Best Faucet Installation in San Antonio TX

Being a new homeowner, I never knew the amount of things I DIDN'T know, such as how to install a water softener system to a pre-plumbed house. Well needless to say, after 2 hours of setting it up and getting it ready to hook up, I needed help with connecting it to the plumbing system. Anchor Plumbing Services provided a reasonable quote, quick service and the two who came to install were extremely professional.
On top of installing the water softener system to the house, one of the two installers also helped me with securing a washing machine hose which had come out of the wall during a wash cycle and spilled water everywhere throughout my house while I was out. The technician was nice enough to explain how the issue can happen and secured it for me with a zip tie...adding peace of mind and gaining information on how to prevent that from happening again.
Fast forward three months, I received a letter from Paul Arguijo stating during an audit they noticed I had been overcharged and sent me back a check. This not only shows the integrity of this company but that they truly appreciate their customers. I almost feel bad taking the refund since they charged me less for the install (since it was already put together and I had all the supplies), put in the 5 bags of salt afterwards (which those things are not light) and secured a water hose for me without question. Thank you Anchor Plumbing! You have a customer for life!

SAME DAY SERVICE! One of the owners, Joaquin, came out and installed my dishwasher. Not only was he fast, he was so nice, courteous, loves animals and kids and enjoys nice conversation. (his sweet mama recommended him to me!) Great job and great recommendations for other plumbing issues I wanted to know about.

This small upstart company replied quickly. When they arrived they acted courteous and professional.  They evaluated the issue and gave me the best possible recommendation.  I had initially asked for a more expensive solution, and they were honest and knowledgeable, if I ever have issues again i will make sure that they are the primary candidate. I recommend them 100%.

Blue Lion Plumbing was recommended to me through Next Door app when I asked for plumbing recommendations. They did not disappoint. They are price competitive, genuine, reliable company. The plumber who came out both times actually did little tweaks that weren't part of the original job. He fixed my faucet so it wasn't spraying all crazy even though he was there to replace the bath and shower fixtures. I will definitely be using them here on out for all my plumbing needs!

This guy is awesome. Called him on Memorial Day with a malfunctioning disposal. In 5 seconds he gave me the answer on how to fix it. No charge!  I will definitely call him the next time something really goes wrong.

PlumbSmart was able to fix the crack pipe problem that happened due to the freezing temperatures. My outdoor pipe cracked due to the freezing temperatures. I talked with Cory and explained the problem. A technician was dispatched to my home within 2 hours. Roger was courteous and corrected the problem promptly. I will definitely use PlumbSmart for any further plumbing issues or changes in the future.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.  Old water heater started leaking.  They came out on the same day to take a look.  Installed a tank-less water heater the next day.  No pushy sales tactics.  Just recommended what was needed.  The quality of the work was exceptional.  Took extra care and precaution with pipes and insulation.  Very much worth the price.

No more big ugly water tank. The water gets heated only when you need it.  Much more energy efficient, saving money on energy bills.

They started out by providing a lot of advice over the phone under no obligation (including suggestions for options they wouldn't have provided).  I have a private well and the water has more than one problem, so the advice was more than the typical information you would give for city water.  I did select them and when they came out the crew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Maybe my expectations were too high, but I was disappointed with this company.  Receptionist was friendly and scheduling was easy, but they are quite expensive and the VIP service (preventative maintenance package) left a lot to be desired.  To swap out the same model garbage disposal was $235.00 and took the plumber literally ten minutes. I even kept the same drain ring in the sink. Although the tech seemed knowledgeable, the VIP service was rushed and was little more than a look behind the sinks and flushing of the toilets. I had a couple of loose faucet handles that probably just needed a screw tightened, but I suppose that's not part of the VIP treatment.  I was given a partial refund for the VIP service, but had to pay a higher price for the garbage disposal installation as a result.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

We called 4 other plumbers who couldn't come out right away-some not until next week. EZ Flow answered the call immediately, and sent 2 plumbers over within the hour. Emilio was polite, explained everything in advance and gave a quote before doing anything. We were so impressed and will be a forever customer!! Thank you!

Home emergency repairs can be scary when they happen, especially when it comes to water. How bad is the issue? How much will it cost to fix? Who should I call?

I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

Very professional and for a great price. Arrived at estimated time given. Tech gave explaination of the problem in a way that I could understand and fixed it in a timely manner. When I called to see about getting someone, the lady was very friendly and helpful and very understanding. You dont find that any where any more. I will recommend them to my family and friends. Great, professional, friendly people who go beyond.

I contracted with AAA Auger to visually inspect, mark, and map my drain line. After inspecting 1 ft of pipe, they declared that my system didn't exist but still felt vindicated charging me the full $120 price we'd negotiated.

NOT a good experience, at all. sprang a leak after the recent freeze and called Elite after the leak detection service found the source. Simple cap replacement behind some drywall which was already partially removed to expose the affected area was required. Plumber shows up (an hour late according to dispatch and text with no call) and has his apprentice take a look. I go upstairs and my wife comes up telling me that this guy wants $400. FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. To remove a less than 1 sq foot portion of drywall, cut a pipe and add a cap. I go down to tell him to get out and his reasoning for the insane price is that he had to cut drywall and take insulation out. I snapped back that took him all of 4 minutes and he suddenly recalculated the job at $240 which is STILL too much. If I hadn't waited a week I would have kicked him out. The best part of all of this? This guy didn't even have the cap that he needed to do the job. I gave him a spare that I had on hand!!! Otherwise he was about to try to leave to pick up a part. So if you want a late, dishonest plumber to show up and try to rip your wife off, then call these guys.

When the owner of the company has to constantly reply to poor reviews it's pretty clear that the focus off the company is off. Worry more about the services you provide and your employees and maybe the bad reviews start to clear up.

After taking PTO so I would be home for my 12-5pm appointment, I got a call at almost 8pm letting me know that the technician would not be able to come out because they were too busy with other customers. But I was welcome to pick another weekday for them to possibly come out again, maybe, if they found the time in their busy schedule for someone with a pre-paid 10-year service plan. My only suggestion would be, if you absolutely MUST use Jon Wayne, don't pre-pay for your service plan. They give preferential treatment to people who will pay them that day, rather than to those whose money they've already taken. I've had my a/c unit for two years now, and this is the second year in a row I've had an issue with my annual service appointment. Last year they gave a similar excuse, so it must be something they're trained to say. After waiting six weeks for this appointment, it's a tough pill to swallow that I've been sitting here waiting for 8 hours, only to have to wait a whole week longer. I cannot stress enough how poor their customer service is after they've already sold and installed their equipment. Need a new a/c, we'll be there in an hour, seven days a week! Need it serviced, we'll be there in 6-8 weeks, Monday-Friday, during YOUR work hours! That's the Jon Wayne Way!

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
