise is apparent.  I am very happy to call Anchor Plumbing my plumber!

Hired them again to scope out a broken pipe. This plumbing company will forever have my business. They are honest, hard-working and reasonably priced. They always treat me very well as a customer and show up whenever I need help.

Brad is super great. Goes out of his way to be helpful with things that aren't even necessarily why he's there, is very prompt, usually available within a couple of days and willing to work with you on parts if you want to have input. He is very professional and responsive, and will call you if you send an SMS.

His rates are reasonable, and is only really limited by tasks that require multiple people.

Highly recommend.  Courteous helpful responsive knowledgeable! I agree with other reviewers that they took time to explain everything and did not try to over sell.  Very happy we found PlumbSmart!  We will certainly use again.

First of all, I want to thank David for not treating me like some moron by telling me after explaining the issue that the water softener is the problem. I already confirmed that, cleared out my heaters, and performed several basic troubleshooting steps to identify to issue myself. I am usually wary about calling a plumber as they are rarely an inexpensive choice. But I was at a loss at what was causing my water pressure problems and David was very professional in listening to what I had done and what I believed was wrong. Ultimately he quoted a price at the beginning and zeroed in on the problem with a confident idea that this was it. My water flow is now outstanding and I would even say better than when the house was originally built 5 years ago. Thanks to David and People's Choice Plumbing for their outstanding professional service.

This is the 3rd time I've used Alamo Water Softeners. I've bought and moved 3 different times and every time I've used AWS for my water softener and reverse osmosis. I've never been dissatisfied ever. Great prices, very nice staff and the owners are very friendly. I recommend them without any hesitation.

Don't bother shopping around, just call them and go straight for the purchase :)

Very pleased with A&A Plumbing and David E. We needed a plumber for work with our kitchen remodel. David E came out and got the job done in a timely manner. He was very informative and professional. He explained everything and was very friendly. The prices were reasonable and they offer a military discount. Definitely will use them for all my future plumbing needs in the future. I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

We had a leak behind drywall.  Nothing too complicated, but I appreciated that they were able to reply quickly, schedule me in quickly (a matter of hours), arrive when they said, and follow proper social distancing.  Good service call.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. We hired this company to use a camera to check a house we were in the process of purchasing to make sure there were no major plumbing issues prior to the purchase. The company found no issues but of course after we purchase the house we found out the hard way that there were major plumbing issues in the washer connection and to the master bathroom. We spent hundreds of dollars for their service and trusted this company to do their job but wasted our time and money.

My pressure control valve outside gave out after 11 years, cutting off the water supply to my house.  Called them based on Yelp reviews and past experience.  Was told 20 minute show time and arrived in 20 minutes.  Got to work right away after I accepted the quote.  Got a temporary repair going to restore my water supply because he didn't have the correct PCV in his vehicle.  Told me he'd be back in 48 hrs to install the correct one.  No biggie I told
I was happy with the emergency response time and his emergency repair and had the luxury of waiting for his return.  He was uniformed and polite.  I have used AAA Auger before several times to replace bibs and internal shower faucets and that sort of thing.  The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars was because he didn't have the part needed and has to return to complete the job.  They got me out of a big jam this time and will continue to use them in the future for my plumbing issues.

Over the weekend, we had our first solid freeze in San Antonio. Christmas Eve, I was out delivering presents and Christmas Dinners to family members. Sitting there enjoying a football game with my brother in law, I get this feeling that I better go home. I said my fair wells and left. I get home to a geyser in my front yard. As I go to the back yard to get my water cutoff tool from the shed I see a second geyser in my back yard. I get my water cutoff tool and shut off the water from the main. I spent the next few hours calling every plumbing company I could think of that I have done business with or seen commercial from with either phone services not working properly or not answering calls even though they advertised 24/7 availability. I don't know how I ended up on The Yelp service request but I had a few replies with availability in 7 to 10 days.
Pete from Elite plumbing sent me a message stating he could have one of his guys at my house house on Monday at 8:00AM. I asked him about if I could put that on the calendar and he said yes. This is now Saturday evening and I'm like ok, Monday is not bad. I decided to try several other places and apparently San Antonio had a lot of broken pipes during this freeze because Monday was the soonest I could find. I thanked Hod for that. Cleaned up the mess as best I could and waited fir Monday. This Morning, Monday, I get a message from Pete, ELITE Plumbing, my service repair guy will be there between 9:45 to 10:45 AM if that is ok. At this point I'm just glad to get verification that someone has is coming. At 9:45, a young man by the name of Ezekiel, drove up and introduced himself. He was very pleasant and professional. I showed him where the damaged pipes were, he accessed the damage parts and said, I have everything I need to get this taken care of. I asked him if he was by himself and he said yes. I asked him if he needed anything, he said no, I'll just get my tools and get to work. In less than two hours, he was done with the repairs, cleaned up and said give me a few minutes and I'll have this written up.
I was very impressed with Ezekiel and Elite Plumbing. Not only were they prompt, professional and delivered great service, they were very reasonable as well. I can tell you that Elite Plumbing, 210-468-0770, number, is going to be my first call for any plumbing need I have in the future and my best recommendation anytime someone asks for a  reliable plumbing company.

I can no longer recommend this company.  Seems like there is a lack of leadership, care, trust, and commitment.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
