Responded timely to a leaking water heater same day I requested service.  Staff was very professional and pleasant to work with.   Very conscious of maintaining a clean work apace.  Performed good work and spent y hours installing 2 water heaters in the attic.  Their initial price options were extremely higher than expected, but after negotiating they came off those prices significantly and were competitively priced compared to a telephone estimate site unseen.

Joaquin , the owner of the company, was involved with the project from start to finish. Joaquin and his professional support team were very knowledgeable, very customer-oriented, very honest, and pleasant to work with. Joaquin made sure the job was done correctly, that the project was completed on time, and with no additional cost. Having recently purchased a home in SA, I was given Blue Lion's contact information by a renovator working next door to my Sister's home.  My primary concern was addressing those plumbing issues which had been documented in the inspection report I had done prior to house purchase.  Heather scheduled an appointment for an estimate shortly after my call.  Martin arrived, reviewed the inspection report and then confirmed required work by checking out the crawl space himself.  I also mentioned to him that I wanted to replace both toilets with new.  He quoted a price for the work and scheduled me for the following week.  He arrived on time, quickly addressed and repaired the crawl space issues and, in so doing, identified additional problems which the inspector had not because the inspector did not access the crawl space under the deck adjacent to the house.  The leak from the kitchen drain/main bath sink drain was leaking badly.  Martin opened the wall under the kitchen sink to discover some nasty do-it-yourself mess which included multiple plastic bags! Martin replaced that mess with new pipe.  He then pulled the first toilet to begin replacement with the new, only to discover serious issues with the lead drainage line.  I saw it.  It was ugly.  He told me what would be required to do the job correctly, but he did not have the necessary parts and would need to schedule another appointment.  What he charged for the work completed that day was LESS than his original quote even though the kitchen sink issue had NOT been part of the inspection report!  To make a long story somewhat shorter, when he returned a couple days later as promised, both toilets had problems which required work WAY beyond pulling and replacing.  I told him I wanted the work done right, not quick.  

It took much longer than anticipated to complete the replacement of the two toilets, but I have the satisfaction of knowing that the work was done correctly.  And that is precisely what makes Martin and Blue Lion Plumbing a 5 star business:  the work was completed on time, professionally and courteously and I don't have to worry about plumbing problems going forward.  In a previous life I had gutted and renovated three homes and, based on that experience, Blue Lion was INCREDIBLY reasonably priced.  Would I recommend?  Well, this week Martin completed a number of projects at my Sister's house and she has shared his name on a neighborhood review site.  YES!  Thank you Martin, William and Heather!

I am a picky Circle C homeowner, and I've come to expect some level of disappointment with home repairs and services.  Not so with Brad B Plumbing. Brad replaced our hot water heater, and I am completely satisfied with his work.  He was on time, professional, detail-oriented, and made recommendations that saved me money.  I will certainly be engaging Brad's services again for future plumbing repairs and projects.

Needed some plumbing issues corrected in a home we bought 2 years ago. Called and CEO Cody called me back. Told him I needed new garbage disposal, PVC pipes under kitchen sink replaced, and 2 new comfort toilets installed and the old ones taken away. He was able to give me a price over the phone and by the way, it was $600 less than all the other quotes I got. I was skeptical because of the lower price but because I like Cody's demeaner I decided to give PlumbSmart a shot. Boy, I'm glad I did!! They set an appointment for 4 days in advance and on the day of the work Ryan came over with his van and did all the work in less than four hours. I even asked Cody if he could clear the main drain from the house to the street and Cody said he would have Ryan run a camera down the drain and if there was not a problem, there would be no charge, Just shoot Ryan a tip, which I did!.
My experience with PlumbSmart from beginning to end was 5-star. I never felt like I was getting ripped off like with other companies. Cody was upfront and to the point, Ryan was on time and did the work in a timely fashion, and even got a call from Adam, the owner, asking if I was satisfied with the work and thanking me for my business.

Tsanko was very professional and knowledgable. He repaired our master showerhead very quickly and cleanly. He even saved cost by doing the repair through the adjacent closet wall instead of making a large hole in the tile wall.  I would highly recommend him for any plumbing project.

People's Choice Plumbing has excellent customer service and their technicians are friendly and competent.  I hired People's Choice Plumbing to inspect and start a gas fireplace in their home.  I could not be happier with the result.  Great communication, on-time service, and my parents are happy!  The technician checked the gas line, turned on the fireplace and showed my parents how to light it.  We will definitely use People's Choice Plumbing for our future plumbing issues!  Thank you!

Great service, they fix my water softener and did the throughout service, even when my unit is from a different brand,  they were very profesional and honest, went beyond their duties.  
They came back with a new part needed , installed it pretty quick and a very reasonably price, they did not over charge and gave me free advice.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

Had a faucet that was broken and water couldn't be shut off.  I called a different plumber and they recommended EZ Flow.  When I called they picked up on the second ring (!) and said they had someone who was slated to be in my area (far SW Austin) today (! - you'd think I lived in San Antonio the way some service providers react to Brodie & Slaughter).  They came as soon as I was home, and did the easy fix quickly, efficiently and for what was probably a reasonable price for a plumber (I have no idea what is and isn't a good deal).  NET NET is this was the best experience I had with a plumbing company in FOREVER.  I have lots of issues with the pipes at my house and I'll definitely call these guys again.

I wanted to replace a kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. Gilbert responded very promptly and scheduled time in within the week. Matt came out to do the replacement and was very efficient with his work - the entire removal and installation project took 2 hours to complete. They were able to quickly respond to our follow-up questions, as well. Everything looks great with no foreseeable problems.

Fantastic customer service. Honest and transparent, Noel explained the entire reason as to why our AC system wasn't functioning properly.  We so appreciated the honesty and lack of pushy ness and fabrications. We'll be calling again... thank you..!

By far the best service I have ever received! AC went out on a long holiday weekend. A tech was dispatched and was able to get the unit running even though it was in need of replacement. Replacement quote was very competitive and complete and upgraded system was ordered and installed without haste. Techs were very courteous, professional and clean. Follow up calls made by Guarantee Plumbing & AC to check on the service received and to ensure our satisfaction. Service was so great that I signed up for their Plumbing and HVAC maintenance plan!!
You are making a mistake if you do not call them for all of your needs. Highly recommend all of their services.

Gas control valve went bad on water heater.  Part was under warranty so no cost for the part.  From the day I called in the problem to the day the part was installed was Saturday to Wednesday.  That's four and a half days of ice cold showers in the month of November.  I believe if a little more effort was put into immediately acquiring / ordering a replacement part, it could have been shipped overnight.  Long story short, I was overcharged for labor ( $300 for an hour's work).  Called office to discuss the enormous bill, and why they did not give me the 10% military discount even though I had printed the coupon from their website and provided it to the plumber.  I called and left message after message.  A total of 4-5 calls.  The dispatcher assured me I would receive a call back.  No office manager, no billing department person, nobody ever bothered to call me back.  Bottom line: the water heater is fixed, but I know I overpaid for a warranty claim. I also know this company has a long way to go in learning to provide exceptional customer service.  I will use a different plumbing company for any future plumbing needs.  Perhaps one which actually cares enough to RETURN PHONE CALLS!

NOT a good experience, at all. sprang a leak after the recent freeze and called Elite after the leak detection service found the source. Simple cap replacement behind some drywall which was already partially removed to expose the affected area was required. Plumber shows up (an hour late according to dispatch and text with no call) and has his apprentice take a look. I go upstairs and my wife comes up telling me that this guy wants $400. FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. To remove a less than 1 sq foot portion of drywall, cut a pipe and add a cap. I go down to tell him to get out and his reasoning for the insane price is that he had to cut drywall and take insulation out. I snapped back that took him all of 4 minutes and he suddenly recalculated the job at $240 which is STILL too much. If I hadn't waited a week I would have kicked him out. The best part of all of this? This guy didn't even have the cap that he needed to do the job. I gave him a spare that I had on hand!!! Otherwise he was about to try to leave to pick up a part. So if you want a late, dishonest plumber to show up and try to rip your wife off, then call these guys.

When the owner of the company has to constantly reply to poor reviews it's pretty clear that the focus off the company is off. Worry more about the services you provide and your employees and maybe the bad reviews start to clear up.

I used Jon Wayne for the AC and Electrical Inspection with a FREE Nest Smoke Detector.  They did a GREAT job and were VERY helpful, professional and courteous.  My son used them and his neighbor and we are all VERY pleased.  On time and great service techs.  Thanks JW!!!!!

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
